Cancelling my membership

Ive called numerous times to my hometown snap location to cancel my membership. I was told my home gym was one I went to maybe 5 times and that I had to go there to cancel it. Well Ive called 45 times went by 10 and there is never a manager at Ridgeland, Ms snapfitness! So here I am paying a membership that I dont wanna pay but oh yall cant cancel it from the gym I signed up at? But I can acess all the snap fitnesss in the world. This is crazy yall suck!

Horrible Customer Service

The gym is always a messy, the weights and equipment accessories are always missing. The staff are not concerned about fixing it at all. It's been almost 4 months now that we don't have internet for the members, and as the gym is in the basement, I cannot even use my mobile internet. I have contacted the staff more than 6 times by email, phone and in person and so far we have no internet working. The gym is unstaffed from 2 pm which is very weird as its normally busy especially after 5pm. the last few days, and the main door is always broken and any non-member can access the facilities. The sound is always very loud, causing discomfort to the members as well, since we cannot talk with our friends.

Worst experience ever with a Gym!

1) The team is never accessible by phone, email or in person. 2) Mobile Internet isn't the best as you are underground and wifi not always working. 3) Music is so loud like a club, you have to turn up the volume so high so you are just about to mask the awful music on their playlist. 4) Weights/dumbells are almost always misplaced or left out on the floor with the staff rarely replacing them , making the gym look like a mess even at the start of the day. Staff do not care about this. 5) I cancelled my membership in early June, and they have continued to take money even after the notice period in the contract. 6) The place is often dirty, especially the showers and toilets - hairs left all over the bathrooms where people have been shaving goodness knows what, shampoo, soap and toilet rolls often ran out and not replaced and when you flag this to a member of staff (if they arent too busy working out) you get a shoulder shrug and thats it.

Problem with local club

I looked forward to joining Snap Fitness in Williamsburg VA 23188 while I traveled there for 19 days, with the plan to use the membership when I returned to the area. I am a full time RVer and have the Renew Active benefit with my AARP/UHC Medicare supplement. On 5/7 I went to the gym to find it locked, with no answer to a knock and instructions on the door to call the manager to set up an appointment. On 5/8, I left a voicemail message with Samantha and sent 2 emails stating that I was interested in a membership ASAP. Midafternoon on 5/9 I received a call from Samantha scheduling an appointment on 5/11 at 1 PM. Not happy that I had to wait 4 days to arrange for a membership. On 5/11, I went to the gym at 1 PM to find the gym locked and no answer to knock. When getting my phone to call the manager, I saw an earlier text message from Samantha that my appointment had to be cancelled due to an emergency and would be rescheduled for 5/15, ANOTHER 4 days. I told her to forget it. There are no regular staffing hours, making inquiries and joining labor intensive. Finding a gym locked and dark is not welcoming. I am disappointed and hope that if Snap is listed as a convenient option in my travels that there will be a more welcoming professional facility. I have informed United Healthcare of my experience. Terrible gym

Signed up paid fee pass doesn't work, tried twice now and wasted a quarter tank of gas am fed up with this company.

Lied to and beaten wasnt the charge of money.

Only problem I found was being at Hood River Snap Fitness . An employee lied that I was not a customer . Called police and police assaulted me and have me on charge of resisting arrest. I appear in court there Febuary 27 2023 . Not good. I am being charged the correct rate . that is Good. Being assaulted is not good,.

Problem on billing

On 8/15/22 I joined Snap. Im a retired veteran paid a one time membership fee of $21.35 (SilverSneakers) and today while in my account I see you had charged me another $42.65. I was told there would be no other fees!! Please return my $42.65 to my account. Thanks Stephen Minton

Safety and health hazard

We have been members for over 2 years. There are constant plumbing issues, uncleanness, building problems and tore equipment. Someone needs to file complaint against owner for misrepresentation on the Snap Fitness name. It took my husband and I to clean this facility as paying members. This place is waiting for lawsuit.

Can silver sneakers members go to Lindstrommn snap fitness free?

Ive left 5 messages with no return call in LINDSTROM and Bethel with no return call or email. Just wondering if you are a silver sneakers member, if you can go to snap fitness for free? Dispute of a payment

I recieved a call that you sent a claim to collections. This was for a monthly membership back in 2018, for the medical lake snap fitness. This was the first i had heard since the email that i have back from 2018 canceling the membership and the correspondence that it was all taken care of.

Not good

Hello, I have snap membership in Shimoga Karnataka India. I am writing to complain about the poor service of your fitness centre and the unacceptable response of the trainers &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; manager. I would like to start by saying how disappointed I was with the holidays and equipment, the room was too messy as the gym equipment was put on the floor randomly. It would impose danger on people as they might trip over them carelessly. Nowadays the manager is closing the gym without the reason, it's making me uncomfortable to hit the work out regularly The last complaint but also the one that concerns me most is the rude response of your trainers and manager When I gave my comments on the holiday and equipment, His response was simply ridiculous! I was unhappy. His manner and response are very rude and irresponsible. I expect to receive a full explanation regarding this matter. I hope that you would take this complaint seriously.
