My PS5 may be defective
Basically I owned a PlayStation 5 for about 5 months and after 5 months it started to fail, and I contact Sony, and they basically told me to Box the thing up and return it to him and the repair it or give me a new one the customer service rep was very nice and sweet and extremely helpful they say it might take about a month before I get my product back, but that's to be expected.

Sony is *** trash when it comes to customer service and they know it. They can and will never face the music when their products fail over and over again. I know they will delete my review but in all honesty as much money as they get from me they should be calling me back and fixing my damn problem.

I have been trying to purchase a battle pass through Sony for fortnite for the last 2 days and it's been saying that I am not able to. I have had this problem every since I downloaded the game and tried to make purchases. My son was looking forward to playing with different characters and now he's upset because he's not able to make the purchase needed

My Sony XR65X90K started acting up after only 2 months. After checking my TV, I noticed spots of light coming from between the back panel and screen edge. I called Best Buy and a Geek Squad tech came out, I was told the back panel along with the Main Board had to be replaced. Before he did anything, I wanted to contact Sony. Even the Sony tech could not remotely access my TV and admitted something is wrong with the TV. I sent pictures of the light showing through. Sony's reply was this was due to impact damage. This is clearly a manufacturing issue. Sony refused to replace my TV.

I sent them a email and according to how that goes if my account get unbanned it will be a 4 star but if not I'm complaining to them everyday til I die so yeah

Im not able to login into my playstation network account due to a verification code I have to put in that I dont have in my emails or messages, I got a verification code a month ago but i didnt have this problem so i never put it in so its invalid now but i havent got sent a new code so ive been logged out my main account with all my games and levels on the games for a good week already..
