Bakery Products

First & foremost, I AM NOT PISSED . Im disappointed!! None of your bakery products are dairy free, therefore any offers for free stars that include buying a bakery item is impossible for customers like me due to being lactose intolerant. Chances are I would purchase a bakery item almost every time I visited your stores, if at least one was dairy free! Even Seasons 52 Restaurants offer a dairy free dessert!!

Offensive in store environment

This is totally unacceptable for the dedicated employees and customers. Starbucks inability to provide a relax and comfortable working/social environment is offensive and show a lack of consideration. Starbucks stealing Starbuck cards balances.

I filed a BBB complaint last month because Starbucks canceled my Starbucks Reward cards. I couldn't remember the balances, so I guessed about $9. Starbucks played nothing but games and tried everything they could to avoid responding to the complaint. I received a couple of phone call messages asking me to contact them directly and discuss the matter. The number provided was the customer service number and when I spoke with one representative, Linda hung up the phone on me. I did not use my card since 2012 which is my prerogative. Because of this and other reasons, Starbucks decided to close my Starbucks account. I reopened one about a few weeks ago and added a new card that I have not used yet. When I called customer service and spoke to Joseph, he stated that the $8.10 card was deactivated because it was reported stolen. Joseph also seemed to have a problem with the small balance. I am not about to give a MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION any of my money no matter how much it is. Mind you, the card was always in my Apple wallet on my phone. So the only way to steal this Starbucks wallet card is to steal my phone. Which never happened. On my recent Starbucks complaint, customer service tried to say that my new card needs to be moved to my wallet and gave me directions on how to do it. In other words, they are implying that the new card with the 0 balance is what I am complaining about. Starbucks is still playing the same games they did on my first complaint. I strongly believe Starbucks steals Starbucks balances to make up for the lost money from the "so-called" Pandemic when their franchises were closed and many had to go out of business causing Starbucks to lose all kinds of money. I am quite sure I am not the only victim of Starbucks theft. I have attached some documents below...

Poor service delivery lids not secure on cups spilling coffee on our clothes third time this summer either poor product design as suggest by staff or improperly trained staff

Third time since summer that cup lids have not been secure causing spilling of ice coffee on our clothes not once three times staff said lids are finicky why cant your train staff on the fine art of putting a lid on correctly or get better cups thank you once my wifes dress got soiled on way to play it seems to me Im sorry is a slap in the face multiply $8.36 times 30. Im a good tipping customer for such inadequate service delivery

Issue

No one still has called my phone to have a conversation with me about why I am no able to get on my app and get points I'm a everyday customer I go there two to three times daily u can call them and most of them will tell you I'm regular,I want my points I have not been getting I'm so upset about the situation to where I'm about to stop spending my money there

Unbearable behaviour of the manager

Hi, This email is regarding the disrespectful behaviour of the manager named preeti, Dlf promenade. I have been a very loyal customer of starbucks and so are my friends and family. I really appreciate the entire team efforts but very pissed with the behaviour of the manager. What blown and shook me that she has asked me not to come to the store again, nothing but completely derogatory to the customer. Id be brutally honest , i have been going to starbucks since day one across the country but never ever experienced this Disgusting service from any of the store. Quick action on this incident will be highly appreciated.

Drink consistently wrong

Its absolutely insane how often the employees of any Starbucks I go to make the drinks wrong. Some are worse than others, but man, having to school the baristas every time I go to a new Starbucks on how to make my simple drink properly is utterly painful. Im done. Just purchased a $400 espresso machine and Im NEVER going back to any Starbucks ever again.

I had incident report case number is cs153**** hot coffee spilled on my chest the coffe lid wasnt secured on June 27 I called and I have case number no one contact me or reach out to me I been calling every couple days to follow up and there is no resolution I send my recipients to the email and no one called me

I have been harassed on two separate occasions by the same employee.

I usually go to this location after work to study and gather my things around 8:55P before closing and no one has bothered me. The last so times that I have been here I have been harassed by the same employee. She seems very impatient and in a hurry to close even though I have left before closing before these two encounters with her. Last time she came to me three times to tell me that the store was closing. If she would wait she would see that I will leave before they close but I feel that she is focused on making me uncomfortable and I feel harassed. Tonight it seems as though the employees were making fun of me with a customer because when the customer left he said out loud something that I dont remember, then he said cause yall are closed it was 9P. Why am I being harrowing. I am a black woman, and I just come here to study and not bother anyone. I feel as though I am being monitored, singled out and not even allowed to leave at 8:55P as planned because the employee continues to come up to me and tell me 2-3 times that they are closing. Why not wait until they are closed. If she would wait until they are closed I would be gone. She has ruined my night twice and I fell very frustrated because somehow this employee keeps targeting me, and why make fun of me with a customer. I was just studying. They actually made me feel that I did not belong and hurt my feelings. How does Starbucks plan to remedy this situation. Again, if she would wait until 9P I would be gone (I leave 5-10 minutes to closing). I do not know her name because she refused to tell me her name. She is a very short (possibly 49 heavyset Latino girl.

Cesar was very unprofessional he would not answer my question about lying on me. Cesar has told me to clean baseboards and to tell the only other older worker to help, he asked no one else to do this. He asked me if I knew the difference between a desktop VS a tablet (why? clearly I do) Cesar is VERY VERY POWER DRUNK. Cesar thought it was cute to have or allow middle school girls follow him physically out of the Starbucks in Glenview Illinois. The address is 1401 Waukegan road. (Prairie view Plaza)

I was charged without knowing

I have the Starbucks app. And I had $11.30 balance on my app, so I decided to get a medium drink for $9.50. Then it automatically recharged my account $25.00. Disappointment

Today May 27 2023, I went into the Starbucks in Port Washington NY. It is located in the Stop and Shop 65 Shore Road . I asked for an Iced Decaf coffee and was told there was no decaf. I have ben to many Starbucks and have never had this happen ! This was not even late in the day, it was around 1 pm. Are you or are you not coffee brewers? This is very disappointing , as I and my family frequent Starbucks . If brewing decaf is a problem , I will go to another coffee brewer that has no problem with it. Barista not knowing about contest.

I wanted to put $20.00 on my account to receive points towards playing the new game. Barista put the money on an old card instead. Not what I wanted. I didn't get the chance to play the game or get the booster. Now I feel cheated out of plays because the Barista did not even know about the game. What can you do for me?
