This company is brutally debiting my sons account for the last 3 months. I called to get a resolution and the person (agent) says hold on, let me look at your account. Then hangs the *** up! I have notified authorities and my financial institution as well as my attorney. This is gross negligence and will be handled.

I need square to release my money NOW

Square will not release my money they are holding past the time limit specified in the email sent to me in April!!! I WANT MY MONEY RIGHT NOW!!! They wont even allow me to speak with anyone!!!

Hi I’m The business owner

Hi there, Im not sure how this works. I assume a girl who requested her money back after a week of her purchase , broke and lost her bracelet asking for a full refund. I offered to replace it or to refund half the purchase. I feel this is more than fair. She did tell me she lost her job and cant afford. Was very rude and demanding. Payment wasnt taken on square just so you are aware. Is my offer not kind ?

Fraudulent activity on our account

Dear Sirs, I called costumer service last Monday the 17th to report a problem with one of our credit card transaction. We were selling our work at a Crafts Show in Gig Harbor, WA and on Saturday the 15th, I sold a ring to a costumer for $500 plus tax, for 544.50 at 11.31 am. I took the costumers card and tapped it on on our chip reader and everything seemed like a normal transaction until I discovered on Monday after the Show, when I routinely checked my credit card statement, that the ring had been charged to our own credit card. How is that possible? My own card was in my purse, hanging over my chair in the back of my booth and my husband's wallet was in his pocket. We tapped the costumer's credit card and not our own. We have been in business for over 34 years and never had a problem like this! We switched to your chip reader, because it was supposed to be a safer way of processing credit cards according to your claims. So, how can this happen? And why did a sale not raise any red flags, that gets charged to a merchant herself? There should be a computer program in place to protect your own costumers! We work very hard, create our own work, which is very labor intense, then we drive long days to a Show and work 12-13 hour days and your company makes thousands of $$ from small vendors like us! Do you not believe for all that, you have an obligation to protect us from fraud or your computer glitches? So far we have not even gotten the courtesy of an email after my phone call to costumer service. I would like "Square Inc" to take responsibility and do the right thing and refund our credit card for the amount above or we are considering to start a class action lawsuit, because we are afraid, that many other small merchant like us have suffered financial losses because of your unsafe processing system. I could not process a credit card purchase through the virtual terminal. The system was not working and I could not resolve this with a live person.

I have not received my payment

I have not received my payment from my invoice from Loadup this morning for $114.20. Invoice number is 000073. I sent the invoice yesterday on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. It seems that Square sent the payment to card number ending 5830 as per the email they sent me this morning.

Resolved: Nontransmission of Funds

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Once I was finally able to communicate properly the problem was resolved.

I sell tie dye. My son started helping me. I made him part of the team. We set him up as an employee, so he could sell our shirts at different events. Problem is, even though his account is linked to our business account we're unable to collect what should be over $1000 in sales. I spent hrs on the phone today with 3 representatives. My son gave me total access to"his account". We tried changing his password. He has no knowledge of creating another account. And according to his profile, the account he does have is linked to our family business account, D.D. Smudge. So, tomorrow I guess I'll be back on the phone again, giving you mine and his email addresses: @***.com @***.com and phone numbers: 541-520-**** 541-248-**** . . .over and over again. Unless by some miracle (!!!) someone sees this email and is able to resolve this situation.

Sorry product

I purchased a new Square D pressure for my well. What should have been a simple task turned into a nightmare. One of the screws for attaching the wires was screwed in from the factory so tight the Philip's slots stripped out. Then the straight slot stripped. Ended up having to drill the screw out. I feel like you had an assembly person jacking with your customers. It makes no sense that screw was that tight. This switch makes about the 30th one I've put on in my 72 years and never had any trouble before. Thank you for reading my vent.
