Cannot get anyone to call back to help us with our Broken Hot Tub
Our Hot Tub that we bought on 12/31/2021 just stopped working. I had our electrician come out immediately and he said it's not the wiring or the Electric box. It's coming from the Tub itself. For some reason, it's shorting out. I called 2x left 3 messages on different dept's and still no call back. How do you sell products expensive ones at that and have horrible Customer Service? I even sent an email letting them know my issue, and no response. I will let everyone know never to buy from this company again. Kimberly Balsamo
