Camera stop taking pictures

My camera has stopped working for 3 days please fix this issue please , I need my camera asap I have issues every stinking year I am about to go fine another camera with another company I am not satisfied with this camera this is my last year I will deal with this issue you guys have not fixed this problem I am pissed

Supervisor

What is wrong your customer support cant correct an error they made and cant connect me with a supervisor. Your corporate office is a voice mail with a full mailbox so I cant leave a message Who can correct a problem in your company

Cant add new flex to my account

I bought a fFlex S and I couldn't get iit to link to my phone so I called the customer service and they were very helpful and they solved my problem.

Upgraded photo plan and never got confirmation and the plan didn't upgrade

Free plan ran out and updated and money came off of my card and I never received confirmation code from SPYPOINT and plan never updated and got 2 cameras that neither one will take pictures now if they taking photos their not sync them to my phone

To discuss a trade in option that I have done in the past.

Yes, I have 3 Link S cameras on my account with Spypoint. At this time I am having a lot of issues with one of my cameras. My camera number that I am having issues with is Link-S-1033 I would like to see if I could trade this in for another Link S and just place it on my existing account to replace the 1033 camera. My account on all 3 cameras are on a yearly payment and right now Im getting nothing on the 1033 camera. I have had a lot of experience with the camera and have exhausted all my efforts. Deleting multiple pictures at once not just once at a time. Need to discuss with customer support and would appreciate some support

Photo not going to my phone

My carmas photo where not going to phone you fixed 2 of them and the other on won't work but I'm happy the broke one I was told needed to be flat formed but it still won't work so I'm only to use it as a battery back up for now I even tried new Sims card but won't work so I'm just going to use the battery out of it to use as back up on the other 2 so I'm ok with that for now so thankyou

Cloudy pictures

They never did answer my questions or solve my problem. Water has entered my game camera and condensed on the inside of the Lense.

Tried having cam shut down for 2 years

Customer service is horrible cams always break. Have NOT USED a cam from this company for 2 years and they wouldn't shut it down. So 15 a month times 28 months of calling and they only logged 1 phone call I in 2021. Poor quality poor customer service. Be ready to harass them just to get the cams off. But don't expect a refund for there mistake.

Camera does not work batteries go dead in two days they will not take it back and give me a new one will not send pictures to my phone

Not happy camera doesn’t work right

I have spoken with three representatives. All of them keeps saying the cameras working. I am right here. The camera does not send pictures does not always turn on. Nobody wants to listen.

Technical support

The young lady that helped me was very patient and helpful. My computer is old and my computer skills are not good. We also have bad reception at our location so it was hard for me to understand her. I really appreciate her being so patient with me, it means a lot. Thank you.

Poor customer support

I installed the camera, purchased SD from Spypoint and it worked fine for three months. I hit the limit of the 1000 photos in a month so upgraded to the unlimited plan. They accepted my payment, about 50 photos were transmittted and then it quite sending photos. Batteries were at 64%, SD card had only 19% used and signal was at 90%. I ask customer service to reset the camera to the original setting and they said they couldn't because I was on the unlimited plan. No help at all. I wish I would have seen all the negative reviews of this camera and especially their support prior to the purchase. Cannot recommend Spypoint.
