Changed mind

Cathy was awesome, she rectified my situation and explain how easy the return process would be by sending me a prepaid FedEx label and told me I can drop it off at any Walgreens which is extremely convenient. Thank you Cathy!

SG BUYERS CLUB

I just got a $50 charge taken out of my account for the SG Buyers Club renewel and I would like to cancel that and get my money back. I would like a refund for it. When I look on here it says my trial expired on June 4 and it asked me if I wanted to renew so money should NOT be taken out of my account. I will report you guys if I dont get a refund

Placed an order for a friend in North Carolina

This service was excellent as the product was quality and the mailing and accommodations regarding the transition of purchasing an item and sending it to a dear friend was smooth. The S. G representative had outstanding people person skills as he was able to look up in the catalog exactly what I referenced and his command and knowledge of your and products was exemplary. keep up the great work Sportsmans Guide as we love you as you are a great American company and you support American ideals being from the Midwest , as it is a pleasure to do business with you all . Regrettably, it is a sad thing other Americans will not participate in purchasing more items from you all but, instead they buy from China , which is of course is a communist country using the Uighurs and slave labor! Keep up the great job as you are all phenomenal and your service to our American community is again exemplary. Please know that you have a phenomenal staff with a great selection and above all you are an American company for Americans by Americans!! Buy American people!! I used to buy lots of shoes and boots from SG. But now your sizing isnt right for me. I wear 13 eeee and now thats few and far between in your shoes. Youre selling by mail. I can occasionally buy in store but not often. I used to buy a lot of your products but in last 3 years havent bought much. Everything got expensive. You used to have good deals but not now

Product question

Unable to determine product returns. I believe they were free from website now I was told a slight fee return. Customer service could not tell where return policy was on the website.

I got charged 49.99 when I didn’t sign up for it.

My card was charged for a renewal of a club card and I never signed in for that and I would like for that to to get canceled off my card. Thank you

Buy a gun

Person has no knowledge about firearms in the system that we have to do right now and to ask her what dealership in the area its like pulling teeth where we are where we are the cannibal next time I want to speak to somebody right in the gun department like I did the last time that new the rules and regulation without having that attitude this person had a very bad attitude some people just dont like other people by the sound of their accent

Worts Customer Service Ever

I have shopped with TSG for years. Every year has been worse than the previous year. This year was my last year ever. TSG Refused to allow me to cancel an order less than 20 minutes after it was placed. They told me they would sell me a reduced price return label and I could simply return it. Keep in mind, the order was still pending, no floor efforts had even begun - and they wanted to sell me a return label... Beyond that, all of my items are listed as Non-Returnable. When I advised Customer Service of this, i got a blue screen of death - they had no idea what to do. So, I argued with Customer Service for the next 18 hours, into the next day, when the package finally registered in their system as SHIPPED. I then called FedEx and requested they consider the package refused by sender and to not bother picking it up. They said they would and proceeded as such. THe package never left TSG. So, Customer Service said it was impossible to cancel an order once placed, that they would sell me a return label to return my package, didn't appreciate how ridiculous this was, being that they had even begun to pull the items from their inventory, and failed to comprehend the implications of these items being non-returnable. I came very close to getting stuck with over $200 worth of gifts that the intended recipient had changed their mind about. I dealt with 5 different people in Customer Service who simply choose to copy and paste the same boilerplate canned response, with no willingness to actually try to help. TO *** WITH TSG - they can keep their China crap - and I shall celebrate the day that other customers realize that TSG is comprised of lazy folks and crooks.

POOR SERVICE!!!!?

Called to report part of my order was present in pkg. No Im sorry . I felt like my word was in question on it. Than I chat with Ellen and she send me a page to put my email address down and my credit card info for a two dollar fee they would help resolve it. What to *** is this what you call Customer service? Never had trouble with Sportsmens guide before but this was not good. Lori and Ellen Im totally disappointed in both of you and now I question if I ever want anything to do with Sportsmens Guide again. Im so PISSED right now!

Customer service, Mary

Nothing wrong with this company, but Mary in customer service is surprisingly rude and not helpful. I had to make a large purchase from this store for my job, i make purchases for a living, so i know exactly how easy or hard it should be. Not only was Mary rude, but she failed to properly execute my order. When i asked to speak with someone else she was still not helpful. Someone needs to evaluate this woman's work.

Item (rucksack) received was not the same as advertised.

Good evening, I recently received my order which contained an U.S. Military Surplus Field Pack with Frame (UPC: 885344****29), I am somewhat upset since it was advertised as a full set with shoulder straps, frame, and kidney belt, and I received an incomplete rucksack without any shoulder straps. I would like to have a rucksack with shoulder straps as advertised, with the complete set of parts required to use the rucksack. Would it be possible to get a pair of shoulder straps shipped to my shipping address? I've spent a good amount of money buying from your shop, but issues like false advertisement are a deal breaker for me and I would like to still make future purchases from your business. I ordered 3 military bags about 2 months ago I saw on sportsman guide website that it went 2 of the bags went on sale afterwards I called to getting the difference in price refunded to me and was informed that sportsman guide doesnt refund money if the items go on sale after you bought them I dont want to order from sportsman guide anymore

Bad service all the way around

I ordered a pair of boots on 10/31/21 next day air shipping wouldn't get them till Tuesday which is ok ,so Tuesday came around and instead of boots I got a metal can for paint , called them up to let them know what happened I got told that they would get the boots to me be Thursday still no boots now I'm being told not till next week Tuesday what the f I will never order from these guys again what a waste of time I hope the CEO reads this Id like to chat with him

Winchester 9mm Ball ammo

I have 2 orders in for 1000 rounds of Winchester 9 mm Ball ammo; one order was in 2020 and the other was in 2021, and I still haven't received the ammo !!! Sportsman's Guide keeps giving me updates as to when to expect the order, and it changes every 90 days. Now, I just got an email telling me that the ammo is now pushed back to 12/24/21 for the first order and 06/22/22 for the second order. I call to no avail.

Theft

Dont buy from this company they will steal from you and take your money out of your bank account without permission even when you return the junk they send you and are supposed to get a refund their customer service is horrible all they care about is making money off of you and they keep all your information bank details card number and charge you whenever they want and steal your money they are a bunch of thriving *** that cant even respond and face you when confronted nothing but a bunch of *** go to bass pro instead they go above and beyond to make things right

Fall Prep

If the 2 items I was more or less forced to pick from the Fall Prep email I received from you never made me understand if the items I selected were a part of the subscription or if they were an additional charge. I have sent 3 chats, 2 emails and a phone message trying to get this answered. If these are an additional charge, please cancel my selections. I do not want to pay for extra items.
