EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND PRICING

Horrible Service!!!! I ordered 4 tickets from them. I did not receive the tickets timely, so I tried call to find out status. I never got a response, so I tried to cancel the order. Their support numbers sounded like a 1980's answering machine in someone's kitchen. I tried every option to try and get a response to no avail. I finally just drove to the arena and luckily the ticket office was open. Then I really found out how bad these guys were. I got box seats to the event for $20. They crooks charged me $45, then a service fee and delivery (this was email delivery!!!) which cost another $13,24 per ticket for a total of $58.24 or 191% MARK UP!!!!!! What Crooks!!! I had to purchase the tickets at the arena for the event because it was the next day. When I got home, I finally got a call back from support basically telling me no refunds, so tough cookies.... I immediately called my credit card company and they put the order in dispute which ultimately ruled in Song Ticketing Favor. So I was out several hundred dollars for the tickets I never downloaded or used since I had to purchase the tickets directly. I got the dispute documentation from my credit card company today and Song Ticketing/Event Tickets Co/or Eventticket, or whatever their name is. bascally said in capital letters: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and that if they lost the dispute they would turn the card holder (me) over to a collections agency. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM ALERT

I recently purchased Keyshia Cole concert tickets online in what appeared to be ticketmaster. I never received a confirmation email and never received the tickets. I checked my bank account information and I was charged $140. I looked up the number on the charge and it led me to "Song Ticketing", a complete scam company. I tried calling the company, but they just wanted me to leave a message with my information. I did not do such thing as I don't want to get charged for more things. Please confirm that the website you go through is ticketmaster next time. I am not happy and I don't believe I'll get that money back.

Song Ticketing - True American ***

Bought Willie Nelson tickets, total ripoff told us it was open seating and be there early to get the best seats. Guess what, not general admission, we had to "stand" in the back of the auditorium. No seats, that just got us in the door. Fricken really? *** of the year award for sure. I suspect they are a bunch of business major dropouts who did finally get their Degree online from a school in sub-Sahara Africa. I don't think they actually produce *** at their office but the smoking of it has to be rampant. I can only hope they face the express elevator to *** when they do pass from this world.

Rip-off bait and switch

They sold me tickets which was listed and confirmed. Then they stated they could not provide the tickets and proceeded to offer tickets that were not as good and gave the choice of take it or leave it. BUYER BEWARE!! Now I can not get good tickets to the concert so I will not be attending. I wish I would have know this before I ordered my tickets. Next time that I decide to order tickets to a concert I will buy them from a ticketmasteror from the venue itself. Hopefully this will be of help to someone in the future.

Tickets-Authority

My wife got sucked in by an entry in a Google search for tickets for Jay Leno at Talking Stick Resort. Obviously Tickets-Authority paid Google to be listed at the top of the searches for "Jay Leno Talking Stick Resort" Could have bought the tickets from Ticket Master (the official agent) for half the price of Tickets Authority (which was sublet to Song Ticketing). This is such a scam. Perhaps the Federal Government should put these *** bags out of business. I can't believe that Google and the venues don't work to put these *** bags where they belong ... out of business.

Song Entertainment seems shady....by way of Seat Geek and Ticket Network

I purchased tickets from Seat Geek. The name of the ticket seller was listed as Ticket Network. I got an email from Ticket Network saying that the ticket seller was not them but some company called Song Entertainment. Okay, this is new information. Then I noticed that my credit card was charged two times. Later in the day I get an email from Song Entertainment informing me that I need to provide them with my address as it could not be verified as correct for my credit card. In the email, Song Entertainment provides me with two phone numbers and an email. They want me to provide my updated address via email or by calling. Okay, so I called the first number listed, and it's a voicemail. The voicemail runs all hours of the day and night. No one answers. They want you to leave your information on the voicemail. I call the other number provided, and it rings and rings. No one ever answers. Then I check the URL of the email they sent to attempt to go to the website. The website is parked on a Godaddy page. It is non-existent. When I inform Seat Geek that the seller doesn't seem to be in business, they refer me to Ticket Network. Ticket Network says they can never get their own ticket seller on the phone either, but they assure me that Song Entertainment is a big time ticket seller and that they do business with them all of the time. The Ticket Network rep goes as far as to admit that even THEY can't get Song Entertainment on the phone, that they must email to get a response. They tell me I need to email them and that they will reply. Well, let's see, I spent 150.00 on tickets and I can't reach the person that sold them to me. Seat Geek, the aggregator can't reach them, and neither can Ticket Network, which is also a ticket aggregator. But they want me to be confident that while no one can actually reach Song Entertainment, everything is on the up and up and all I need to do is email. I couldn't even reach Ticket Network initially because the link to their website was a deadlink. I'd say Seat Geek should do a better job. If I wanted to buy tickets from Vinny on the street, then I would have to put up with this unprofessionalism. But I bought tickets from what I believed was a valid company. I still have not heard anything from Song Entertainment. Left them a voicemail and called multiple times.

Instructions did not say tickets were emailed

I bought two tickets to a March 16th Moody Blues concert in Richmond, VA on March 15, 2014 in the evening. The order confirmation page said "Click Print to print this page and listed the method of delivery as "instant download" and a statement that "a receipt" would be emailed to me shortly. There was no link to anything resembling an "instant download" so I figured that the page with the link to print was the ticket and I would pick them up at the will call window. My wife and I went to the concert and could not get in. I called Song and told them I needed someone to call me back before the concert started so I could get my tickets but they never called me. I went home and cancelled the sale through my bank card but since I had approved the charge, I could not get it reversed. I am out $270.38 for a concert that I did not get to go to. I emailed Song and they told me my tickets had been sent to my email and I discovered that they had but it was too late by then and they never told me they were emailing me the tickets. I feel I have been scammed for almost $300.

Overcharged twice the local venue prices.

I decided to see my guitar hero, Johnny Winter, in Bismarck, ND on June 20. I went to the venue ticket link which directed me to Song Entertaiment Co's website. I located a seat and placed the order. The price was $51 for the ticket, about $14 for handling and to guarantee FedEx delivery in time I paid another $7. In all I paid $72 for that ticket. At the venue I spoke to friends who bought tickets directly from the Bismarck Civic Center the owner of the Belle Mehus where the show was held. They paid $25 with no extra charges. I left a voice mail and sent an email to SEC. I feel I have been duped and. I am angry. I didn't buy my wife a ticket because of the cost, but now I learn I could have taken her and my son for the same cost.

WIFE AND DAUGHTER KICKED OUT OF CONCERT ON WIFES BDAY!!!!!!

I bought 2 tickets to an event in phoenix 3 months before the event. After the guy at the door let them through even though the tickets would not scan (his bad) they sat down in the seats that I paid $260 for. After a few minutes another couple said my wife n kid were in THEIR seats........ guess what???? they were right! Song ticketing sent me bad tickets and confirmed they had done so after the weekend and AFTER my wife was HUMILIATED through no fault of their own. They said they will refund %125 percent (which is going on 3 days now and no refund although it does 3-7 business days) but who cares???? The night, the plans, the 3 months of build-up and excitment all turned to a giant horrible weekend. Thank you Song ticketing you incompetent leaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been scammed!!!

First of all, I am from Canada. I made an online purchase last night for a concert in Calgary in July, through Ticket Master, a very reputable company. Apparently, 10 minutes later, my card was charged an additional 352.48 not once but TWICE!! I noticed it today. SO I called my bank right away and thats how I found out who Song Entertainment is and that they charged my card through another company called MasterDiscount.com. So I called Master Discount to tell them that I did not make or authorize these purchases. I argued for about 20 minutes and they finally said that the seller is Song Entertainment! So I found their number and called to make a complaint. Just a recording. So I then found them online and sent them a message to explain and I have still not heard a word. I read about online scams all the time but never thought this would happen to me. WHat I don't understand, is how they got my information? I had a brand new card! My first and only purchase was through Ticket Master. How does a company do this??

Sold the Tickets I purchased and have not received any tickets

I purchased tickets to "Night Under the Stars" on May 11 for $326.00. I received a confirmation that my tickets have been delivered. Once I received the FedEX envelope a letter stating I that my seats are no longer available and have been sold out. They offered that if contact them, I could receive other tickets that were further back and a 15.00 refund. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is ridiculous, that it is taking until May 27 to notify me about the status of my tickets and offer my tickets that are not comparable to what I purchased. As I have read your reviews, I am not sure how you have stayed in business and why anyone would choose you as a seller of tickets. I have notified the ticket agency, Magic 102.2 and contact you several times with no response. Everyone should be aware if you are the seller of the tickets to any events, PLEASE don't go!!! You will giving away your money to SCAM...For future events, please stick to Ticket Master.

SONG ENTERTAINMENT IS A TICKET SCALPING SCAM!

SONG ENTERTAINMENT IS A TICKET SCALPING SCAM! I wanted to attend a Tyler Perry play in the city of Jacksonville. I didn’t know where the venue was so I googled the play in the city of Jacksonville and I was lead to what looked like a website for the Jacksonville Theater. I proceeded to purchase the tickets; I did notice that the cost of the ticket was a little pricey but I thought that this was the typical cost of a ticket of this nature. As soon as I purchased the tickets, I decided to check Ticket Master’s website and to my shock and surprise I discovered that I had been ripped off. The cost of all of the tickets was $48.00 and I had just paid $92.00 for each of the two tickets that I had purchased plus a service fee of $13.80 for each ticket and a $15.00 standard delivery fee totaling $226.60 Song Entertainment also promises to have the best seats in the house which is also a lie, the seats were in the back of the theater. You don’t see that your seat selection is marginal until you have purchased your ticket. There were a lot better seats available on the Ticket Master site for $48.00 than what was available on the phony ticket scalping site. Ticket Master’s cost for the same play would have been $92.00 for the tickets and one fee of service fee of $13.20 totaling $105.50 There is no delivery fee because once the tickets are purchased, they available for download. Once I received my tickets in the mail, they were from Ticket Master! I had to spend $15.00 for this company to download a ticket and mail to me. This company is a SCAM and is ran by a bunch of charlatans who exercise fake phony fraudulent tactics to mislead unsuspecting entertainment seekers into paying more than double the ticket cost for entertainment events. This is done by purchasing a block of tickets and the selling them for twice there value. This is a very deceptive way to run a business and I am sure that one way or another they Song Entertainment will not be around in the near future. I have reported this scandalous company to the Better Business Bureau in my State and as may States that I have come across that they are conducting business from. Rhonda, M.

Ticket Reseller!!!!! Not Genuine Ticket Distributors!!!!

First off, this sight is not a ticket seller; they are ticket resellers. If you buy tickets from them, you are paying double or more for that event entry. The tickets maybe genuine but you still were scammed. More than likely you bought a ticket through one of their sub outlets, and there are several of them doing the same thing. Think of it like paying someone to go buy groceries for you and then find out that their service charge is so high that you payed double for every item on your list. One red flag when buying the tickets online is not being able to print the tickes from home. ( you should always have that option ) the seller would say that they have to send it to you in the mail; THIS IS A LIE, because the seller would have to copy the original ticket they already have and send it to you in an email for you to print, and that is highly illegal. Also… Even if they did send you the link to print your ticket, you would get to see the original price which is what they don’t want you to see; but still they could not cover all the charges to your bank account and then you would realize you’ve been had. So far this looks to be more like deception than fraud and will probably be aloud to go on till they *** off the wrong people. This has been and always will be a buyers beware market. People such as these *** abuse the laws with loop holes stating that all of their policy's were clearly stated in their terms and conditions agreement. REALLY?? how many of us read the 15-20 or more of fine print to find out what is really taking place. after all, we are just buying simple entertainment tickets right? Well not so simple with anything anymore. We have to protect our money in a bank??? Our identity info and our personal possessions. It just ads an insult to finding out that we gave our money away and there is nothing we can do to get it back. We, as consumers have got to be smarter especially when making a purchase via the internet. It's hard to know who to be angry at the most here. The dirt bag who convinced him or herself that they are providing morally legitimate service, the employees who know what they do is wrong, but do it anyway just for the sake of having a job, or the laws that protect these parasites and only seems to step in when the capital hits the right amount. PROTECT YOURSELF and research every investment, no matter how small. Bank loans, job interviews and even some dating services will do a background check on you; so why wouldn't you do a background check on a website you have never done business with before? You can even find ratings for your local car dealership and small businesses online. The traps are set everywhere, and hopefully this will help others not walk straight into one. Always, always always GOTO or call the box office when possible. If not an option, call Ticketmaster, still better than these scammers. Let me give you an example....this is all made up to give you an idea how not to get overcharge for an event or special family outing….. Say you want to see a band called (no comment) and you find out they are playing at the rock me theater in the foo man choo arts center. 1. Do not srearch tickets randomly 2. Do not search for venue/theater, it is to easy to get misdirected. There are sights made up to make you think that you are on the theater webpage but it is a discise.unless you are 100 percent sure. 3. the best way would be to goto the foo man choo arts center websight. That will give you the corect ticketing information, box office phone numbers and possibly direct web ticket purchase. WHY THE ART CENTER??? Because they are the incorporated side to the entire arts program. They have the money and attorneys that would tare the balls off anyone who would dare infringe on their copyright. Its time for the scammers to get a real job or start panhandling.
