Be careful regarding online jobs , some people use fake accounts or pretending to be a company which offers online jobs and they fraud people

I need to know when will my pay for the day go into my account!!!
No one ever explained to me when will i be getting paid. I went to Circle K on 06/12/2023 from 2pm-6pm & i dont know when Im suppose to be getting paid. When the man do the job, he shouldnt have to wait to get paid for a job that that he was suppose to get paid for that day. When will my check hit my bank account?

W2 form and time I worked is all wrong
I just got my w2 form from the employee website and its only saying i worked bout a month with ya so i called ya and they are saying i only worked beginning days of jan. Till beginning days of feb. But i know for a fact i worked with ya jan. I have applied for KTH Leesburg on 2 occasions and the very first time they denied me employment due to a pending felony charge which was none violent offense that I have and will not be convicted of however I was told a year later to reapply because they where hiring so I did so went in for interview and was told that the orientation classes were full she would contact us later that week if we didn’t hear from her by Friday to call I received a text instead saying they were only hiring for forklift drivers but yet I am constantly receiving text about jobs listening that we applied for so I have file a complaint with EEOC, Alabama department of labor because I feel we have been denied opportunity due to Discrimination I have files that I am unable to upload however my legal counsel is in the process of taking action

Hello, I started working @ Staffmark on 11/23/22 in Las Vegas,Nevada. Im currently having a hard time about being paid for the work Ive done. Every time I call the office to see why I havent been paid they give me some excuse. Were now 3 days away from another new pay period. I need help with getting my money. Very unprofessional!
I was informed at the job site after not being able to clock in and out that I needed to contact Staffmark. So when I figured out who and how to do that I did. Notifying them about my issues with clocking in and out as well as when can I pick up my check? Only to ge told they cant verify my email, it hasnt changed. So I dont know what to tell them. All I know is I still havent received my check! Unacceptable!

Unprofessional, won’t answer phone calls and haven’t gotten paid
Ive been working for them for about 2 weeks Ive not gotten paid , they wont answer my calls AT ALL. They ended my assignment through a email from their background check vendor but never contacted me once

Look I was at McGraw hill/fedex for assignment for Staffmark and a representative,Carly walked up to a coworker and took a selfie with her and then ask her to take a job with Staffmark without asking us (we black btw), and not even a hello to us..too me that is wrong .we not suppose to have cell phones on floor.

Very poorly run place, Staffmark is very unprofessional with communicating I had been trying to get in contact with these people for DAYS to figure out why I didnt get paid and once they did answer they refused to pay me saying They dont have proof that I did show up and had horrible attitude but before that I had spoke to someone that assured me that I would get my money that I worked 10 hrs for. JUST SAD terrible company would not recommend

Discrimination to work
I called Staffmark in Cincinnati Ohio to file a complaint. No one would take my call as said on their website. Staffmark projects a sound story but they do not follow through with the reality of their words. If you ever have any problems with an assignment/contract with Staffmark they will not transfer you to a job that you find available because they will tell you its already filled when its not. There were many safety precautions of OSHA of a contract through Staffmark they wouldnt change my assignment. I had to quit and leave. Staffmark was very rude towards me because I could not work in an unsafe environment. Staffmark would answer my questions causing me to respond back in a rude manner. They will not take accountability especially the Puyallup location in Washington state. Yes, I did apologize for my rudeness but the staff would not.
