Outage for over 9 hours so far.

Outage from about 10:30pm last night. Status at midnight said outage has been fixed. It wasn't fixed as I checked at about 2am. Continued status keeps saying crew is on the way until now.

HOLD TIMES

The hold times are insane!!! I have to change the phone number associated with this address to be able to complete creating an online account. Had to go through the terrible automated system just to be on hold for hours is infuriating. I dont understand why they cant hire more HUMANS to answer the phones, they definitely have enough of our money to do so.

It getting a bill via email

I tried logging in and my email was not recognized by SCE when trying to view status of account. When I call, cant reach customer service folks. Thank you Joe Gutierrez

Outages

Every two months SCE has been shutting off electricity. This is terrible. Its causing so much of inconvenice to customers.Terrivle service.

I need help and can't get a live person

I can't get a live person. No options for a live person!!! Now I can't even leave a review without typing at lease 100 characters.

Customer support person could not answer billing questions and then claimed she was not SCE and could not get the information about Re-Entry Fees being charged to me.

Letter dated September 16, 2022, stated that WCE fined Chapter 9 bankruptcy and would no longer serve my community as of Jun 14, 2021. This letter also informs me that I will be charged a 5% re-entry fee. However 5% of what? Not indicated in this letter at any point and when I questioned the billing department, the person claimed that she was no SCE and could not access the information. I then asked who do I call to speak to SCE bill. She hung up on me. I'm calling back and have been on hold for 45 minutes this time.

Medical Baseline

This company is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with and Im 68 years old. They sent me a statement to renew my medical allowance with NO RETURN ADDRESS !! How inept is that !! Then when I try to speak to someone about it their automated service takes me around and around and around !! This company is absolutely horrible !! I wish we had a choice to pick another electric company and we could watch SCE go down in flames !!

Support - Cannot get a live person at any number. Wasted 43 minutes on their endless phone system. Got no help

Their phone system is designed to waste your time if don't have a canned question - and it doesn't allow you to reach someone who might help you. 43 minutes of pushing buttons, only to be routed the the start menu over and over is intolerable.

Missed dinner with mother

These people shut our power off once or twice a month I work for a place where I have to hook up a generator to supply the water for 75 homes then when the power goes back on I have to take the generator off line and hook the power back up. They say the powers going to be off from 9 to 6 and now its 9:15 and the power still isnt on and I had to cancel dinner with my mother

Fraudulent charges

I called to dispute the 240.00 charge versus my 70.00 or 100.00 dollar usage. The customer service kept arguing the charge is right, then said i offended her and hung up on me. No one is there to help or review the confusing rates or wording. Or to inspect the meter. This fraud needs to stop.

Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Spoke to a rep named Patricia and she had a huge attitude and was generally unpleasant. SCE needs to do a better job of hiring people that are going to be helpful.

The worst customer support

Impossible to reach a live person because of the endless automated menu. I can't convey my frustration in this review, but I feel like putting a fist through the computer after trying to deal with them. *** them and *** their customer support. It's all the more *** horrible because it's impossible to get along without their services, they have you by the nuts. Why can't anyone just answer the *** phone these days!!!!!!!!!

Over charged on my residential electric bill.

I received there different bill statement's from SCE. In one week. 10/21/21thru today 1025/21. Three different amounts billed to one residence . one credit that is not credited, there adding it to the amount due. Spoke with two different employees. My bill has never been over 400.00 dollars as long as I've Been with Edison.. Neither employees could find any resolution to the bill except that I used the electricity. There rates, there billing cycle there charges, end of conversation. The only choice I have is to make a payment plan. I do plan on pursuing this matter, I don't believe this it just doesn't add up.

Worst service ever

HORRIBLE SERVICE. CANNOT LOG ON TO PAY BILL. CANNOT LINK ACCOUNT AS WEBSITE REQUIRES. WEBSITE REQUIRES THAT YOU LINK ACCOUNT TO PAY BILL OR CALL IN. CANNOT CALL IN - ON HOLD LITERALLY FOR HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IMPOSSIBLE ZERO SERVICE ORIENTED COMPANY. NEED TO BOYCOTT.
