Spickify - Cleaner Review from Singapore, Singapore
Lousy cleaner who did not even do a proper cleaning. Used 3/4 of all my cleaning detergent and on the tap throughout the cleaning wasted so much water and yet the toilets are still dirty, wall tiles not cleaned. It's even worst that my own cleaning!! Completely not worth the price. The contact person is not responsive and suddenly the cleaner turned up at my doorstep without giving me any confirmation. I saw the reviews here before but engaged out of desperation since my initial cleaner was not able to make it. So ppl reading review here, the bad reviews are all real. Please take note and nv engage them even when u are out of desperation. Just do it yourself or engage another company because u will regret paying for such lousy service which is not worth it at all!!!

Spickify - Poor Service and bogus cleaners
Send me a total inexperience cleaner. Had a chat with the aunty, was told that Spickify just enrolled her without even a meet up or interview and she was given this assignment. When asked about the $1,000,000.00 public insurance, Spickify can't even produce any document. I was told all cleaner was trained and experienced, not true in my case. Make a feedback to the company on the substandard cleaning, till now i haven't hear from them about a make-up session. Beware of Spickify, terrible company. See below for what they are advertising in their website, a pack of lie. Pre-screened cleaners with background checks No illegal maids on day off or "study mamas" $1,000,000.00 public insurance You're covered against incidents occurring during the session Certified cleaning skills We only work with trained and experienced cleaners Cleaning guarantee Dissatisfied? Spickify - Dedicated staff,
Me and my husband have been living in Singapore for 8 years now, and since we're both working, we have had to rely extensively on external housekeepers to keep our place clean. After having used 3 different companies in the past, we came across Spickify after a quick search on google. The negative reviews listed here made us a little wary, but we went ahead with the call anyway. We spoke to a staff member, who quickly followed up on our call with an introductory e-mail listing all the charges and T&Cs transparently. All we had to do in return was to reply with with details of our home and wait for them to find a "match". After a week without any replies, we had a call from the operations manager, who mentioned that they had found a matching cleaner and that they will be bringing her over that weekend (we had requested for a session on Saturday evening). That evening, both the CEO (can you imagine!) and Operations Manager of Spickify showed up with the cleaner in tow, and joined my husband and I in orientating the cleaner around my place. Both staff of Spickify were pleasant and polite, not just to us but to their cleaner as well. They parted with us with some tips on how to keep our wooden tables in sparkling condition (and their tip worked). We are pleased with the efforts of the team to find us a suitable match. Their sincere follow-up methods are very commendable, as is the treatment of their cleaners. Good job Spickify - You have won yourself a long-term customer.

SPICKIFY - BAD SERVICE
Wow I clearly didnt do my research with this. I too just got scammed from these people. I hired them for a move out deep clean and they didnt even complete the basic cleaning - wiping baseboards, cleaning the sink, vacuuming, etc. The list goes on. I paid $200 for this terrible service. When I called, they told me that since I signed the *** form saying I was satisfied, that they will not refund my money (even in partial) and would not send out the crew to return and complete the job. I signed the form to get these young kids out of my house so I could reclean it! The form also said that if I wasnt satisfied to call and I did. That didnt help at all!!! I also had a crew of two men that I didnt feel comfortable leaving in my home. Clearly they werent trained or informed about what deep cleaning entails. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

Spickify - Dishonest Company
Be warned - they will indicate that there is no contract and no obligation, but will continue to bill your credit card. They will outright lie if you tell them you are not interested in any ongoing arrangement and will then refuse to refund you for not adhering to their cancellation policy...despite their having assured you that it was a single transaction so therefore there should have been nothing to cancel??? I have filed a complaint with the CASE. I would not recommend Spickify Cleaning to the people as this company prefers fraudulent activity instead of honest business. I was their victim once and I don’t understand why this company is still on market!!! Close them down!

Spickify - Terrible part time maid
Should have known there would be problems.On first visit offered to give the cleaner money to buy the cleaning supplies she likes, she agreed to bring receipts and change. Supplies, change and receipts never materialized. She called in sick for third scheduled service, claimed to be hospitalized for 5 days from heavy menses "brought on by overwork". Third visit had two repair people scheduled, left the housekeeper alone for 60 minutes, with handbag tucked in drawer, while she was to be working in other parts of the condo. Left her unsupervised a second time for sixty minutes in the afternoon, again, while handbag was in a drawer.Hundreds of dollars of the money to pay the repairmen were missing when I retrieved my handbag to pay for services at the end of the day. Spickify did not offer to refund their fee!
