RPM80 FIRE HAZARD
2 consequences of RPM80 heating to super high temperatures in the last 2 months. I am so disappointed because of lightweight . I don't know what is equal to or if I should stay away from internal battery .I am almost afraid to get burned on the bottom . I only use the charger that camw with them. Now I'm out 70 each and i have coils to use on them. Ugh Smok used to be my go to brand but this is dangerous

Product faulty
I haven't even had this two months I was charged double what it was worth because it was my first vape I knew nothing about it I went to get a new coil today and the owner of the store snapped the top piece and said that it was a faulty vape on your part and that he would not be refunding my $80 nor would he give me the piece that I need it and you guys don't have a phone number to call so I completely regret ever giving you my business at all Don't ever go with this company they do not give a *** about you this company will screw you any way they can

The coil is leaking not threw the seals but threw the coil slots on the sides of the coil. It has 4. You need to eliminate 2. Eliminate the deepest ones. I sealed them with plastic glue and it's working perfectly

Smok nord 5 quit working
I barely bought my smok nord 5 vape and had it in its own neat little holder and yet the thing just stops working no lights come one or any thing I'm pissed every vape I have got have take a crap a month after buying it .they are expensive and it's already hard enough times for every one can I just have some thing that doesn't break down . Pod keep breaking
I have purchased a total of 5 smok novo and 2 of em have quit working. Im scared to replace em with same vape if Im still gonna have to get different ones cause they will quit to. I just started using em to quit smoking less than 30 days so not a good record for them so far. Very disappointing. Cant provide proof of purchase was not given receipt when I purchased didnt think I would need one. But will go to store to get one soon. Since they will have record of my purchases with my credit card

Defective product
I purchased a Smok Morph 2 from Amazon UK on 20th May which was delivered on 21st May. The item worked without issue (using fresh and fully charged 18650 batteries) until 27th May at which time it stopped working completely despite making sure that both batteries were fully charged. I requested a refund from Amazon UK and they advised that my only recourse was to contact Smok directly. My Amazon order number is ORDER # 203-641****-119****. The product is obviously defective and I'd be grateful if you would replace the unit or refund the £41.99 purchase price. Yours without prejudice John Logan

I have at least 4 vape pens I bought back to back in these past few months I spent at least 500$ dollars all together Im just trying too get a replacement because its starting too get overwhelming in fact I have a new vape pen I bought just a couple of weeks ago but I have all the old ones I need a new pen please well I need too replace all of them

Time over error
Button on Nord4 wouldn't disengage. So I quickly pulled pod so as not to damage coil. It's stuck on Time Over Error. It's less than a year old. I have looked everywhere and tried calling to no avail. Got an auto call that didn't fully connect. I couldn't hear a thing. Very dissatisfied.

I bought a smok nord 5 had it for 3 weeks broke won't turn on or do nothing . I'm very disappointed in this a waste of money .

Product failure
Terrible service from the weird vape shop to not stand behind their products. They agreed that the vape was defective, but would not let me trade up and they wanted me to buy another one instead of allowing me to get credit for another one. I filed a claim with smok along with the pictures, I haven't heard anything from them yet. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow to make sure there was no damage from inhaling the rubber that I couldn't taste because of the flavored juice
