Package damaged

Hi, I received a package that came damaged from you guys. The front page of my album is bended. Really upsetting. I was going to send this as a gift to my mother in law. How do I proceed?

It was a disaster

DoI am amazed that i can no longer directly call customer service AT SNAPFISH. For no help at all except to tell me return to Snapfishs website (and refusing to sign up with that company snapfish transferred me to), i was charged $46. So my credit card company contacted me to enquire if charge was valid, i said no, because i had refused that service (to call me, they said.turns out it was for membershipnever informed of that. So i spent 40 minutes on the phone waiting to talk with this IT company, to protest charge, and to prevent my credit card needing to be cancelled!

After a long wait and several weeks waiting for this to come to a finish, it’s done

Waiting for my order to arrive several weeks after the do date and several chats later the re-order finally showed up.

Never received my order. Cannot get through on the 800 line provided for Snapfish.

I have not received my order. I cannot contact Customer Service when I dial the number it tells me it is out of service. Order number is 302320****1753

Haven't received my order

They dont pick up phone been trying to get help on some coffee mugs that we ordered from them and cant get anyone from the company to pick up phone or have the ability to leave a message , Very sad

Want to talk about ordering 11 x 14 prints of my paintings

I needed to get information in order to have 11x14 prints made from my paintings. No one could help me. I was told to go in the website, not the app and I did, but it was impossible to navigate the site to find out more information. I gave up, exasperated. How can this company do business with such poor online presence!unless you are buying

DID NOT GET MY ORDER AND I AM NOT ABLE TO TALK TO ANY HUMAN TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUE...

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR A MONTH ALREADY AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY PICTURES. HOWEVER, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. WHEN I CHECK MY ORDER IT TELLS ME IT WAS DELIVERED AND ON THE DAY THAT THEY ARE SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED I WAS HOME BUT NO DELIVERIES CAME. I NEED MY PICTURES AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ANYTHING AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT AND I DID NOT GET THE PRODUCT.

It very difficult to ask for a simple request

The last photo book I made is the wrong size. I couldnt edit the size to make it right. Dont want a refund. Just want the correct size.

Wrote a complaint because of lousy customer service.

Received a beautiful canvas but the wrong hanger. I simply requested customer service regarding my problem. The first experience was anything but responsive to my request. She had me going in several directions to solve a rather simple problem. I wrote I was not pleased with her solution, apparently she destroyed our conversation. TOday I tried again and the person responded with nothing but positive solutions. In fact although I did not ask for another canvas, within in minutes a new canvas was being sent and he contacted shipping to ensure the correct hanging material was included. Certainly a professional response, unlike the first who may have been having a bad day but I was not the reason for her problem.

Mine wife had pictures

Mine wife ordered 699 pictures from them and they messed them all up as we emailed them to get it fixed but they done nothing about it took the money and didnt hear from them do not used them warning

My order has not been delivered yet and tracking number not work

hello, i ordered some pictures to be mail to my man on 7/11/23.My order havent moved since 07/11/23. Yall only provided the UPS tracking # but my order arrived to USPS and theres havent been any movement and not even a tracking number to check the status of my order. this order was supposed to be delivered on 07/18/23 and todays date is 07/23/23 and noone has reached out to me. theres are private and confidential photos that i can sue your company.

Hanger on photo is not appropriate

Regarding - 298615****1736 Order number Email - grandmachristmas3@***.com I am trying again to get the product ordered. I received a beautiful hanging canvas picture from your company. Unfortunately the hardware to display the landscape picture is incorrect. I am requesting the correct product be shipped so I can present my gift. I tried to correct this previously but the request presented to me were almost infuriating, I was made to feel like I was the one who was trying to pull something. I simply want what was ordered.

Non availability

Early this morning a chat agent said I would be receiving credit plus shipping for three tote bags. It hasnt been received. I cant reach Snapfish customer service online or phone and it wont let me sign into my account.

Can’t get thru on any number chat didn’t help

Cant get thru I just need to update Cc pin an order I already put in tried chat twice doesnt work. Tried 3 different number and chat seemed automated and couldnt help me with my need to update my credit card information looked on the site on the order and they said to look on the order but theres nothing there to update my credit card information
