Hello how are you? Sorry I send message again. I speak with space university and proffossors they said to me I have to go to university and start with M.A of space and work on my project in my thesis and after I finish I have to find space agency and share it with them. they Don, t introduce me to space agency I have speak with them by my own now I, m PhD student of architect and I want only speak with one person that can help me to complete my project I don, t want to study space and they say you have to speak with space agency for that and they help you for that project not university. They say a person that work on Mars House and help to you to share with space agency. Who can help me in Nasa for these project? Can you give me a person that do this project in Nasa. We purchased the StarLink business but only need the resident package. How can we change from the $500 month plan to the residential one. You didn’t answer my question about Starlink.
I paid $99 in 4/2022 to get in line to receive the Starlink wifi. I got a follow up email I. 11/2022 saying I should hear something in mid 2023. So far. Ive heard nothing. My question : where am I in the que to get my starlink equipment and wifi access?

I need some one speak french To help me, Ça fais 3 semaine que jessaie daller dans mon compte. J ai fais plusieurs demande de changement de mot de passe mais rien marche. J ai pas accès à mon compte donc impossible de changer ladresse de service ou même changer de plan pour mobilité.. Personne pour m aider, par contre vous prenez largent sur ma carte de crédit. Si je réussis pas à me connecter à mon compte je veux retourner lappareil et me faire rembourser . Encore une fois ll faut que je me Connect à mon comté pour annuler le service et retourner mon kit starlink Je suis rendue à un point de frustration même pas imaginable. Je veut repartir le compte à zéro avec les bonnes informations Je veut parler à quelquun en français et pas dans 2 semaines . Ça fais 3 semaines que j essais de régler le problème et j ai 30 jours pour retourner l appareil. Je veut quelquun qui vas débogguer mon compte privacy@***.com

I need to ask about a refund from last year on my deposit. I actually put down another deposit down this year after changing my mind and deciding to get Starlink.
Need to talk to a human about 1. A refund from a deposit last year 2. When I can expect to get service with a second deposit I made this year.

I have a mail that was said delivered but I haven't received it yet
