Dead fish

Got my fish two days ago I bought four out of four of them only two are still alive and of course the phone number for this company is disconnected gee I wonder why can you say rip off artist I'm calling the Better Business real this is b***** unless somebody calls me back at 530-966-**** and I'm not sick of a damn toothpick in fish

Questions of water parameters

Hello and happy Wednesday to you! We're looking to place an order this week or next week for a half a dozen or a dozen small discus. We wanted to be sure that our water parameters are lined up as close as possible with where you keep the fish. Would you be so kind as to disclose the pH KH TDS temperature anything that you think might be advisable for us to adjust and dial in before we have your fish come to us? Thank you very much!!!

Careful if you are to give advise

Just wanted to advise the store of two fish that were sent which were not on compliance to web site. After sending email to him without any claim of refund he immediately closed my account and told me to go so where else to buy

The fish I got were very emaciated and were barely Alive

One of the 2 mandarin orange discus was very emaciated, thin and barely alive. I felt that fish needed to have more time to eat and grow before selling . When I contacted them and wrote a poor review, I expected someone to contact me about this to resolve my dissatisfaction. Instead, they disabled my account.I later saw a sale they were having, they have the best prices around. So I tried to purchase 4 discus for 69.99 I believe it was 1.5" to 2" in the commeht section of order I suggested they pic better quality fish this time .and they disabled my account and refuses to do business with me ....

Stay away!!

This company has a terrible reputation but my husband had had good experiences with them in the past so we decided to order some fish from them. We ordered 10 fish and when they arrived they were in a container so small that we assumed that they had sent less fish than we paid for. When we opened the Styrofoam container all 10 fish were in there but they were in such small bags and packed so tightly that they were all dead but two. Initially we thought they were *all* dead because the two that were just barely alive were not moving. The return policy is such that the customer is asked to push wooden toothpick through the dead fish, take a picture and send it to the company in order to get a refund. When my husband was taking them out of the bags to push the toothpick through them, we spotted the two that were just barely hanging on. Initially we sent an email to them very distraught and explaining that all of the fish are dead. A couple of hours later we sent a follow up email with the pictures of the dead fish explaining that two were actually alive. We got an email back accusing us of lying about all of the fish being dead, explaining that we were now banned from the website because of that lie and that a refund would be processed for the fish only, not the shipping. The shipping was about $70, mind you. Awful customer service. Banning us was cute since my husband and I had already decided we would never buy from them again. The way those fish were packed was nothing short of animal abuse. Our poor children how to watch us unpack dead fish after dead fish. We would be crazy to order from them ever again. All of the negative comments have clearly been deleted from his website and he bans people to keep them from leaving negative comments. Dont waste your money. Just go to a local fish store and do it the old-fashioned way. Update: this superb customer service representative is now calling me a pathological liar. I pointed out that several of his emails went to my junk box, proving that I was being honest and he continued to insult my integrity and character.

To worn others from heartache and pain for being Kicked off of the website just because the owner assumed things and wonted to act like a child and ban someone from the website!

I ordered fish. Got an email of apology from the owner asking me to reorder. So I did. Then I voiced concerns over the shipping and the owner got offered and took my account down and blacked me or my family from ordering or seeing the website! All I did was remind him of their mistake. And I was a band from ever ordering again. It could also be because I showed proof of dead fish on Ariel and asked for my money back for the fish only. Also, I would like to say I was trying my best from my end to make it, so the fish got here safe due to a bad storm. But the childish owner just likes to ban those who question him at all. Now I get to write reviews to warn you from making the same mistake I did. Cheep fish! Cheap service! On to the next review to help warn the public!

Happy Customer

My 10 discus package arrived today and all discus were alive and swimming around in my quarantine tank. Only I would like to know which discus they sent me. So somethingsphishy if out see this review could you email me with the names and thanks for the awesome fish and excellent shipping !
