Bad haircut

Went in for my usual mediocre haircut( only once have i walked out saying she did a great job) Regardless, i still go there to support local business. It was another sketchy harcut, so i decided to write a review. Next thing I know the stylist sends me a fb friend request. Has to be the most unprofessional and obnoxious thing ever. Told them i was taking a break from their store, but now i will never go back. Cant believe corporate allows their employees to attempt to harass customers when they write a reviewt

Horrible experience

Carbondale illinois store sucks. I have been trying g to get a haircut for 2 weeks now and everytime I go in there is a 3 hour wait and the stylists are so rude. They act like the customer doesn't matter. I'm a military veteran and I have never been treated this way. I am certain sport clips will never get another penny of my money.

Rude stylists very disrespectful

Carbondale illinois location sucks. I love sport clips. I am a military veteran and I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. Everytime I go to sign up it's a three hour wait. The stylists are rude and act like customers do not matter to them. I have been trying to get a haircut for 2 weeks now. This is ridiculous, sport clips in Carbondale illinois has lost my business, apparently my money is no good to you. It's sad really I went overseas and fought for this country and I get treated with utter disrespect, when trying to get a haircut. (drop...walks away)

Refusal of service

Because worker was wearing a BLM mask and not in professional attire. Rude stares while waiting for my cut.

Appointments selectablefor more than one

To select more than one person on the website to get a haircut I was rescheduled for another appointment 40 minutes later. Two people to get a haircut on one appointment thats normal for father and son.

We asked then to most trim it but they had other ideas. They cut my hair so short that I might as well be bald

We asked them to only snip off the top but they shaved it. He basically looks bald. So short do not come

I live in Indianapolis received a bad hair cut I always use a season ticket . Didn't make since to go back to same store went to another store and stylist said bad haircut huh she could see it right away . she wouldn't comp the haircut because different franchise owner. so now I have $50 plus dollars in a haircut . reached out on sports clip .com left a message for the foreign guy who never answer or calls back and emailed also. some of the girls don't know how to cut hair. period and all of your stores don't sell the season ticket which is a failure on your part period . customer service is more important than the sale of a haircut . I own a company and customer service is top priority . The girls at the stores don't have a clue who their boss is or how to reach out to CUSTOMER SERVICE OR?blessings Dirk Dewes

Lack of customer service

It is becoming very clear that this is a company that doesn’t care about their actions towards the impaired. I have never heard of a company that provides a service be so unconcerned about how they service the community. They actually told me not to complain anymore....

The owner of the Grafton WI shop has no idea of what customer service means. The shop turned me away after I had checked in on site and even after two communications from the corporate office is unwilling to respond to the problem. I am a heart failure patient and only get out occasionally. It was not a minor inconvenience it was a major disruption in my attempts to stay independent. I will make it my mission to keep pointing that out in every available forum. Anyone reading this should avoid doing business with a cold hearted owner who doesnt care for people and only cares for her money. After multiple contacts with corporate communications I received this message. We would like to send you a free haircut coupon for your next haircut that you can use at any location. I then returned comment with my email and phone. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with them since to no avail. It must be the whole company creating a positive smokescreen with no real action. Avoid this brand at all costs.

I received one of the worst haircuts ever. It reminded me of beauty college quality. Everyone is making fun of me for it.

Poor customer service

Sport clips emailed me promising a free haircut to make up for the inconvenience. After two weeks it never arrived.

I received an email this week telling me not to contact them again.

They won’t *** it. What a company!

Double charge

Hello, I believe I was double charged. I swiped my debit card and the card was charged but the system didnt register it. So the stylist asked me to swipe again and the system gave the error transaction declined, DUPLICATE. The lady was very insistent on continuing to try the card but kept getting the same message. Eventually I swiped a credit card and it went through, but now BOTH my debit and credit card got charged $29. Would appreciate help

Unsatisfactory experience

I arrived on time after signing in online, i was not greeted on arrival and wasnt sure what to do so after 5 minutes of standing there I had to ask for help.After signing in, I was then passed over 2 times by people behind me in the cue. I was not offered the hot towel or massage, I mean this is the actual reason I chose this haircut place. I mentioned about the shoulder massage and she sighed then I got 15 maybe 20 seconds of the machine. Amazingly, the haircut was not even good, my side burns are uneven and I have long hairs sticking up all over the place. I am literally gonna have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. This is supposed to be a mens haircut place that offers these extra relaxing amenities but I was offered none and was shooed out of the door as quickly as possible. I will not be back and as a local general manager I will not recommend this place to anyone I know or contact while doing business. Unbelievable how unprofessional the lady with 35 years of experience was. I would like to be contacted about this issue.

Hair cut

I took my almost 2 year old in for a hair cut I asked for a guard 2 into a 3 in a fade on the sides and longer on top which was what hes always has had. The stylist did NOT do this and his longer hair she cut a HUGE chunk out and tried to continue the haircut as if she didnt do anything wrong. I had to stop her and another stylist tried to FIX it but could not since there was such a huge chunk out of his hair. My son sits still in the chair unless if hair falls in his face as anyone else would go to move it this was not the doing of my son moving at all it had everything to do with a stylist that had no clue what she was doing. I still was made to pay when my sons hair looks like he himself took scissors to his hair and even people in my family stated it looked just as such. Im completely appalled that not only the stylist that had no clue what she was doing was able to be hired there let alone the actions afterwards. After waiting over an hour to get a haircut to have someone Cut chunks into my sons hair because of their own doing then have to pay 30 dollars is extremely bad service all around.

Waiting time

On the board it said 0 minutes waiting time (next available stylist, on deck). If this turns in to over 40 mins waiting and 3 people going in front of you, its very frustrating. Manage expectations! In the end I had to leave without a haircut

This is regarding the experience I had at the 13167 State Line Rd, Kansas City, MO location . I want to start by saying that I rarely take the time to post a bad review, because I dont expect perfection. I felt compelled here. I went to get my haircut, and there was the manager Anissia, and someone training named D Angelo. In my previous visit, I observed Anissia being rude to the person whose hair she was cutting. He was obviously not talkative, and seemed a bit socially awkward. She kept reacting with rude facial expressions if she didnt like the answers he was giving to her questions. She also made eye contact a couple of times to the stylist cutting my hair, and they reacted in an unprofessional manor. Some guys like to just get their haircut, watch the game, and not talk much. I felt bad with how he was treated, and I didnt like her attitude. Now back to my visit this time. The trainee was fine with the clippers, but had no experience with scissors. Anissia had been helping him with the scissors on previous haircuts, but she convinced him to try it on me on his own for the first time. I could tell he was nervous, not cutting much off. After the third time of asking for more off, I gave up. I just left unsatisfied.They were extremely busy, so they werent rinsing or washing hair. Just haircut and out. At the register, they rang me up for a MVP. I explained I just received a haircut only, and she said they only have one price. Like WTF. She ended up taking off the MVP, but acted like she was doing me a favor. Very frustrated with the experience.
