No complaint whatsoever. DIY mag was discontinued, and I wasn't aware, so the remainder of my subscription was transferred to So. Liv. ...fine with me! Thank you.

I did not renew my subscription but am receiving a bill

I signed up for Southern Living magazine and paid for it nearly a year ago. Recently Ive received a bill for a RENEWAL of the magazine for 20.00. I did not wish to receive or renew my subscription. Please check into this for me.. thank you

This is WAY too much trouble to go through to simply renew a magazine, especially one which seems to be declining in quality and relevance. Not sure Ill go through this again.

Wife died

My wife passed away in June of this year. I have tried to contact the companies number I have as given to discontinue receiving magazines she had ordered. I am put on a call back list but never get a call back. I am not happy about this lack of response!! Why would I ever recommend your magazine to anyone else. I dont want to receive threatening letters from you that my deceased wife owes some money and it is going to legal action! One magazine has already done this and they wont give me a way to contact them!

Customer sevice Complaint

I was cut-off twice. Since I have a. Eye issue it is difficult to communicate online. No way to get to someone who seems interested ib helpomg if it is difficult. I can read New Jersey Monthly online easilynot so with your magazine. I wanted to ask how Icanreas your articles. I apologize for errors since I cannot see well. Thank you, Pat OConnell 843-504-****

I do not want this magazine any longer, send NO more invoices !!!!

Called customer service sev times to cancel waited on hold as much as a half hour, then hung up, never an answer ! Reporting to BBB - never wanted auto renewal

Received products I didn't order and I immediately returned

I called customer service and waited around 15 minutes but no one answered. When the SL Christmas book came I did not want it and sent it right back Today I received a bill for $40+. This is very upsetting. Please contact me. 443-802-**** Or Peggyricker14@***.com Thank you Peggy Ricker

This is wifes subscription. She died in June of last year. Need to return book and cancel subscription.

End subscription

I kept receiving emails regarding my renewal. I no longer wanted to renew but every time I would log in and try to connect with customer service or do anything that was no paying the invoice, it would kick me out and I would have to log in again. It seems as though the system is designed to allow for payments but not cancellations. This happened several times so I was frustrated enough to try and call Southern Living but their contact info is nowhere on the email I received as well. I went to the internet and found their phone number via the Pissed consumer website and was able to connect with customer service and cancel my subscription and remove my email from future contact. I appreciate the Pissed Consumer's easy access to help direct me to the right phone number.
