Phone scam

I received an email from shopvarityfastautonow asking me to take a survey and would get a Stanley toolkit, at the of the survey they wanted $9.95 shipping and handling (I thought) I called inquiring about the toolkit in late April they told me it was a sweepstakes (news to me) the lady told me to call back in May to see if I had won. I asked if they would refund me and the lady said no problem. Well I just called and boy what a waste of time this lady couldnt have been any ruder. I figured I would contact you before I go on line with my story, unfortunately Stanley will be part of that. I just thought you guys would like to know what the H_ll these guys are doing. Missing part

I bought a 3 drawer chest with Mechanics Tool Set (203 piece) for my son for his Birthday. We organized all pieces into correct drawers, only to find that 1 socket was missing a 9mm. Was so disappointing to see that the set wasn't complete especially for the price we paid for it!

Service issue. My product has a lifetime warranty from Stanley and I have contacted them 4 times and have gotten hollow promises for a replacement.

Your service is aweful. I have been told twice that I would get a Amazon gift card. So far I have been lied to twice. Then I was told to use the robo warranty claim again to see what happens only this time the warranty agent told me he would stick with me. Again a lie. I tried to ask him if he was still with me and I have gotten to answer. Is this how you conduct all your lifetime warranty issues? My phone number is 231-557-****. Please call me. STANLEY FAXMAX 8 POSITION SPRAY NOZZLE

I am in our 3rd year using the Stanley Hose and 8 position Stanley FatMax spray nozzle and really like both items but our FatMax 8 position spray nozzle has stopped functioning properly, I took the nozzle apart and found that the spring rusted and broken. Can the nozzle be replaced or can parts be ordered so I can repair our Stanley 8 position FaxMax nozzle?

Broken tape

I think it is *** u have to send tape back and pay for freight on it also why cant they just send replacement tape instead of going through all red tape

Complaint about getting a replacrment

On 2/16/19, I purchased a portable air compressor nomenclature and number Air pro 120. Recently the battery went bad. It cannot be replaced without causing damage. There were no instructions given on it. I am stuck with a lemon and out $49.69. The retailer who sold it is not in the retail business. Bacchus Global sold them to Stanley Tools Since Bacchus Global had a warranty but only for one year. It should have been checked out by Stanley before selling it to them. Since the compressor cannot be repairable.I am out the money and cannot use it.

Inadequate design

I purchased the utility knife 10-499. You need 3 hands to change to blade. The blade is difficult to put the in because the track keeps falling out and than you also the yellow finger grip is not secure/

I wasn't satisfied with the results I received from Stanley

I received a Stanley spotlight Fatmax as a gift. It worked great for a while, then for no reason it wouldn't come on anymore. I called Stanley and they said it wasn't made by Stanley, even thought it has Stanley written all over it. They asked for a receipt. It was a gift and I didn't get a receipt.I have Stanley tools in my shop and I've never had any problems before. I don't understand.

The silicone gasket on the coffee press was defective. I tried to replace it with silicone wrist bracelets.

Stanley FATMAX POWERiT 1000A JUNK!

Bought 8/16/2021 to use hunting in Tennessee in remote area with my side by side. Used less than 20 times, less than 20 pounds, failed. Tried to get fixed, Customer Service completely incompetent, rude, unhelpful. GO TO HARBOR FREIGHT, FOR $9.95 YOU CAN BUY A 12VDC AIR PUMP THAT OUTLASTS THIS JUNK!!!!!!!!!

How can you call this costumer service

I called about my hammer that broke in half . I was told that the life time warranty would be honored and they would send me a new hammer . Thar bring said it was over tow months ago !? How exactly does it take that long ? I'm very disappointed to say the least in your product and costumer service now .... Absolutely unacceptable

Block planes

I wanted to know the difference between the 12-960 and the 12-920. Juan blew me off and said we no longer make those items Except they are all over the internet. You should try training your people to know more about your tools than how to hit ENTER!!!
