Illegal account closure

Terrible support
They advertise a £5000 deposit limit and mine topped out at 800. Customer support even when escalated to a manager was abrupt and she terminated chat even though there was no aggression from myself. Terminated before I could post my support feedback to the site. Also the hardest site I have ever used to find deposit, live betting, betting history. It is there but the loops involved require drop down boxes that are not relevant, for example, you have to choose £100 limit in a box regardless your limit. It drove me nuts for an evening and then closed the account. Don't go near them. When the manager cut me off I was irate. Thanks for reading this

I used this site for the casino. I credited my account and started playing .instantly I found my 45 p state was taken at £1 or £1.50. Winnings were credited wrong amounts or debited instead. It continued and I tried the free trial to see if it was my device. Answer was no it was the site. I contacted the support team and got an automatic reply then nothing. I tried again a week later and still the same issues. Tried emailing again with a screenshot to prove the problem of a credited account but yet site saying I had no money and 4 days later no reply. Don't touch this diet is all I can say!
