Home will not receive calls.

Flip phone.. when calling my husband phone it goes to voice mail. Had help from consumers cellular. They could not fix it.

Can’t register my claim/too complicated

Cannot reach a human being. Will never use again. I plugged in every bit of information they asked for. I sent them another email and received no response. They make the process too complicated for you to redeem what you have paid for. Never again.

Warrenty

Cannot talk to a person

I received an email that I believe was phishing and wanted to report it or confirm that something had happened. Every phone number I went to was an automated system that would not allow me to talk to a person. The website chat wanted me to pay $1 (refundable) to chat with someone. How do you talk to a person in Coorporate or someone that can assist?

Your phone answering service sucks. I can't talk with a human. The responses you solicit aren't related to what I need.

They want to thank me for buying a protection plan when in fact, I never did. I can't talk with anyone because this problem doesn't fit their list of reasons for inquiry.

I contacted eBay about situation of my Allstate protection plan they were supposed to contact me about my issue with warranty 10 to 24 hours I haven’t heard anything at all

Issue with Allstate protection plan they said they received copy of my receipt twice and was approved they keep jacking me around I contacted eBay to complain they said Id hear back from them in 10 to 24 hours its way pasted that time Im tried of complaining this issue over and over take action.

Value of reimbursement and form of reimbursment

I recently had an experience with SquareTrade that left me feeling disappointed. I had purchased an expensive chair and unfortunately, it broke. I filed a claim with SquareTrade and while they approved my claim, the value they gave me for my chair was much lower than what I had paid for it. Additionally, they offered me an EGift Card as reimbursement instead of a bank transfer which was not ideal for me. I would have preferred to receive the reimbursement via bank transfer. Overall, while I appreciate that my claim was approved, I was not satisfied with the value they gave me for my chair and the fact that they only offered an EGift Card as reimbursement.

Ipad glass repair on week 4 now

Each week chat tells me that it will be returned in 2 days. I wait a week and still no email saying it is being sent to me. I chat, same story, no ipad. This is a simple glass repair, something that is same day at any kiosk in the USA. I am amazed that a company this size has the audacity to say they can't get the glass in for a current version Ipad within a month. Terrible service. Impossible to find contact info without 3rd party sites. Chat is useless AI and idiots.

I have not received my e-gift card

I've been without my computer and my so called e-gift card which is the dumbest way to reimburse your customers, for 5 weeks now and I keep hearing wait 1 day and it's been 3 days still nothing. I'll never buy the protection plan or electronics from Walmart ever again

Trying to get a protection plan purchased through Walmart honored

Don't buy protection plans from Walmart in Hagerstown Maryland on Garland Groh boulevard!!! SquareTrade ended up being the ones who were to honor the protection plans and they sent me three bogus Walmart e-gift cards SMH so now I have to wait two business days to find out what's going on and I've been dealing with this for over a month now plus I got a no trespass at Walmart un *** believable . I asked everyone in the jewelry department and I also went up to different associates and ask different questions and no one has any knowledge about any products in their store not even the night time manager

Square does not honor warranty - stiff arms consumers

I purchased an item from Walmart on Jan 24, 2020 with walmart order number 295205*-***957 and have a 4 year contract with you with plan number 245332****60183. I am 80 years old, and unable to enter the receipts requested, and can not get back into the process. I need human assistance. I can email a copy or the reciept I got from walmart when I made the online purchase. It was a shelterlogic tent, and the sun has destroyed it in 3 years. I paid for 4 year plan. Liars and scammers

I filed my claim through the Allstate square trade website March 17th for my microwave. I had the 3 year protection plan. The microwave is smoking and popping. The claim was accepted and I chose the gift card reimbursement because it said I would receive the refund within one day. Received an email saying I would receive the email within one day. Never received a gift card. 6 calls later it is currently April 9th still no gift card. So much for getting a replacement microwave within a few days. It's been weeks. Still getting a run around on the phone, no solution has been made and no gift card. They refuse to send a check in the mail or reimburse my original payment method. I need to receive a call from Allstate and not square trade and I need a check in the mail.
