Smokey bones club points

No complaints other than what I am trying seems to take an act of Congress - just attempting to get points on my Smokey Bones card for my l dinner visit. I gave all the information.

1) Parking lot had NO lines. 2). Booth seats ragedy/torn 3).Taylor the Server said we could use our $10 off my $26.18 meal.Taylor returns and said I couldn't, it had to be b4 taxes.Which she did not say that b4. 4).Taylor didn't try to make it better, when we were leaving 7 staff were in the front/ near door.Nobody said, "have a great day, thx for coming." ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I AM BEYOND PISSED!

I ordered a take-out order/steak from the Greensboro, NC, Smokey Bones Restaurant. It arrived tougher than a slab of cement with freezing cold sides. I called to obtain a refund. The store manager (who I had to track down) explained that they did not have the ability to refund orders and that it would be easier for me to simply call my credit card company and dispute the charge (she stated that Smokey Bones would simply not respond to the credit card inquiry). REALLY? I need to go through all that trouble to obtain a refund for one of the worst meals that I've ever ordered? She apologized - and told me how awful it is to work at Smokey Bones with the inability to refund orders in a normal manner along with a litany of other issues - and apparently could do "nothing else" (Teresa Bacon). I called the Regional Manager (Terrence Ishmeal) who "could not believe the poor customer service received". He said he would immediately send out a gift card to cover the cost of the meal - and it would be mailed out that same day. I never received any gift card in the mail. I'm not sure why I thought he would follow-through. Why would anyone concoct a story that they planned to immediately satisfy a customer and hope that "I would give them another chance" - and all was a lie? It only makes customers even angrier than when they received a rock-hard steak. I contacted him several times afterwards explaining that nothing was received in the mail. No response. It is hard to believe that this is a company who even wants customers to return to the restaurant. I have let everyone know of this restaurant story - and this company - and the way they treat food issues. No one from my place of work or anyone who hears the story from me personally will ever visit Smokey Bones again. Truly, they have lost more customers than they realize. The Greensboro, NC, restaurant is beyond anything that I can even describe - but these managers are unprofessional and untrustworthy. Again - I will let everyone know - social media included - of this experience. No doubt about it.

Got sick

Myself, my two daughters and my daughters boyfriend went to eat here and three of us so far Ive gotten sick cannot find a corporate office number. Our waiter was also our cook. We didnt receive straws with our drinks when asked, we only received one. They had no alcohol to order any specialty drinks couldnt substitute because of liquor inventory. food was ridiculously expensive for horrible food and tiny portions.

Missing pay check

Yes my name is Jessica House I worked at the smokey bones at 4036 Ny- 31 Liverpool NY 13090 I didn't get my check for two weeks ago the resterant management said they contacted the payroll but I have yet to get it. I have a family and I stop working there because of it. I would like this to get resulved or I will have to take legal action please have some one contact me so we can resulved this situation

Experience I had for birthday lunch was horrible experience bad children sad in the same area in which I was seated I thought I had went to a playground called over manager he explained he cant tell people what to do with there kids and neither can I I deserve to enjoy my meal without babysitting so they would not tear the restaurant down now that would be when he shouldnt have that and not to mention my food was horrible it wasnt done sent it back it came back the same way so much kaos I should have told them to take it off bill instead took it home and threw in the trash instead called cooperate number and spoke with someone took the complaint she hasnt got back with me as of now this is not a matter to ignore I cant afford to. Refused to take order for handicapped person as no delivery to car.

Lisa at Ronkonkoma location (manager) refused to take order for pick up with delivery to car. Advised on a rollator and could not carry packages as I have MS. They do not deliver to car even though I have been doing this for years 2 or 3 times a month.

Lake Ronkonkoma location Lisa manager refused to take order and deliver to car. No longer will deliver to car even though advised in a walker/rollator and unable to carry packages. I have MS .

My wife & I used take-out at a Smokey Bones restaurant in Brandon, FL, on May 19th. I followed up 3 times via their contact page to have them add the points earned on that visit to my account - #901954****89. As of today (June 1st) no luck. The check number (not specifically identified as such) is either 71/710001 or 1048**** and the sub-total amount is $24.61. I tried calling corporate but the phone numbers from various websites are either a fax number or give no choice for customer service.

Horrible wings due to even worse customer service

I was told by my gf to order a certain Flavor of wings that we always get when we go here, when I called the *** girl who answered the phone told me that they didnt do that flavor, even though it was on their menu and weve had it countless times. After I told my gf what happened she tried to change our order through the phone and was met with even more attitude. When we arrived to pickup our order the wings were literally black. Despite trying to go through Smokey bones directly and asking them to contact us, there has been nothing to resolve this, dont go to colonie/Albany location or a stuck up blonde who has no right or skill set to be in a customer service job will *** up your order too.

Really bad customer service, does anyone at corporate understand how terrible it is? Yeah I am a POC.

No way to contact (by phone) customer service. You should try the numbers listed on your site. I went to smokey bones on Wednesday night and when I paid my bill I gave the waitress my Bones Club card and when she came back to the table I was told no record and no points. Haven't used any points in a while and I want to know where the points went to and I expect a call, not a text, not an email but a real and hopefully knowledgeable person to resolve my issues .Card Number 152470****7974.

Denied Service

On Sunday, April 9th (Easter Sunday) I went to Smokey Bones in Clay around 5pm and was denied service. My family and I wanted to eat there for dinner. I went on the website and noticed that we could do a reservation. I selected the guest count and for 9 or more I needed to call the restaurant. I called twice but did not receive an answer. We were already en route to the restaurant. We pulled into the parking lot of the restaurant and noticed that there were four cars in the lot so I went in, thinking that they might be closed. The hostess approached me. I asked if they were closed and she stated that they were not. I mentioned that I had called but the didnt get an answer because the website directed me to because of the size of the party of over nine. We had a party of 10. I told her that we have a party of 10. She said for me told wait a minute and the she would be right back. After a few minutes she returned and stated that she would not be able to seat our party because they only had 2 servers available. So by that time my sister had come into the restaurant. I told her that they could not seat or serve us because our party was too big. My sister in turn asked if we split our party would they we able to serve us then. She stated no, we cannot serve your party. I stated are you serious? The hostess looked down at something on her podium. I told my sister that this was ridiculous and that we could find another restaurant and that we needed to just leave. I said apparently they dont want our business. I frequently order online from Smokey Bones from work and last year we brought a huge group there and never experienced anything like this. I have never been denied service anywhere. I would like to believe that we were denied service because of just the facility having 2 servers but that doesnt make any sense. There had to be another unstated reason as to why we could not be served. There were 4 people seated in the restaurant and 2 seated at the bar. I took pictures of the facility before we left. We offered to be split up. It was Easter Sunday. We just wanted to eat together as a family but were denied that. I am disappointed in this restaurant and will not patronize them in the future.

To complain about food and service on Sunday the 19th of March

Manager was not at all professional, the food had to be sent back. Most of our parties food was served cold. The best thing about this visit was our server. The rib tips that I took a pic of are burned and hard , so they covered them in sauce. Just awful. One of our partys steak was so tough it could not be cut with the steak knife.

Missing items in order

I placed an order through uber eats on saturday night 3-18-23 and when delivered, there were several missing items. My wife and I ordered the pylled pork sammy combo (which we have ordered multiple times) and were both missing the carolina mop sauce to our bbq sandwiches. Not only that, but i was missing the loaded baked potato which i paid extra for, and my wife was missing the steamed broccoli from her meal. I complained to uber eats and even tried to contact the driver (uber provides the option in case they accidentally leave items in their vehicle...) with no results and no answer on the number provided. I feel we should receive compensation for this as the meal was pretty pointless with all the missing items. What is a bbq sandwich without the bbq?
