Used Once Failed, Defective Products!!!

I bought online a Classic One-Hand Vacuum Lid, to replace my old one. It fit, put in cupboard. I used this for the 1st time today and it leaks when in the closed position, tried multiple times. Their phone customer service is TERRIBLE. Couldn't even find find my email, etc. Stuck with a defective lid since it's past 30 days. No phone # in the US for future use I'm assuming?

How to repair my Stanley cup that fell out of golf cart

My cup fell out of the golf cart on the pavement, and the handle got scratched up. I took a nail file to try to smooth it out and that did not work. What are your suggestions?

Ordered - it’s been weeks

Sent emails, made phone calls where I sat on hold for minimum of 1 hour only to be hung up on. Emails never answered, no phone call back after leaving my number as a call back. Very frustrating- will go back to my trusty hydro flask

I have not received my order and it has been since May.

Never received my order

I need someone in customer service and cannot get anyone to answer. My package has not arrived and its been over a month. My charge card has been charged back on May 19. I need to get this resolved right away and am tired of waiting!

Handle on Stanley 42oz tumbler came off I purchased as a Christmas gift

I bought 4 Stanley 420z h20 for Christmas gifts and one of the handles has come of one I gifted first the upper part came loose then the whole Handle came off Debi green 4300 Toddington Lane College Station Texas 77845 361-532-**** Ordered in Nov or Dec of last year for Christmas gifts I'm pretty positive I ordered straight from y'all I will have to get a photo from the person who received the tumbler if necessary

Never received package

Trying to get a hold of costumer service no one has answerd. Also called about 19 times. Never received my package and I tracked it got sent to someone elses house. Thats leave in a different town than I do

Ridiculous Customer Service

I ordered a Quencher H20 which was supposed to be delivered a week ago. It has been sitting in the same shipping status for a week. Several emails and a call and no action on their end. They don't address your issue when you fill out their online customer service form. And when you actually get someone on the phone, their answer is wait another week and call back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered cup in early May followed tracking from china to New York then to Florida and out for delivery to Fort Lauderdale. Can u explain why New York? Florida? Im in Pennsylvania. I want my cup or money back

Cooler problem

Fasteners not fastening This a replacement for previous one that had problem with lid swelling so I have no receipt. I havent used it in 2 years and now am unable to fasten clips.

Not happy with yo0ur product

I have used Stanley beverage containers for decades. I am also a motion pictue set decorator and have placed your products on sets when I had thought a quality product was called for. I began using a wide mouth Stanley container to keep soup hot from the morning when I make it, to my lunch time six hours later. I am sorry to report that while your old products performed beautifully, this one does not. I am disappointed and no longer think of your beverage holders among premium products. I see that they look great but looks aren't everything. Clearly your marketing strategy feeds on the way your products performed in the past. Your branding boasts "SINCE 1913" and "Built for Life". While that may sound good I don't think you will be able to trade on that reputation for long. It is unfortunate that function no longer features paramount in your production. If this beverage container were "Built For Life" it would be a very tepid life... much like my soup after 6 hours. Good luck. Peter Lando

Missing part

My overall experience is non-existent because I was never able to get ahold of anymore. Even the option to have them call me back no one ever did. I still have a defective product that I need help with and no one is responding or answering their phone. So I can't really tell you my experience with them because it's not existent at this point

Customer service

Ive called several times and cannot get through. Just puts you on hold for a very long time and plays the same music until it drives you crazy and you hang up.

Delivered me a faulty product , and wont own up to it.

The inside of the thermos was pealing. Contacted company. Requested replacement. Company won't respond. Completely disappointed. Will never order a thermos from Stanley again. Don't back or claim fault of the product. Shameful.
