Unsatisfied

I spent $20 on smoothie. Mines didn't agree with me so I took it back. The lady Threw it in the trash then she told me she was about to give me the same order. I asked her why was she giving me the same thing that didn't agree with me. She said that was the policy they had to make the same order again I asked her for refund she said she couldn't refund me I need to go on a site and request a refund I had issue with that I call the 1 800 number left a message. I'm just waiting on them to call me back. Because at this point she threw my drink away. I left out there with nothing in my hand not my money or the drink that didn't agree with me. This was a Smoothie King off. Forrest park in saint louis.

Complaint about a store

Smoothie king does not have an actual customer strive phone number. I placed an app order, and it was sent to the wrong location. I tried to call the store and could not get through. On the app, there is no way to cancel the order. So I stop door dashing to drive 30 minutes to the location my order was sent to. I got there, of course the smoothies are melted. I asked if they could please remake them, and they refused, then they refused to refund me. No help from a manager. No refund , no smoothies. Won't be going back.

I issued a complaint with the company on two of their websites for feedback. I asked to be contacted and informed about what the company is doing to resolve the issues i was never contacted.

The store manager Marco and the employee Victoria have no customer service skills and further action needs to be taken to make sure no other customers are treated in the manner they treated me. The store closed out my issue falsely. Saying they contacted me personally as requested but never reached out in any form. I had to call customer service to re-record my issue and state I need to be contacted for this issue to be fully resolved.

Air the store doesn't work. It's been 3 months since I've been there not good for business

Hot inside your store air doesn't work bad for business. I don't think people will continue to get products from your establishment is summertime people come out from the heat into your building expected to be cool

Cannot rate I would not recommend this place of business to anyone.

Visited smoothie king on Hanley in Richmond Heights Mo. and the fruit flies were fierce. I went in and walked back out the door. I would not open the doors of a restaurant like this without taking care of this problem. Very disgusted consumer.

Long wait for a drink

Wife sat there for 40 minutes for one simple this is the location in evergreen park , Illinois I went up there to check on my wife because I was at home with the kids. I went there and luckily she was finally on her way home. When Im the store not one employee said a word to me. I did browse the shelves for protein but there were only chocolate flavor. Ummm

I Had Two $5 Gift Cards And She Said Nothing Was On Them, I Started Two Cancel The Order But It Was To Busy, So I Went Outside And Checked My Cards And The $5 Was On Both, So zI Need A Refund Its Not My Fault She Didnt Wont To Do Her Job, The Right Way, All She Had To Do Was Let Me Scratch The Back Of The Cards Off, Because She Didnt Key In All The Numbers

Hacked account

Hi my name is ciso mendez and i am writing you this to let you know that my smootieking account got hacked over the weekend by some one that changed my profile info to Adam Woody. Phone# (762) 684-**** email overitdone93@***.com. and orderd about $100 worth of thing on my credit card that was save to my account on your smootieking app. I reached out to my credit card company and let them know everything and now im letting you know whats going on with your company and smoothieking app. This is a real legal problem for your company and i suggest you act fast and diligent about this situation before it groes and affects more customers like myself. Im not seeking anything from you as my credit card company said they are fully refunding my money that was fraudulently taken out.tl to be honest i probably will never go to smootieking again after this whole ordel.. you really have to do something great for me to win me back as a customer after all this..bellow are emails I sent to the lowlife that is stealing our money from the smoothieking app I also put the info he changes the account to on your profile. Hope this *** don't affect alot of accounts

Complaint about employee

Smoothie King... Store #1600... 4401 Ramsey Street, Suite 108 Fayetteville N.C. has horrible service. I visited the store on 4/6/23 when they first opened(8am) and was told I couldn't get my Acai PB Swizzle because the items were too frozen to serve. Which troubled me alittle... because I thought the items were made fresh. So I was fine and decide to come back later. So when I came back around 10:30 I was greeted by an African American young lady(Tykella) which is the name on the receipt. She had a hoodie over her head and face wrapped up some much I literally only saw here eyes and nose. I definitely could see her lips which would not have mattered because I wasn't introduce with "can I help" you. She just stood there. So I immediately figured she was having a bad day, I just placed my order and jokingly said to her to lift her spirits..."that it must be mighty cold back there"... she said nothing... I said hello did you hear me... she completely ignored me. So at this point I realize that this is the definition of bad customer service which I don't get alot. So I decided to get my receipt for documentation of my visit so I could make a complaint. Well she was in the back somewhere so I asked the other young lady for help. And she couldn't hear me beacuse she had ear phones in her ears. And when I finally get her attention she rudely said... WHAT?? Now I'm getting really upset because I'm a 50 year old native and business owner in the city and I'm getting talk to like a child by children. So the co-worker gets Tykella and she can't find my receipt. And when she come to tell me... she literally starts telling me without telling me... meaning she walks close to where I was and start talking while preparing food and looking God knows where. I had to stop her and ask if she was talking to me... and if so she needs to look at my at the very least while speaking in a professional manner. She said I raised my voice and I need to lower my voice if she wanted to explain why I couldn't get a receipt... Wow... And my voice wasn't raised, only direct. And the explanation was that she can't re-print a receipt once printed?? At that point, I said I'm going to just let her make my Acai so I can just leave and never come back to that location. And I WISH I would have took a picture of what she made. It was TERRIBLE!! Because I know how they are made I actually have a picture of a correctly made Acai PB Swizzle. It was horrible. I didn't see any strawberries, no granola... it was running almost like water... HORRIBLE.!! So I asked for a refund which came with more attitude by quickly grabbing my bowl and throwing it in the trash from the same you lady(Tykella)...if that is her name. Because when I asked what it was, she wouldn't give it to me. I'm only going by the name on the receipt. I wish I took a picture of her for identity purposes and to see that I'm not exaggerating about the hoodie/her appearance. And ironically enough another customer comes in and asked a question while she is giving me my refund. Which was... "can I purchase here or only online?"... there was a sign up that stated I believe that you had to order online or couldn't order online, one of the two... and he stated himself that he wanted to get clarification before it was his turn because it was always something/issues here. And when I told him that is why I'm never coming back to him, not "Tykelle"... she had the nerve to continue with her unprofessionalism by saying... "that's fine... that's fine"... like she is saying thats great, that's great...and when I said I would contact the owner... she said that was fine as well. So I would love to have the owner call me if this is a franchise location. I would love to speak with that individual, not a representative for Smoothie King if it is a personally owned franchise. Not to vent more or or be upset with the owner, but to let him be very cautious of his or her employees. Again I am a native of this area and business owner that have many friends politically and economically and word of mouth is very powerful. So I don't want this business owner that worked hard and invested money in this business venture be placed in a negative light by some ignorant kids. Because believe me...
