I've been traveling on Spicejet as it's the only airline who flies Pune to Dubai sector, but most of the times it's been late and recently my baggage was tampered and damaged .

When I received my luggage from Pune to Dubai, I found out all the locks of my bags were broken and my bag zipper damaged ,even after the first security check where they seal the locks so one can't reopen the bag,but someone had opened our bags and gone thru the contents ,which itself questions the security issues and the handlers of the luggage .please be careful as so far nothing has happened from SpiceJet side

Refund for cancelled flight

The flight on Sat, 17 Jun 2023. Bangalore to Pondicherry Airport 15:50 to 16:50 has been cancelled. Since the airlines is not able to provide an alternative nor been able to schedule the flight to the nearest dates, I request a full refund. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Complaint regarding excessive charges for laptop bag and mistreatment during boarding at Bagdogra Airport

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent travel experience with SpiceJet Airlines. On 29th of March, I was traveling from Bagdogra to Bangalore, and I encountered a highly distressing incident that compelled me to bring this matter to your attention. Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, I proceeded to the check-in counter, as per the airline's instructions, to obtain my boarding pass. I had always carried an additional laptop bag apart from my carry-on luggage whenever I travel, as it is necessary for my academic needs as a student. However, to my surprise, I was singled out and made to stand aside while the boarding process was underway. One of your airline staff members approached me and informed me that I would be required to pay an additional fee for carrying my laptop bag. As a student who resides in a hostel, I do not typically carry a significant amount of cash with me. I explained this to the staff member, highlighting my financial constraints and the fact that I did not have the required amount at that moment. Rather than showing empathy or attempting to find a suitable solution, I was subjected to unnecessary harassment and made to feel vulnerable in a crowded boarding area. I must emphasize that the behavior exhibited by your staff was highly unprofessional and did not meet the standards of customer service I have come to expect from SpiceJet Airlines. Thankfully, a fellow traveler who was an aquantaince, noticed my distress and came forward to help me pay the extra charges, which allowed me to proceed with the boarding process. However, this incident not only caused me considerable embarrassment but also left a lasting negative impression of your airline. As a loyal customer who has chosen SpiceJet Airlines for my travels, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of understanding and compassion demonstrated by your staff members. I believe it is the responsibility of an airline to treat its passengers with respect and to handle situations with professionalism and sensitivity. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the staff members involved. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund of the excessive charges levied on me for my laptop bag. Moreover, I hope that you will take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and ensure that your staff members are trained to handle customer concerns and situations of this nature with the utmost care and professionalism. Unscheduled last minute cancellation of flight

While I understand the reason for a sudden cancellation due to bad weather, the customer service response for refund for the flight is ZERO!! I am very dissatisfied & do not want to book via Spice jet ever again

Communication and customer support is not up to the mark

Due to technical issues in the Mumbai airport lounge, my flight got missed and no one from support team was there to resolve and they didn't do anything to resolve where it was airport tech mistake and i was made to pay double amount. Disappointing experience.

Non refund of money

I travelled in SpiceJet sector CCU-DEL. Booked through cheap flights app. One Happy Fare travel agent was my handler. I do not know from where this agent popped up in the middle. On Web Checkin previous night of travel I paid for Seat selection and food. Money was paid online to SpiceJet.with transaction details. Money got lost, Happy Fares washed their hands off and I did not get the paid seat or food in the flight. I have written N-number of times (with all supporting documents each time) to SpiceJet customer relations. But I have not received any refund of that money I lost on 19/1/2023. So Beware

Refund

I have been in touch with your teammebers (Namrata Pradhan,Jai Prakash,Tanisha Rawat-nodal officer) from past 24 days for my refund whenever i write an email they reply to me after minium-4-5 days and ask same details again which have been shared to them in the previous email first i got the dedline of 3-4 working days for my refund ,than after 10 days they said it will be refunded in 7-8 working days and now a week prior on 21st December 2022 i have got an update that it will take 15-20 working days i have been trying to contact the person who has all the details and whenever i asked them to let me speak to the person who knows all the details they just disconnect the call. Please let me know who is your legal team so that i can take the legal actions against the same as it is not only fraud also mental harassment.
