Waste of time

I got contacted when I was looking for a social media media job, so I took the opportunity, and did a trial run. With next to no support during it, I had to make multiple posts for a random company. Currently having a hard time trying to get paid for it. I was told Id get £15, but Ive had to chase up about it many times. Every email takes days to get back to me, and when I had a call scheduled, they told me they called but I didnt have any missed calls. Very unreliable, unprofessional and they owe me money!

Complaint

The Mirror newspaper has investigated Social Buzzing in two news stories on the fake reviews industry. These are available online at the links below. Look at the reviews on Google and Trustpilot, and see the same groups of businesses reviewed by the same names, time and time again. This is terrible for legitimate businesses and for customers. www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/verdict-google-reviews-one-star-2254**** www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/threats-deceit-manipulation-you-should-2327****

Warning- the mirror newspaper

Hi, they are known scammers that have now been exposed by the mirror newspaper. Please read the article by googling social buzzing the mirror and read for yourself. Alarm bells go off when you get asked to start up a DD with them without any paperwork

I have been Scamed

I initially worked with them via PPH and they did a great job. I then went direct and they scammed me. You are. To have the funds in escrow to make them do the work. If you pay up front they will just steal your money. You will then wasted days trying to speak to them. You will he told 10 times they are working in something but they dont. Do not touch these ***

Fraudsters

Debbie and her team started doing sum work for and wasnt doing what I wanted them to do . When I wanted to stop working with them they said I was tied into a 3 month contract and that I had signed the contract Turns out they had signed the contract themselves Avoid this company there are fraudsters

Steer clear

I worked with them a few months ago as I am a marketing consultant and I inherited them through a new client. They spammed the clients accounts with poor quality posts and had no idea how to align social media to a marketing strategy. They also use fake reviews and fake followers. The company is a scam. They are also pretty thick.

Think for yourself

The world is full of arseholes and in the words of Clint Eastwood they are like opinions everyone’s got one. I am considering doing business with this company. My method of payment will have inbuilt Protections! There are a number of governing bodies available to protect people from their own *** Firstly if you have been hard done by, go to trading standards! That’s if your complaint is genuine. I have no vested interest in protecting this company other than to say if I cross the tease and.the eyes metaphorically speaking and give them clear instructions and get everything in writing then if something goes wrong I will deal with it, I want to *** about it! On a platform like this all sorted out. Because there are three sides to every story: One) there is your complaint (opinion) Two) their opinion. Three) the truth. And the truth is if you had done your homework and followed the Principle of the five peas principle of the five P’s Then you would’ve had a better result, but remember when you point a finger at somebody there is three fingers pointing back at you,...

Cancellation of Services

Service was OK, it's not worth the money you pay. They will post a few relevant posts on your social media account. If you have something like Canva you can easily create these types of post. The majority of these posts are created all upfront and then scheduled to post out on your social media platform. The cost to add an additional platform is just way too expensive, it's the same post basically... | Apart from that, I had asked to cancel the service several times over a period of 2 months but they would not acknowledge this. I was outside any contracted period & the response was that my DD was still active, I didn't like this as they completely failed to acknowledge my request.

Don't believe the bad reviews

I feel like I need to write my review to let you know that my experience with Social Buzzing has been great so far and I feel these reviews are unjust. There is an old saying 'you can't please everyone' and I feel that this is the case. I think a lot of people go into social media marketing expecting big things to happen over night and that isn't the case. Social media does take time and its as much about building an audience and branding as it is about sales, so I do think people need to be realistic. I run a small successful cleaning company and they have helped me to get more noticed and my social media does look a lot healthier which is very important as this is something that I wanted to do but just didn't have the time to do it.

Hardly any service at all

June 2019, I signed for what I thought was a marketing team to take all the work off my hands so I could get on with my creating...I got half a dozen posts, two I had to complain about and it cost me £240 that month!...so, I said I wanted out and I got a fee for 3 months which I was apparently tied into, so, the bill was for £500 plus VAT!...shockingly bad marketing, don't go there, they clearly just rip your account and do hardly anything in return

Don't bother

I found Social Buzzing on PPH. They have a brilliant advert, make big claims and deliver nothing. If you dare question the poor quality work they do you get insulted and reminded that you've signed a contract (we hadn't). I'm sure these guys started out with the best intentions, realised how hard the job is (which is why we all look to hire help) and have given up but refuse to admit it and instead continue to charge people and try and tie them up with a contract. They've become angry, bitter and lazy, the worse it gets the worse they get. Rather than sit down and ask themselves some tough questions, they get more defensive and more arrogant. The good reviews on this site are from Social Buzzing, who else goes on a website called Pissed Consumer to say they're not pissed!? Which demonstrates my point perfectly. Look at their responses to other negative feedback. I can't see the word 'Sorry' anywhere because of course it's not their fault, ever, it's yours.. Don't let them take it out on you or your wallet!

Unprofessional

We subscribed with these people to do some online marketing for our restaurant. They were totally disorganised, messed up and basically were only interested in our money Don't use this company they are expensive and produce no positive outcomes for your business.

Horrible experience

Debra is like a bulldog. She hold on and doesn’t let go. I told her I didn’t like the services and she told me that my contract was in definite. That means forever. I said I did not like the work and she said that was not good enough to cancel our contract.

Paid money for fake followers, they seem to care more about the money than helping their clients! Never again and wouldn't recommend.

I got the impression, that this company cares more about the money than helping clients. The work that they done for me definitely doesn't amount to the money I paid. So many fake followers hardly any genuine ones, my posts weren't always consistent, definitely not worth my money. I really wouldn't recommend this business as they really don't live up to their talk and I am really not happy with the work that they done, was basically a pack of lies. I guess that's my lesson learnt.

Resolved: Extremely dissatisfied

Updated by user Nov 19, 2018
I worked with Social Buzzing in the last few months on my social media. They posted out content on my Instagram channel.

I was introduced to my account manager Amber who liaised with me on this. I will be in touch again if I need to use your services again.

SCAM COMPANY, UNPROFESSIONAL, REALLY REGRET THAT I HIRED THEM! I hired this company to look after my instagram. The posts they were posting were extremely bad quality, pictures downloaded from internet, repetitive text all the time. No artwork was done. I kept deleting these posts as they were ruining my brand image. I spoke to Deborah on the phone about it when l wanted to cancel services, she was rude and pushy she told me they don't do any artwork but instead just download pictures of internet. And they charge clients for that?? They are trying to charge me for another 2 months where they didn't do any job, but they keep saying that they want to charge for the content they write in advance. I kept asking to send me that content but they never did. What they do is illegal and they should be responsible for it. The only one way they earn money is by pushing people to sign 3 months contract, because people realise after few days that they want to cancel services. SCAM COMPANY, UNPROFESSIONAL, REALLY REGRET THAT I HIRED THEM!
