Zero stars by far the worst company on this planet. absolutely zero customer service, zero respect, zero concern or care. This company will ruin your credit thats all they are good for. DO NOT use this company unless you want to get screwed. I could go on about all of my experiences with company but just not enough room.

Annoying and false info
They keep contacting me saying I owe money from going over the mileage on my lease or maybe due to damage. They don’t even know which one and I know I was under my mileage and there was no damage. I asked for them to send me the lease return report and they never did but still continue to harass me ugh!

Don't pay them, ever
No one should ever give them a penny and I'll tell you why. They called me and wife this morning. They refused to provide information about themselves or the reason for the call. Tell them to put whatever it is in writing and hang up. These companies BUY other companies bad debt. Debt car and credit card cos assume can't be collected or is too small to persue (like less than $1k). Sometimes this "debt" is the result of fraud or bad accounting. The reason you should never pay them is that the original company that you may have had a relationship with ABANDONED the claim and sold it. You have ABSOLUTELY no business connection to this company. This is different from a debt collector who is HIRED by a company to seek payment. At this point you couldn't pay the original company back if you wanted to! It's a scam. File a complaint with your state AG if they keep bothering you.

Dont try to scare me.
Trying to scare me that legal action will take place. If I dont pay up. Told them im in bankruptcy and if they continue to threaten and harrasse me legal action will take place on them.

Not pleased, not happy
You know each time i call and talk to someone here, it is always a bad experience. You have some mad not polite people working for you. I dont appreciate them disrespecting me, tell your employees to be nicer,

SRA lie, evade and hostile
Got a call from SRA who stated they had a business proposition. I had no idea who they were and refused to give any personal info. Caller became abusive and hung up when I asked that they not call my number again. A few days later they called again. I refused to supply information, told them to send a letter and not call again. They did supply info that the issue involved a car lease. They became belligerent when I stated I would deal with that directly. Kia finance sends post lease tax bills to collection rather than the former lease holder. That's a sucky policy! SRA, Kia finance are very bad agencies.

Horrible
One person I was talking to Kelly, was rude, he kept on laughing I during the calls don't know why. Like something to him was funny or he maybe he felt like laughing i don't know. I asked for help with something and he couldn't and didn't help, like he didn't know what he was doing. Bad and horrible experience. I want to know why he was laughing i was just trying to make a payment, he was not helpful at all. It really bothered me and upset me because he was laughing, I wasn't making jokes, I was just asking him questions. Tying to figure out how to make a payment, and he was laughing half the time during the call.

Annoying Calls
I keep getting harrassing, yes I do know the correct meaning to harrassing phone calls, calls from a 856-497-**** number that will leave 2sec messages (incomplete at that) all throughout the same day. I am filing a complaint through the TCPA and FDCPA laws. This company is in complete violation of the quite a few violations. Once they gave my daughter private, confidential, pertinent information.

A scam
These people call and ask for personal information but won't tell you why they're calling until you give it. I refuse to give them anything until they identify why they are calling and who they are representing.

Very rude, very aggressive folks, would not identify themselves besides "SRA"
They're calling 4 or 5 times a day, clearly with intent to disrupt my day and harass me in a major way. When I answer, all they'll say when asked who they are is "SRA" then they start asking for info on me! Their reps always have a very rude tone of voice, they are loud, abrupt and insolent, and very unpleasant. They are not interested in an exchange of necessary information and do not wish to converse in a two way conversation, its their way or the highway. They will call several times in a row, as if to make the phone ring until I answer, and they do not leave voice mails asking that I call them back. One of the worst!!!

Wrong person
Leaving messages on my machine to call them re: debt collection for my husband. Since he died in 2004 I told them they have the wrong person and was told rather rudely that this was a contact number they had. Supposedly someone talked to him a few days ago, but at another number. I asked if they used a ouija board or a psychic since he has unfortunately remained dead for 13 years. I asked them to remove my number from their “contact list”. The person I spoke to was very rude but did say she would remove the number. One can only hope!

DEBT COLLECTION
VERY HATEFUL TRIED TO GET US TO NOT PAY OTHER DEBTS AND PAY THEM. WE BOUGHT A CAR ON LEASE. HAD TO TURN IT IN CAUSE I GOT SICK WITH CANCER. HAVING TO PAY CANCER BILLS CANT AFFORD CAR!! THERE ARE HOSPITALS AND DOCTORS IF YOU DONT PAY THEM THEY WILL STOP SEEING YOU, HATE FUL RUDE PEOPLE. LIE TO YOU ABOUT ANYTHING!! WANTED MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, NO WAY!! I THINK YOUR PEOPLE SHOULD BE TRAINED BETTER THAN THEY ARE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE LEASED THIS CAR IF WE EVER HAD TO TURN IT IN IT WOULD ONLY BE 800.00. GOT THE BILL AND IT WAS ALMOST 10,000. AS LONG AS WE HAD IT IT WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN PD. IF WE HAD THE MONEY TO PAY 10,000 DOLLARS WE WOULD NOT HAVE TURNED IT IN.

AWFUL/RUDE/SACRACTIC
Called me AT WORK regarding a car property tax bill that was issued on 10/16/2017 and due 12/1/17 - I am not even late or delinquent. I will be calling Hyundai to report them and telling everyone of their rudeness. I called the Assessor's office who issued the bill and they were going to call and report to them that the bill is not even due and payable until 12/1/17 - today is 11/8/17. They made me start to verify personal information and would not even give me a general idea of why they were calling. I finally provided my zip code and was told that Hyundai had reported me to them. I do not accept personal calls at work and in 6 years of employment, this was the 1st call ever received that was personal in nature.

Bad Customer Service
While I'm not angry with the company, I am surprised on how they handle business. This company calls nonstop and wont leave any messages. I don't use my phone at work so I miss all their calls. I happen to see a call during my lunch and picked up. I pleasantly asked what this was referring to. They refused to say, but kept repeating they have to confirm my SS#. I laughed and thought this is 2017. Who falls for this scam? I stated I'm not going to give my SS# to a complete stranger, but thank you for trying. If they wanted my services, please contact me via mail. I was told, "No, I'm calling to speak to you." I said, "Have a good day" and hung up. At no point did the caller say it was in regards to a debt. At no point did they say why they were calling or who their client is. They call every day. I finally looked up their number and came across this website. A 'charge off' less than $250 that I and the vendor agreed to. I'm surprised a collection agency was involved, however, I open all my mail including junk mail and flyers. There's no excuse not to contact me via mail.

Brainless hustlers!
These people are insane! If i have a charge off from 9 years ago! Why in the world would i pay you sh!tbags anything? Because you bought the debt for a penny on the dollar?? TOO BAD!!! I paid with ruined credit and a loss of quality of life. You are insane if you think i will go and start paying ANYTHING after years of fighting and working to restore my credit and life. They keep calling from different numbers. Somehow they are able to bypass the block feature as well.. I have reported these people to BBB but they are persistent.

Unbelievable Client Reps
SRA has been calling me for several months. They demand personal information from you, without ever identifying the nature of the call or the reason why they are calling. No one in their right mind would give out there personal information with no reasoning or explanation. I received notification in the mail for a outstanding debt. I made a payment plan after 3 years of a voluntarily repo. Now this company randomly comments on my credit report that I am working hard to repair. They deemed the account a "charge off (one in which Toyota does not expect to collect on), yet this company keeps harassing me. If the associates would present themselves in a more empathetic way and actually showed concern for resolutions, I am pretty sure you would recoup debts.
