Impossible to contact custoner service at spotify!!

My credit card was fraudulantly used with charges amounting to over $400 made in Australia. When I took my statement to my bank manager, he reviewed it, saw my spotify charge and strongly suspect these charges were made during my first free month when spotify had my credit card info. He stated thst this was not the first time he had seen similar abuse on the part of spotify. He cancelled my card and I was issued a new one. I sincerely enjoy the spotify app and would renew if assured that fraud would not be repeated. How on earth do I communicate this to spotify???

Mischarge and handling

I was concerned about your company trying to do something that is unethical I have contacted you and canceled because I am charged and ads interrupted my paid subscription so cancel and you tried to charge a card I did not give you nor authorize you to use after cancellation

Can't login to my spotify acccount

I cannot access my spotify account and I just subscribed on July 31st!!!. I have requested a reset for my password thinking this may expedite the process and still no email received. What is going on? I am a new member and this is not going in the right direction. I need help to get my account working again, and there is no number listed to contact the company. Extremely unhappy and very frustrated!!

Update billing info I can not give new banking information I am trying to register NY debit card it keeps identifying ot as a visa

No complaint I want to continue serviced with u but am unable to ohone and talk to someone to change my banking information the web is not allowing me to do so. so I am behind now in a payment because you could not process the payment due to banking information change

Charges we didn't authorize we don't have an account

$11.49 has been billed to an old Visa for many months we do not have a Spotify Account and these charges are not authorized by us. The charge is removed on the 2nd day of every month. I attempted to leave a message and then was hung up on.

Horrible account set ups

Im trying to update to premium basically giving Spotify *** money yet theyre telling me I need to know my password no problem forgot my password. Send reset. Password link problem is is that in order to do that I need access to my email which I dont have anymore so its just a never ending *** loop.

My email and credit card changed. I can’t reach Spotify

Unable to update my account with Spotify. I could not log in. I could not phone. I could not text. I could not email. I have no way to update my account. I am getting warning messages that my premium account playlists will vanish if I dont correct the problem. How can I correct if I cant talk to them?

Charged but no account

I thought I may have accidentally created an account for free trail, although I certainly did not remembering doing so. I could not find through FaceBook, Apple Pay or any other avenue I could think of anywhere I have a Spotify account. Messages came back "no account connected..." I then called Pissed Consumer and answering machine instructed me to leave a message. I was frustrated wanting to speak directly to a person, so I hung up and called my Credit Card company. They launched a dispute for the charges and informed me Spotify would have to prove I have an account and if they cannot, I will be reimbursed for the last 3 months of charges and will be blocked from future charges to my card. I have never ever used Spotify and have no idea how this happened. It is an impossible task to cancel an account you don't have.
