Bad customer service

They no longer provide the red dot adapter plates, you fill out a request and they will send you the correct one. Here in lies the problem, I have waiting over.four weeks , still no adapter and absolutely no updated or response. I will be spending my money with companies that respect their customer.

Springfield Prodigy safety and quality

On April 21st I purchased brand new. Within 2 hours after cleaning / lubricating it and doing a function check, the safety, along with the detent fell out. Called to explain, got a packing slip, and they told me 2 to 4 week turnaround. I mailed it off the next day. Sent an email to the customer service rep, told her it was sent, that the safety lever needed to be replaced (the part appeared stripped), the slide felt like it was binding against something internal and to look at that and to please clean it, becasse it was a new firearm. At 2 weeks I called, customer service had to request a progress update (uh, technology age... Get on that), so no call back from them. Another 2 weeks later, I called back and their customer service did the same thing; request progress. At this point I was pissed. Brand new gun, huge safety issue & they dragged their feet!! So 3 days later I got a call saying it's done (which in my eyes, they procrastinated the repair until I called at 4 weeks. May 31st, it came back. Gun was filthy, so it took 30 minutes to get all the oil & canon out. Quick couple clicks of the safety, felt stiff, put it in the safe. Read the receipt of everything done. Some milling, polishing and BOOM... "ADJUSTED THUMB SAFETY"!!! So I pulled it back out the safe, loaded snap caps and did a function check. Low and behold after a few manipulations of the thumb safety, it was inoperative. I called back infuriated. Told the woman I was mailing EVERYTHING back, with a letter and the receipt of how much I paid, because I DO NOT feel safe with that gun, it's quality or the knowledge of their armorers, because they do NOT take the customer or their safety seriously. In light, it has been almost 30 DAYS, not one word on a solution. So my opinion, the company sucks!!

Bad Customer Service

Im extremely disappointed with the customer service of this company. I am a first time Springfield purchaser. (XDM-Elite 10mm ) Bought two mags that i assumed were for my full size firearm. I tried them and it wasnt clicking in. The paper receipt didnt say anything about being compact mags. if I missed that , we all make mistakes, even though I dont remember seeing the word compact before checkout. If it didnt fit , at worst maybe their interchangeable I assumed since I dont see compact.. . I am no expert so I called in for assistance. I gave the rep the sn for firearm and barrel size and order # . confused himself he asked me about the back straps . I never changed the back strap as i bought the gun new fron my dealer. It happened to have the #2 back strap which was weird if I bought the gun new because he said the standard back strap is the #1 . Ok cool thats was the problem we assumed so he said change the strap to #1 and it should work . He also replaced the magwell which broke taking it on & off confused , angry & frustrated . I got off the phone nothing worked. Couldnt call back because it was Friday after closing. So the next week I got the magwell and called back. I spoke to Destiny K. She was rude and very dismissive, like everybodys a Springfield expert smh. Quick to cut me off as Im explaining . Here is where I learned however the back straps dont matter for the full size and it was the wrong mags to begin with . She said ima send you an rma through email. Her being so quick to get off phone I Didnt even get to tell her they sent me a small compact magwell . If staff was so knowledgeable they would have told me I had the wrong mags the first time when I gave them sn & barrel size and order # for mags. BOTTOM LINE. I had to pay out of pocket to send the mags and magwell back, wait and still waiting when this could have been easily resolved . After a follow up email explaining why I had to pay shipping, showing a similar product, not the 1 ordered , I have been completely ignored. I dont care how great their products are if the customer service sucks. I will gladly take my business to companies with real world renowned customer service. This really how yall treat customers? Smh

Replacement screws for hex wasp sight

Threads stripped out on hex wasp mounting screws. I called to report the issue and they agreed to send me new ones as soon as I said what had happened.

Warranty item you have

Trying to return an email from Kody, tried calling using ext 8970, still no response. 3rd day trying. RMA 573362. Told him to replace stainless grip screws with black screws on my Defender 1911.

I spoke with Bethany on 2 December 2022 10:07 am and requested two sets of screws for the optical plate on the Hellcats. She said she would have them set to me. Being that today is Tuesday and the request was made on Friday - I anticipate the screws will arrive in the next couple of days.

I was told I could send this back in September but I've been dealing with my wife and cancer diagnosis and has just been sitting in a box I don't know what your return policy is but I'm hoping that I can return it if not I'll just eat it I don't appreciate it I am at first time customer thank you my name is Terry Greenwood

SPRINGFIELD PRODIGY

They put this firearm on the market knowing it had issues. Yet said nothing and when you write to them they expect you to send it back and wait a few months to fix something that shouldn't of been released. DYANN who was emailing me was terrible as well!!

New gun sight issues

I bought a new Springfield hellcat OSP I shot about 100 rounds through it my front sight fell out the green part of the front sight is now White and I would like a new site sent to me in the mail please my address is 1468 St John's boulevard Lincoln Park Michigan my phone number is 313-482-**** I'd appreciate it a lot if you guys can help me out with this problem thank you very much

Problems with hellcat wasp sight

Wasp sight keeps using batteries too often Tried multiple sets of batteries and seems to only last about two weeks

Im not a pissed off customer. I just wanted to talk to someone in customer service about your products I currently own a Springfield 45 and very much love it. I was trying to get the specifications. Im very happy with my purchase! Im looking to buy A second handgun with a smaller barrel I wish there were more filters on your website. Example barrel blank length, and different types of safety

Saint ar15 Complaint

I recently bought a new m4 Saint it came with two factory blemishes when I showed The FFL Dealer he told me that Springfield wouldnt do anything about it he never even offered to send it back for another one this Springfield Saint B5 shouldve never left the factory , Im now having the blemishes professionally repaired so I can put it up for sale . My advice would be to stay away from Springfield Armory Products , period .

Because I was unable to upload a picture to get the free year in the game

I cannot upload my receipt that I purchased for the extra mags and range bag with my Springfield SAXD 9 mm subcompact I will not allow me to upload the receipt everything else is going great until then please advise

Need a saer spring pin

While cleaning my Hellcat on my bench my polisher grabbed my towel and scattered my parts I lost my Shear spring pin . Part number 15 .

No complaints about Springfield Armoury. Was very helpful and took care of my problem without any hesitation. Very satisfied with their help. Would recommend them 100 percent.
