My robot is telling me his servo is stuck
My Meccano M.A.X robot is properly assembled amd his brain is programmed correctly. Yet he is telling me his servo is stuck!! He will not operate correctly without the repair. This IS an issue with how your company designed the robot. I paid hundreds of dollars for this robot and I need you to fix it. If you do not repair the robot I will have my attorney file a lawsuit with the appropriate persons.

No Customer Service
The first few times I attempted to contact Spin Master Australia via email, the emails bounced back as undeliverable, even though I was going through their website. I then tried to call Customer Support during their office hours, only to get a pre-recorded message stating that they were closed and to call back during normal office hours, which it then went on to list. I have tried to email them again, and this time I got back an automated email asking me to fill out a form. Furthermore, I tried to do so, but it had a number of required fields that were not relevant, such as Product Purchased and Product Code, but my inquiry is not about a purchased product. Very poor customer service. It seems they actively try to make contacting them impossible.

Missing pieces
I did a Walmart pick up order for the Disney princess puzzle an the 6 puzzle box to only got 11 puzzle in the Disney princess puzzle not the 12 and then in the other i am missing piece to puzzle i got them to do with my kids cuz my son had covid an we need things to do an we glue them an put them on the walls now i can't do them an it will not let me up load the Walmart receipt off my phone so i can email it

I missing puzzle pieces.
When I start a puzzle I always do the edging first, so when I started out with this puzzle it was missing more than two, and I only sit in one spot doing puzzles.

Missing puzzle piece
I called about a missing piece to my 2000 piece puzzle. The customer service rep was fantastic! She got my information and is shipping me a new puzzle. She could not have been any more friendly or helpful. Fantastic company!!!

Incomplete , damaged puzzle bought fro Target.
I bought a 1000 Piece puzzle by the name of Big Ben Luxe. Pieces were damaged and 2 complete pieces are missing. The box was not tampered or damaged. While we are huge puzzle enthusiasts. Monster Jam Truck Issue with Charging
My son received this truck for his birthday Sept 6th this year and he played it 2xs :( it wont keep a charge what it does we turn it on it spins the tires once and then shuts off again acting like it is dead. He is so sad and I am so disappointed in this product. We would like this problem to be solved as soon as possible buy sending us a newer one that isn't bad in anyway basically one that will hold a charge.

Puzzle defected pieces don't match the spaces
