Horrible Service

Purchased a 2nd machine in November 2017. Found out after the fact that they were in default of their license payments for the software. Never loaded Windows onto computer and flash burned out after only a few shows. Never responded to emails, calls, or text. I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business. Customer service was always bad. Unfortunate, because the first booth I purchased 5 years ago runs smoothly, although i had to learn how to use on my own.

Issue not resolved stopped responding.

They stop providing support. I have opened a service ticket back in March and still no response. I called them number of times and no response either. Called every single number on their web. They will not help you when you get stuck.

Very bad service

Don't do it they ripped me off. Never got my printer. Crack casing when I received the unit. And they installed a lower grade camera. Very hard to get ahold of them to fix the errors. I made a lot of attempts to contact them to get everything fixed but seems like they don't care. Also I paid for the VIP service and they always miss my appointment and I have to reschedule and they miss it again. Now they just won't answer my calls, text, emails and service tickets And I ordered the booth in dec1017 said date of arrival was jan2 2018 but didn't get it till Feb 6 the only good thing is the booth is pretty nice.

STAY AWAY

Please please please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I can't even begin to express how unprofessional Kevin is. He is extremely rude and condescending. The booth is a homemade piece of ***, the extras (lights, backdrop, etc) are cheap *** he orders online, to learn how to use the booth you have to schedule a series of tutorials via their website, talking to him is a nightmare and his "training" is so fast you hardly know what's what, he has a facebook group where he has to approve every post & member's get deleted and blocked if they disagree with him, he begs for reviews all the time, etc. I could go on & on about what a terrible decision this was. Look up the facebook group called SnapFlash Photo Booths - Networking For The Future" and contact some of the people (if the settings allow you to.) The reviews on his site are useless. In fact, go read his FAQ section and you will see how unprofessional he is. Total nightmare to deal with. I will say, the booth itself does the job. But that does not negate the fact that is a homemade piece of *** compared to other professional booths on the market. If you ask for upclose photos or videos like other companies have, he'll tag you in some *** on facebook. The facebook feature looks bootleg, it's some weird black box that pops up and asks the customer if they want to send their image to Facebook. Totally unprofessional looking. I purchased 2 booths and I wish everyday that I had picked another company. Worst decision I've ever made was to pick snapflash. You get what you pay for.

Snapflash Photo Booths - Photo Booth Review

February 15, 2017 at 1:02 PM, I submitted a payment that was intended to be in the amount of $5,922.00 for a photobooth. However the card declined because I used the wrong card for the purchase. Against my knowledge, this company kept trying to charge various amounts to the card until they successfully charged $1000.00. When I spoke to Kristen that day , I informed her that I did not intend to use that card for the purchase which was why it declined. However, I left it alone. I was not given the opportunity to rectify the issue on my own and use the appropriate card. I should have suspected shady business from this day. On February 17, 2017 at 12:43PM, the final payment was submitted on two different cards with three different transactions. On February 17, 2017 at 1:26 PM, I texted Kristen and Kevin asking to cancel my purchase and asked for a refund. Kristen said she would inquire about the refund and I haven't heard back from her since. I engaged in back and forth communication with Kevin via text messages about cancellation. Kevin stated that the best he could do was give me a 50 percent refund of the entire purchase. Kevin stated that "as a favor to me" they started the customization of the booth when they received the $1000.00 on February 15, 2017. However, I was and still remain perplexed as to how I am being charged 50 percent when I cancelled an item within an hour. I've asked the company what was done to initiate customization and I have not gotten an answer in regards to this. Kevin stated the photobooth was already packed and ready to shop when I paid, which I found rather odd. A deposit of $3000.00 was required on my invoice in order to initiate anything and I did not insist on an immediate rush for the product. Kevin insisted I take the weekend and reconsider it. However, I insisted on cancelling the purchase. He has been very ambiguous, unethical and unsympathetic in this whole process. After constant back and forth communication via text messages throughout this week. Today, February 23, 2017, Kevin is still insisting that I take 50 percent of the entire purchase because "I agreed to it last Friday." When we have made no such agreement. I have been trying to cancel since February 17, 2017 and Kevin has been trying to prolong and only return 50 percent of my money. Kevin insists it is the company's policy when I have not seen any policy. It is neither listed on the invoice nor on the website. I have been demanding a copy of such since Monday, February 20, 2017 and have yet to receive it. There was no legal basis and ethical or moral reasoning in this company's decision. I feel like I am being swindled and scammed out of $5922.00 with absolutely nothing to show for it. The company appears to lack integrity and sincerity for their consumers. i am still bewildered about this whole thing and confused how someone can operate so unethically. I am insistent on a full refund in the amount of $5922.00.

Response to Allegation

completely false - I am Kevin Colangelo - Mr Gerace purchased a product from us and signed up for monthly credit card billing agreeing under contract for a VIP service - he agreed to the terms by checking the box on the form allowing us BY LAW to charge his card $29 per month for one year just like a dating site like match does; No identity was stolen here and this person is making very serious allegations which are fraudulent; We are currently in litigation against Mr Gerace for stealing images from our website to use on his website and we have sent him a cease and desist which he has ignored; Its a shame this person is acting in such a demoralized and shameful way - if you look at the picture you will see Mr Gerace signed the form and checked the agreement box

Very Bad Experience

I purchased a Snapflash photobooth from SnapFlash DBA Kevin Colangelo AKA David Vincent, David Lorentzen. The booth had a used computer it was constructed very bad. It stopped working and Kevin refused to help out. He threatened my business created web pages that had inflammatory information about me that he created Slandered me, Called me *** and refused to honor the warranty he promised me. I needed to call the Police hire an attorney to stop the harassment and Am in the process of suing him for my money back. We are now in the process of litigation. He has done this to many of clients
