Half of my cigarettes have air pockets in them which is why I'm thinking about switching to a different brand of cigarettes

Some of the cigarettes are only halfway filled with tobacco in the packs
I some sonoma lights and for 3wks now i can open a pack and I've been getting 3 to 5 on halfway filled. All the tobacco falls out of the cigs.

Missing cigarettes
I would like to say first, I am not pissed by no means. I bought a carton of Sonoma reds short, as I do every week. Today I opened a pack and there was only 11 cigarettes in the pack. I would just like to receive tall the products I paid for. I have never come accrost this issue before this week. I have been smoking this kind of cigarettes for years.

Tobacco falling out
I have been buying sonoma cigarettes for years. For about 3 months now everytime I open a pack of sonomas the tobacco is falling out of the cigarettes. The cigarette is less than half of one from the tobacco loss. This is ridiculous. I am going to find another brand. I don't want to smoke paper.

My Sonoma mental 100 I bought a car in and they are stale meaning nonsmokable I went back to the place where I bought them and they told me I had to notify the company

I bought a pack that only had 19 in it plus they was stale it was so bad that I couldnt even smoke them

Cigs won't stay lit
It would be nice if the ciggs didn't go out 3 times a cigg. I know you have to us that safety stuff because people are irresponsible but the cherry falls off the cig causing a fire hazard anyhow so why not let the people have a good stay lit smoke I have to carry a lighter every where I go because they just won't stay light. The state might as well outlaw them at this rate because u can't smoke them anyhow. I recommend spending a little more money and get a better stay lit brandbuy a

I switched for Marlboros to sonoma's and immediately started coughing, having headaches, dizzy spells, and just overall feeling like crap

Mislabeled product
I bought a pack of Sonoma menthol shorts and all the cigarettes in the pack are full flavor. The store wouldnt exchange them and I think it is ridiculous that I did not get what I paid for

I smoke menthol brand sonoma all the time but the pack I just bought my filters are falling off! I've never had this problem before! I can send a pic of the pac if needed!

Defective cigarettes

Nobody has contacted me. And cigarettes are still not right, filters are still not staying on.
And my husband has burnt holes in carseat, his pants and shirt, and burnt his skin when the cigarette just falls off the filter while in his mouth or while holding a cigarette.
They really need to fixed this problem. They keep raising the price and cigarettes are getting worse.

I bought two packs of your Sonoma cigarettes one menthol and One full flavor and both me and my boyfriend got dealthy sick only when we tryed smoking one our stomach got really upset throw up and gas and diarrhea servrly had to go to emergency room

I have been buying Sonoma for years and necer had any problems. I just got a pack the other day and 6 cigarettes out of the pack when I pulled the cigarette out of the pack or went to ash the cigarette they would come right out of the filter
