Double charging. Will not refund monies. Sending me to collections for their mistake

I noticed Sparketts started double charging me in March 2023. I sent in 5 years of bank statements showing that they had been charging me incorrectly. They stated that they will not refund any errors that they made. They told me to contact my bank. My bank did an audit as well. It shows the over charges, which added up to over $1000. The bank reversed the last over charges. Then Sparketts recharged me for the same amount that was reversed. Adding on several late payments and an additional fee. As of today, they want to send to collections for their mistake. This was originally used as a Costco Executive member.

Driver crashed into my sisters car and speed away

Myvsisters car wasnparked at her condo as it usually is. The neigh or calls my sister to vome outside that her car was just hit as she and my brother step out the driver left as he saw them. The neighbor showed my sister the footage of when the truck sounds the beeps for the reverse were beeping and you hear the truck crashing into her vehicle. My sister called the pacoima office manager frank and that *** didnt help. Now my sister is left with all that damage. I will be making life *** for Sparkletts. I was a driver for Hinlley in Fontana before Sparkletts bought them out. I would've never been that piece of *** I will be reaching out to everyone to make known that Sparkletts is trash. You can do the right thing and fix my sisters car or i will make sure everyone knows not to do business with Sparkletts.

Takes days, one time a week, for delivery

Phoenix sparkletts. Never deliver when that are scheduled to. Days late, one time a week late. Get emails stating your delivery comes tomorrow. One time they delivered to wrong house and wouldnt come back to get them and bring to my house. I would get them if I knew where they were delivered. When I confronted him he just laughed. They are terrible. I call customer service and they tell me, I got in touch with the driver and *** be there in 30 min. Never shows up. I think they just say that to shut us up.

Horrible Billing & Customer Service Reps

Every month the same thing - Total Due, however they CANNOT provide you with an invoice with that amount, if you pay from current invoice it takes them forever to post then charge you late fees, then you are always behind and they charge you a service fee for paying with a corporate credit card! When you call, their representatives are less than helpful and have attitude. I have never had rep's talk over me so much and offer no solutions. Looking into different water delivery solution to their unprofessional service.

Hit and run

Delivery guy backed into my car at my job when leaving and didnt say anything to anyone just left. Not getting anywhere with their customer service, a waiting game. Want it fixed!

I have been trying to have Sparkletts pick up empty bottles for the last 5 months. They have never returned my calls or messages

Service canseld

Because we supply 4 bottles total 27.95 they charge 40.95 2 time a mount It's too much. Thanks for your service.

Sparklett's has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, CONSISTENTLY

They do not show up as promised, give you different dates every time, then say it is a 5-7 day turn-around time for rep, but they were supposed to be there on 15th and it is now the 22nd, and still get "same" run-around answer. Then schedule appointment for 9/27, never show up. When you call customer service, it says due to the Hurricane in Florida, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available. UNBELIEVABLE. We are definitely looking to take our numerous locations elsewhere.

Equipment installed has leaks

Our installed system is leaking. I have called 4 different numbers to try to get service and all three have said our account is suspended for nonpayment without even giving me a chance to give an account number.??? I have had issues with trying to contact Sparkletts in the past. If I don't get an email or telephone call TODAY to have service scheduled, I will disconnect your equipment and set it oputside our office building (WestCorp Management Group, 6655 Eastern Ave Suite # 200, Las Vegas, NV 89119) My cell is 702-358-**** Bruce Marten

Driver Complaint

7/14/22 11:15am, your driver truck #DOT 155682, parked in front of apt bldg 1230 Brockton Ave, LA 90024 on street sweeping day, we did not get street cleaned due to your uncaring rude driver. He was delivering water across the street. Your drivers cannot be reckless in our neighborhoods. Do something, we are angry.

With my health problems, I have to have the purest water available, the sparklettes spring and filtered Is the best for me , the water has to be from sparklettes brand only, to assure of the highest quality, FOR ME WITH MY PROBLEMS!!! THANK YOU SPARKLETTES COMPANY!

The check was cleared by Sparklettes and they sent me to collections. Collections agency take for ever to release the credit hold.

Check cleared by your bank and you still have me on credit hold for a few weeks. I called the collections agency and they are taking for ever to take me off credit hold. the whole process is taking to long when you already have been paid. I don't like your system. Everything moves to slow. We are looking for another vendor that provide better service.

No delivery of water as promised

Had a scheduled delivery for Monday. I have called every day, was promised delivery on Friday with a text saying when they would arrive. 5pm Friday called again and was told Monday delivery. I am out of water and this is my only water source of drinkable water. Water Event should have never sold to such a poor company. Looking for another water delivery company now. DO NOT go with Sparkletts water. I am also filing a complaint with the TX state attorney general's office against this company for failing to provide the services I was promised and paid for.
