I would like to know if i can access music videos

I am a karaoke DJ who is looking to Branch out and do my own thing. I am starting up my own entertainment company. I wanted to contact Spotify to see if there was a way to access music videos, and to see if there is a way to legally Play copy written music. I tried multiple ways of contacting them and each time I was given the message that I should contact them online. I received a form letter from them which did not answer any of my questions at all. I'm one who likes to speak person to person. I feel that things will not be Lost in translation so to speak if I am speaking to someone over the phone, as opposed to communicating via email for example. I have found a better way to access music videos and play copywritten music legally.

I can't afford Spotify. I'm going through divorce and it's costing way too much.

Spotify sent me a number to contact them after putting in my information and once again the card and even go through nothing got resolved. I do not feel like a valued customer that has been with them for over two years.

Don't know my user name

I've been trying to contact Spotify for like 2 years now I do not have a user's name that I know of my email address does not work the username that I used does not work I think they issue me numbers instead can I please change my username to my name

Rate increase

Spotify Crew: My wife and I have been nothing short of delighted with Spotify; UNTIL NOW. OUR experience was nothing short of magical. We collectively thank you for the enchanting times weve shared.. Your one dollar bump is pure greed. Count us bailing out from our otherwise Long subscription At very least, grandfather those of us that have supported you historically for so very long Were now priced out good people. I’ve had an ongoing issue logging in with my iPad. I enter my login information and wants to open an email link I click on the link and it takes me to the previous login page. It’s in a perpetualallin

App doesnt work on my iPad. I open app and it asks for login credentials I enter them and it opens my email and wants me to click in the green link it takes me back to the login page and the process starts all over again. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this worked for a couple of days. This lo longer works. App works very well on my iPhone but not on my iPad

Complaint Resolved

Spotify has resolved my issue. Part of the problem was due to no telephone contact; part was due to my not messaging directly with Spotify my mistake. When I went to their Website and chose that option, a technician came on and worked with me until I was satisfied. I 100% recommend Spotify for streaming music. Premium is the best!!!

Need to change billing info per recent email

Nothing has changed except my bank’s fraud unit stopped the $46 charge fortunately. The $5 refundable charge I was told to make before chatting w/a tech assistant turned into a $46 subscription I did not want.

I got zero help and 100% frustration over a very simple to resolve matter if there had been adequate customer service. Want to continue premium still.

I sent msgs to chat. Filled out confidential billing info for the $5 refundable to update to continue my Premium Spotify. Red msg said use different card??? Card is definitely good!! Want to communicate w/someone at Spotify to complete this task. Was unable to got msg system messed up try later yesterday!! Same today and am getting nowhere!!

I have been charged twice for my premium subscription?

I noticed while checking my bills for the last 6 months, that I have been charged for premium on my American Express and my CIBC Mastercard. One transaction is taken out on the 25th of every month and the other transaction is taken out on the 1st of the month, different credit cards? I have no idea how that happened? But can you please credit me on one of the accounts, and cancel it! My Spotify account is mariajohn-65. This has happened for January to June so far! I just checked my American Express and it was charged again. If this is not taken care of asap I will cancel everything.

Cannot loggin

I have my phone number to login to my account but wheb i type my phoen number it says check you number i have logged in many time with my number only but not is not coming i just updated premium also after that only i cannot login and there is no proper reply to the message sent
