)charging the rechargeable tuner
Can a phone charger also be used to charge the tuner, or do I have to plug into my computer. The end of my phone charger fits into the tuner fine, but not sure if plugging into a wall outlet would fry the little guy. Let me know please, thanks. Seems to be OK, have you ever tried a phone charger cord?

Tuner exploded
So disappointed in this company! I have used this product for many years. I just purchased a new tuner that exploded all over the headstock of my guitar. I have emailed them 4 times because that's the only way to reach them. No response from them. My advice don't ever keep their tuners on your guitars . Don’t respond to emails.
They dont respond to emails and have no other way of contacting them. Seems like Im not the only one.

Resolved: Snark does not work. I have removed working batteries from my other working Snark and this one does not come on.

I do have 2 other working Snarks, but this particular Snark does not work. I have removed working batteries from my other working Snarks however this particular one does not come on. I have also opened new batteries and tried them with no success. I would like to exchange this one for a working one. Thank you P.S. I am not pissed off I would just like to exchange this one for one that works

I have a sticky SNARK. I bought a new one as I like them. I cannot register my new SNARK as the link does not work

Lousy build quality...
Hello. Sooo... My trusty foot pedal Snark tuner of like 15 years died like 6 or 8 weeks ago. I looked into another Snark tuner. Decided to buy a Silver Snark clip on because of positive reviews and my past experience with My pedal tuner. Bought it from a local small business down the road. I play my guitars every few days at best. Tuner works fine but the build quality of this clip on certainly is in question. Last evening when I was switching to another guitar and rotating the pivots to see the tuner clearly, the stem between the 2 pivot points snapped off at the base of the clip side pivot. Bummed. The tuner itself still works, however I have to rest it on a flat surface to tune. Not exactly convenient or as the product I assume was intended to be used. I spent I believe like 26$ or so and feel it inappropriate to go back to this small business and complain about a build issue that is not of their doing. I know they are struggling to keep afloat and do not need the extra hassle of exchanging it on their dime. What is your policy on this type of thing? A part broke on my tuner, but they responded promptly and agreed to mail me the part. They have shown themselves to be a reliable company and honor their products.

Haven't heard Back from You
All the plastic of my tuner is melting and becoming sticky. All the casing is deteriorating. The labels have all worn off because of this. I sent you an email with pictures attached once before about this.

Own several as they are very convenient. After the "stems" broke I sent two e-mails to the company but no one answered. I wanted to purchase more stems. I WILL NOT purchase a SNARK tuner again.

I am contacting you in reference to your Guitar Tuners. I recently purchased a rechargeable Guitar Tuners from Amazon for my Dad. When we recieved the package it stated in the instructions not to use on a Gibson Guitar. I turned around and purchased another one of your battery operated Guitar Tuners. But it also states in those instuctions not to use on a Gibson Guitar. Any help or answers you give me on this would be greatly appericated. Not Working
My Snark SN-8 will not register any of the notes on my strings. All it does is stay on a constant white vertical bar on the extreme left side. Can't even phone for customer service because there are no phone numbers! Feel like a sucker buying this!

I have had a Sn-1 -blue - for about a decade if not longer and I bought another SN1 IN RED about 4-5 years ago. Both tuners are breaking down becoming sticky on the colored parts! Since no one here I can contact !? I will purchase a "REAL" tuner ! Another reviewer has the same issue with NO reply from this company! If that is how you want to do biz , be my guest ! NOT ME

Have a J-50 Gibson can’t use snark?
I bought a Gibson J 50 and then later on purchased a Snark tuner then read the instructions when I got the Snark tuner and it said I cant use it on my Gibson guitar. What can I do about this?

Broken tuner clips
Need to return the Snark tuner a phone number. Call me to replace tuner. It should be a contact. Also a metal would be better not break.
