still waiting on my gas refund.
made tel call 7dys ago asking for my refund of £347 from my gas account still waiting .not good enough this is my money that i am in credit with.I recordered conversation with customer service which has now been sent to Ofgem.I wish to have compensation of my treatment by them I am disabled and classed as a vurnable adult.since I .complained have been bombarded by emails.has caused me a lot of stress..Mrs Adeline Rose. gas account no is 775566****.
