Sunday, June 4 745 am age heat Monterey Salinas. Over a week now, still no photos in my account. Can someone please send update, status or solution,.I've sent multiple messages and no reply. They are not getting back to me on my injury and I'm starting to wonder what's going on I filled out the claim form and have yet to hear back from Spartan about my injury in Fayetteville when I fell from slip wall I am really hoping to hear back from them soon but I feel like the communication has not been there thus far.

I ran a Spartan race yesterday , wore my chip timer the whole way, crossed all the mats and my results are not there. There is no one to contact except an email which has so far not resolved this issue. Too much money for too little service

I am injured and unable to complete my present registration, may I credit for future race? Double charged with no option for refund
I bought the Spartan pass, then continued to purchase my races with it. The last race I went to scheduled I put through and then was notified it charged me another $225. When I tried to ask for a refund as my pass covers this race they said they will not give me my money back and there is no way to contact anyone. Im extremely frustrated as this is a lot of money. Spartan race needs to get their act together.

I payed for spartan khorfakhan 28/01/2023 in UAE...during this day weather no good in UAE and I have to drive to spartan location 121km So for my safety I cancel to join in the last time now I'm looking for using the amount for another event in UAE spartan. thanks
