Safe locked

The customer service representative was a foreigner who you could hardly understand. She obviously didn't want to help me, so she disconnected the call, wow!

Gun safe

I put new lithium batteries in the slot on the inside of the door and within a month they've gone bad something is draining them down and I don't know what it is. I've had to resort to using the key completely.

I need keys for Grease he’s

I have three gun safes and I need keys for them. The number for the keys are 1811 and 3389 and 1826 can you let me know how much it would cost to get keys?

Safe locking mechanism broke waiting on part and locksmith

locking mechanism inside the door broke where it just spins and I cannot get into the safe. We've been having this safe for about 4 or 5 months, and its already broken, with a lot of our belongings inside that we need, and guns that my wife can't get to for protection if I'm away. I called and talked to a rep (Archie) on the 7th who told me that he would send me the part, and he would send me an email to contact a locksmith. Check my emails every day haven't got any info. I want to know how a locksmith is going to get inside my safe if its broken and locked from the inside.

My support person was fantastic and very helpful!!!

German gentleman I had from the support team as I lost my key was very helpful and patient with me while I gave him all my codes and is going to send me paperwork so I can fill it out for you guys to send me a new key

Safe wound open

Im waiting for the paper work thats coming in the mail. The download you sent, I was unable to get it downloaded. The paper work has the three documents I need to order new keys. Have you sent this information to me?

Safe is broke

Safe is broke and I am waiting to hear from the locksmith that the company is sending out to open and repair the safe. This has been broke 5 days and called in the same day. With the height of the hunting season upon us my firearms are locked away. The safe broke when I closed it the internal mechanism broke free from the bolt wheel and the wheel now just spins around.

Bad service or attention to costumers

1 year ago I buy a safety gun box The box come damage ,the was replaced with no problems and the new box never the password work after 1 year no body help me yet I call to costumer service never answer I send emails never answer back I try to many times to reset the code and never let me reset at all times I had to use the key

My safe is broken and can’t open it spoke to customer service and they said they sending lock smith but it’s been two weeks and nothing nobody contacted me and still can’t open safe my family is mad

Broken safe cant open it my family is left unprotected cause I cant retrieve my firearms or my Personal belongings

Replacement safe key

Requested a replacement key for my safe, talked with a knowledgeable lady who e-mailed a form for my info- once received, she Double checked my order with me- sent it to a person in charge of cutting the key and put it in the mail All of this within 5 days ! Excited for their professional service. Thanks to ALL involved at Sports Afield.. Randall R

Keypad not working

I have a sports afield safe that i bought at sams club, and the keypad is letting me type in the two numbers to get to the code entering, and the first or second number of the code, but wont let me type in the full code or the pound sign

No magazine received since order on 3/7. Customer service phone is not very convenient.

Need new key. Forgot combination and cannot find key because we moved

Never received replacement key. Has trouble finding number or even contact information. Never received a key or replacement key. Hopefully someone will get back with me soon. Please forgive me for complaining, but we do not have the money to call a locksmith.
