Ordered Gas Spring Nitride Arms for my boat as recommended by boat dealers. I e-mailed the company and asked for the correct part number, but when I went to order it on-line, I typed in a wrong digit. I ordered the wrong part and asked that it be exchanged and they will not take an exchange even if I pay for shipping. It is their company policy and they won't even work with you. The policy is not clearly visible on the internet. There is no compassion for this customer no-service company. Don't buy from them.
