Showers

I bought a showers of soak.com on the 3/05/19 it has only lasted Just over 2 year and two months as the temperature gauge Has broken and its only given out hot water in wish its far to dangerous to used.

Shower Faulty

Hi I brought a shower with yourselves last year in April and have never used it due to it was for the bathroom downstairs so I decided to use it one day and it didn't work I called a plumber out to check the shower and he has informed me that it is faulty could you please let me know what you require from me I paid it via my debit card so I have proof

Problems with a returned bath

I have been trying to get a refund for a bath which was ordered from soak. Com but becoz they didnt have the correct bath in stock we had to pay for another one which the supplier Of the original bath took in error

Don’t use this company

Vanity unit purchased started bleb and bubble after just 8 Months - Soak said it was water damage! On a bathroom unit just 8 months old in a well ventilated bathroom ! Only one area bubbled on a unit that covered the toilet cistern and an area both sides of the sink! They refused to even consider the photos I offered!

AVOID

Waiting on a refund on a rusty radiator which has a 10 year guarantee. Have been waiting for four weeks, every time I chase they are processing it and sending it over to their 'accounts dept' The service is terrible, their phone number no longer works and their site is now down. Any advice from others who have been burnt by them.

Damaged item

I ordered a shower tray which was delivered on 06.02.2020. Opened today to be fitted but discovered is it damaged. I have attached a picture of the damaged.

Do not use them!

I ordered a bath screen from Soak.com on March 25 2019. On January 22 2020, the glass randomly crashed out of the fitting. It was seconds after I'd stepped out of the shower and I was only a week post-surgery (for an ovarian cystectomy), so I could've been seriously hurt. Due to my surgery, I had to wait for my partner to get home to even lift it out of the way of the toilet (I wasn't allowed to lift anything heavy). I sent photos of everything but Soak.com refused to accept liability, instead offering to send a replacement 'out of goodwill'. I said that was acceptable, but later that day noticed there was a chunk missing out of our acrylic bath (installed around the same time as the bath screen, and which costed us £448) where the glass had landed. I asked for them to cover the cost of getting the bath repaired, and offered to find a company to do this or said I was happy for them to find a company themselves. Soak.com have refused, and instead offered 10% of the total cost of my original order - a grand total of £7.99. It costs £140 to get the bath repaired. Soak.com's product is faulty and unsafe, and has damaged my property - I have the legal right to adequate compensation. As a result of all this, I wouldn't recommend using Soak.com. They won't take responsibility for their faulty products, and as a result, I've now got a damaged bath.

Avoid like the plague

Bought a shower enclosure which had been a warranty replacement the company refused to collect from the original customer. Nice product only, when I came to install, it turned out the straight panels were for a smaller model. As it was way, way beyond any claim date I was resigned to buying the right panels but thought any reasonable company would give me a fair price seeing the mistake was theirs in the first place. However, I then discovered that Soak is not a reasonable company... Having said they would have a new shipment, maybe in March (very vague), they flatly refused to deal with me because I wasn't their original customer. Kept saying warranty didn't pass to new owner when I wasn't claiming on a warranty, hiding behind GDPR to avoid engaging, insisting on an authority from the original purchaser with whom only they would discuss and transact replacements! Woe betide anyone who buys a house with a Soak product and needs a spare part. Appalling.

Waited 5 months for two bathroom cabinets

cancelled the order after 5 months wait and refund was refused. Left out of pocket of £100.00. Never will I use soak.com again. The customer service are like robots and tell you the same thing over and over again. So they keep your money and the product.

Warning Stay away, website payment system flawed

WARNING-STAY AWAY FROM soak.com They have a flawed website and flawed payment system. I Tried to purchase a mirror through the website, on attempting the transaction with credit card it wouldn’t accept and kept claiming my address wasn’t recognised, after several attempts I gave up only later to find out they placed the transaction to my credit card company 8 times resulting in a pending charge of over €2,650+ diminishing my credit limit. Never even got passed the transaction stage as it wouldn’t let me but yet they still infiltrated my account. A week passed and matter was still not resolved and to this day no answer to my emails and refusal by a manager to also respond. My credit card company have said they have a lot of issues with this company so I’d stay well clear. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PURCHASE and leave you in an embarrassing bad credit situation, defame my character publicly and then tell lies. A company with no manager that can deal with its customers??? At least none with the basic manners or customer services skills to even respond. If you value your money stay clear, they don’t resolve your issues to add to them.

FIRST ORDER GREAT - SECOND ORDER ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!

We ordered a toilet and vanity wash hand basin online and it was delivered as promised - great. We then ordered the rest of things for the new shower room - 4 items. It's now well over two weeks, over twenty long and arduous telephone calls and we still don't have our order!! Absolute nightmare service - they really don't know what they are doing!! Either totally incompetent or deliberately messing me around (not sure) but they still can't get it right after 7 (SEVEN) deliveries. When anything goes wrong customer service is non existent - just people on the phone telling you what you want to hear - everytime I questioned anything I was told something different by the next person. The web site is great and I got sucked in - don't!! They have cost me money, time and a huge amount of stress and they really don't seem bothered once you have paid. AVOID
