Yours stores lack team members and managers who have any knowledge of the app and can help someone! Your GM when it’s temporary unavailable have no way of serving the customer but to say I can’t help

The app is temporarily down and the GM doesn't know what to do yet Hannah when she opened the app was never down

Complaint

Drove to Sonic at 2209 NW Military in San Antonio for Happy Hour. Arrived 3:50 p.m and punched the red button to order drinks. They never came on til 4:01 and would not provide Happy Hour prices although we told them we had been waiting for 10 minutes punching their button to place an order. The manager came out and stated she only had two headsets and was working the drive-through and couldn't get to us and by the time she did she could not offer Happy Hour prices which we found ridiculous. We drove off very upset and puzzled by this ridiculous statement and behavior. My name is Leslie Foley, 27 Orsinger Hill, San Antonio, Texas 78230. If you want more details you can call me at 210-452-****. Also, I have no receipt because we left! I have stopped here numerous times and had long waits, but this is just a bad business practice

Experience and service

Missing items could not contact a manager and then when I called corporate my issue was left unresolved. The customer service rep out me on hold while he spoke to a supervisor and then while on held I was asked to do a survey by a computer and then was told goodbye after the survey! What in the world is going on with sonic what a waste of $40 for three people to eat that didnt go to bed full! SMH

Bad food

Salty tots with chili and purposely put lime in cherry cream shakes asked if we could get shakes with combo and was told they had to ask the manager because they said we couldnt and we told them this wasnt our first time at a sonic so then got attitude and was served *** we cant even eat this is bs for the price we paid and we were not giving attitude or nothing just advised them weve be to other ones be fore and never had problems ordering shakes with our combo

Sonic takes to long I pulled up to order and it took them 10 mins to take my order.i had to ask if any one was there

Complaint about using “dam” by the girls singing

Dont like cursing in the ad. There are many other words that can be used instead of curse words. Please make sure that there is no curse words in your ads.

It would be nice if they would answer the phone, or clean up their inbox so that someone could at least leave a message. All you get is this email box if full and no one ever answers the phone at sonic.

I ordered a strawberry limeade first they didnt give it to me, I went back to get it and told them 3 times what I ordered even showed the carhop my receipt and they gave me a cherry limeade instead, I have an allergy to cherry and I took drink and started getting hives right away, I could not use my epi pen bc I have a head injury. They really need to be very careful with the order, when I tried to call they didnt answer and they box was full so I couldnt even let them know what happened. I will look in my drinks before I leave the store from now on. Its ridiculous that you cant even talk to someone or leave a message!!

Didny get paid

I work for the Sonic on Lancaster I didn't get paid for my last 2 days there.no one has yet to contact me I called the store and area manager. How do I get paid from there

My food was hideous

1. Went to 4 bays that didnt have service. 2. Went to the drive thru 3. Waited 20 minutes. Guy said he would be there momentarilytwice 4. Finally took order 5.Drove to pickup window. Another guy ignored us for about 15 minutes. Finally came to window and asked if we had talked to anyone!! We PLACED AN ORDER AT THE BOARD!!! 6. He returned again to confirm the order. 1 cheeseburger all the way 1 no cheese and onion 1 fry 7. The burgers only had cheese and mayo on them. Fries soggy!!!

I have already called and spoke to a representative. My order was short and what we received wasn’t worth eating

My order was shorted and what was got wasnt worth eating . They drive through person gave us the wrong order first . I called for a gift card to be mailed to my home.. I was told I had to download an app . Why ??? I given no receipt

To report that the app was temporarily unavailable in Crane Texas.

Usually fairly timely. Unable to use app to get a better deal on my slush. I tried several times and then just went shopping for a while and went to my daughters home in the same town. Eventually I tried it on my phone 2-3 hours later and the app was working. So I took advantage of the discount in the app when I had to run another errand. All went well then.

Haven’t heard from them!!!

The server taking one meal to 2 cars!! After that dirty man went thru it and had his fingers all on it!! Ridiculous service for food!!

Sheperdsville Ky Store

Terrible experience. They were out of all sides including French Fries. No pretzels, tots, onion rings, all sides. Also out of mango slushie. We were going to spend about 40 bucks but left. How can you be out French Fries? Wont even go into the employee not knowing how to use the POS.

Kennesaw location

The problem with that store when I first pulled in at the stall I was told it dont work. So I then pulled around to the speaker and I believe it was the same one that gave me the stall information. But instead of answering the drive thru a few seconds after I pulled up to the speaker he waited a few minutes before he said something. So I pulled off to a stall to see about putting in an online order that didnt work. So we went back around to the speaker again this time two cars were sitting at the window for a few seconds. But for no reason they just let us sit there for almost 6 minutes and never said anything so I pulled up to the window and told them they wonder why they dont have any busy no wonder they dont want to anyway. So while I was speaking with the guy in the window the guy that told me the stalls werent working he came and I told they were lucky stopped there since the other 4 times we had been there the service was worse than today and I drove off. And after leaving we were looking at the other patrons and they said they had the same kind of service that we got and the food wasnt good either. Im really not sure if we will ever go to any of the few Sonics that are left I see why there are very very few if them left. All due to the service they give.

Disgusted

Sonic y'all need to be ashamed of yourselves. I was super excited when my son was going to Sonic and I was going to get me a steak grilled cheese sandwich for the first time. This is the worst looking and severely burnt *** sandwich excuse my language. I can't even eat it. I like crispy bacon but this stuff is burnt to a crisp like disgusting like not even well done just like burnt like somebody left it on the grill for like 20 minutes and then served it to me. I am so disappointed. I was already disappointed that it was ice cold by the time we got here but apparently whoever was working up there screwed up my son's blast and that's what took so long but that is no excuse for just burnt *** bacon and just disgusting sandwich. I give Sonic a lot of my business and lately they've been letting me down a little bit but this was the last straw. Also got a strawberry lemonade that taste like lime and carbonated water. So I won't be drinking it so I just spent seven bucks for nothing cuz ain't nobody going to go back up to Sonic and get it right for me.
