AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We used them for 13 years and they have dramatically fallen to the wayside. Their representatives in Las Vegas are non-existent and their "corporate office" staff in Florida... incompentent. STAY AWAY!

Legal subpoena
I used Spiegel and Utera several times to form corporations. For the first time I needed their guidance. After discontinuing to work in the medical practice, a medical records subpoena for me was sent to them because I was not reachable. They sent me a partial (incomplete) subpoena. I called Mr. Spiegel to tell him I was no longer in practice due to a stroke; he just said pay me a large amount of money and I'll send you the full subpoena. When I asked if that was necessary he unprofessionally hung up on me. He could have emailed the whole subpoena rather than half. GREED, BAD SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE.

Horrific Customer Service
They dont listen to what you say or want done. Return phone calls dont exist, I have to keep calling back until I get an answer. They cant fill out paper work properly, I found 4 errors on my paperwork. They put in different info that was sent to them with specific detail

Fraudsters to the fullest
Opened a LLC. They despite the paperwork saying they are not be a registered agent or use their mailing address chose to put themselves as both. I clearly did not select this option for the added fees and clearly put I my information in the spots on the form. Called them... you wont get return calls and if you do it is telling you they will charge you more money. End result I contacted the state directly, they are changing it for me for a small fee and I called my credit card company and got a refund for them since the services requested were never provided. Spiegel and Uterera aka Amerilawyer are the biggest frauds you could come across. RUN... Find anyone else to do what you need to do.. these people are the *** of ***

Warning, Don't trust Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. They have rude customer service, second they misspelled my company name for the corporation wrong and won't change it on their side. They won't refund me the $277.00. That is big lost of cash. And you can't win the dispute with them with your credit card company.

Bad Experience
First of all this website is more than overpast. they basically only contact by phone calls, plus are terrible on online answering. They didn't care about the problem, and actually seemed that they didn't know what they were doing, since our trademark registration had a problem due their lack of attention. Really, bad experience

Why are they always hiring?
So im always on craigslist checking on what jobs are available. im always trying to see if their is anything closer to home or pays better. And i noticed that this company is always hiring. At first i thought maybe the company is growing. I usually try to go online and google and employer or the address to get an idea of what im getting myself into. Ive entered their site and checked it out. I personally don't find the site to be very user friendly. they are always hiring on craigslist (they are located in miami (coral way) and I was just wondering... perhaps they are always hiring because they are not a very good company? has anyone worked for them? has anyone used them recently? anyone been INSIDE their office?

RUN FROM THIS CHEAP FIRM
They are the worse company to deal with. Extremely unprofessional staff. We have had a nightmare dealing with Natalia Utrera. This is our 3rd week after paying them and still cant get our new Company registrations. It has been one story or another and all the staff care about is to upsell you. First it took them two weeks to realize that the name we had chosen was not available as it already was registered in the State of GA however, prior to taking our money, they confirmed to us that they did a preliminary name search and that the name was available. We have sent them 3 different names now and still no paperwork to show we are registered. This company should be closed down!! They start charging for hidden items and fees that were never a part of the initial disclosures. We would never do business with them ever! Save yourself the hassle and go use another firm.

Used the to form LLC and from the very beginning it's almost impossible to get in touch with them you'll be on on hold for hours!!!! And then when you do get an attorney they're rude and impatient as if they have been waiting on YOU for hours. Rush through jobs and answers that will set you back trust me. Their Mistake - Your Fault and Your Money
I filled out the form to form a FL LLC. They COPIED the information and in the process misspelled the last name. I had a problem when trying to open a bank account since the Florida Corporation registry by the Department of State, that lists the corporate officers, did not match my last name on my driver's license. I called AMERYLAWYER and was told that it would be $450 to correct their mistake. They knew it was their mistake. I spoke with at least two people and received the same result: pay us and we fix the mistake ( that we made). I filed my own correction and it cost me less than $100.

Bait and switch and then some...
I usually don't write bad reviews, actually this is the first time ever I go out of my way to do so. I was so blown away by their unprofessional behavior that I felt obligated to warn other potential clients. My intention was to purchase a NV shelf company. At check out it showed that the cost would be $4,430.90. The website states that these prices can fluctuate, so I was expecting to pay a bit more. When I was given the final cost of $8,196.75. I truly felt I was mislead by a bait and switch tactic. I raised my concerns with Michael R. Carrigan, the gentleman handling my request and would probably have left it at that. I was upset that he waisted my time and told him that I was not happy with this bait and switch approach. It is what happened next that compelled me to write these reviews. I received a follow up call from Michael's supervisor. He went out of his way to call me up and blast me for "harassing" his staff member. I have been a business owner for 20 years, I have built and run several service business during my career... but this... I have never experienced in my life! What I keep racking my brain about is what could have been the purpose of that call. What did the supervisor have in mind and what did he try to accomplish with that phone call?? He had obviously lost me as a potential client, what could have been the purpose of calling me up and telling me how "unprofessional" I had been and how I had harassed his staff member... mind boggling. I would think twice about doing business with these folks...

Person was young (girl) rude and had lack of knowledge.
Person answering the phone a young girl gave me attitude when i asked to speak to with a rep about aged corps. in fact she said all info is on line. i was trying to inquire why i should use your company so i had some question. in a very low calm voice i explained that i was hoping to understand how her company worked and the benefits and got attitude. so i told her i did appreciate her attitude and she put me on hold, than came back and said basically i was stuck with her. one of the question that i ask her i know for fact was answered wrong!! i even re asked the question and got more attitude. although the pricing maybe OK id rather spend more and be treated professionally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hired this firm to incorporate my organization, the biggest mistake I've made. They first filed under the wrong thing. Then once I found out and complained, they wanted me to pay them again to do it right. I was never able to meet anyone as they're located in Florida...so they only spoke to me over the phone (to no avail). My emails went unanswered. Incompetence is the rule of the day at this firm. Save yourself the headache and use legalzoom or bizfile for better service.
