To cancel automatic renewal

unaware that smilebox renews automatically on my credit card. when I go to me account its says that it is a basic account and free. I don't know how many years I have been charged for this! I no longer want this product? I have attempted several times to call 360-797-**** without success. I get a fast busy signal everytime I have called. I cannot find an ACCT number when Iog into my basic/free account!

My creation slideshow will only play the music...no pictures

It’s been two days now and i still haven’t heard back from SmileBox. My moms 85th birthday is tomorrow!

We finally have gotten the slideshow to play with music and pictures but the music is not synced with the pictures. The music starts playing after a long download...

I've worked for at least 48 solid hours over the past several days to create a slideshow. It is now finished except for possible tweaking of the music we want to use. But, when I go to play it to see how it flows etc only the music plays no pictures show at all. I tried emailing it to myself to see if that would fix it but same thing. only music plays and no pictures show up. I have 150 pictures with their text finished but now can't view it. Please let me know what the trouble is. I've have plenty of other annoying issues with smilebox before that i could eventually figure out but never have i had a card only play with the music. please tell me i am just missing something simple to get it working correctly! Its very frustrating that I cannot get customer help. The phone number only rings busy and there is no "chat" option either. My mom's 85th birthday is coming up and I would like to have this card for her surprise.

They suck and you cant reach a person.

I can't reach smilebox. 54 is too much. I only needed this for my wedding. They wont refund the rest of my money and honestly smilebox is limited and sucks.

My aacount doesnt transfer to my new computer

I have been a smilebox member for years and years and years. I quit making slideshows for a very long time but still kept my subscription. I recently got a new computer and when i signed in it said that email was already being used by some one else. So i changed it to my gmail. Now ya'll don't recognize me as a customer and want me to start a new membership. My last payment to yall was June 25th, 2022 on my Chase freedom card for $47.88. I need to have someone help me please. I can't get order # or contract ID because i can't get to my smileox anymore. Thank you, Adonna Hudson.

I received acceptable solution

My credit card was charged for a subscription that I canceled a week before. There are two versions of the Smilebox app, one for PCs and one for mobile devices. I canceled the PC subscription as I no longer used it. That payment was moved to the Mobile app subscription. This was an acceptable solution for me.

Smilebox Replied With An Acceptable Response

I was automatically charged for a subscription for Smilebox on my PC. That annoyed me as I had canceled it a week before as I no longer use that version. They switched the charge to cover the subscription I have for the mobile version to continue for an extra year. I do use that version of Smilebox, so that was an acceptable resolution.

Subscription

I cancelled my subscription quite a time ago and have been charged a membership fee . I logged into my account and a message comes up saying I have no membership but Im being charged an annual fee if I think around 140.00 something! Cant find a number that answers so I can discuss this with them.

Tech issues

Technical issues. I tried to start it everyday. I even tried uninstalling it, now I have trouble installing it. I have it paid up until April of 2023.

So much time and won't download template to edit

Last year, and again this year, I spent hours uploading photos and trying to create and edit a Christmas slideshow. When it comes time to download, add photos, edit captions, etc., it just spins asking me to wait while it gets my template. I am an idiot, I did this no less than 15 times.. Then I see the saved creations with random photos, or no photos, wrong family name, etc..with no access to edit. Then can't find all my photos. After hours of going thru all my photos. Plus, unable to access facebook photos. Old photos from previous year sometimes show. Last year I paid and was too late to use. No one got Christmas cards from us. Just gave up. Then repaid this year, same thing. This app should just be blocked from the internet. It takes your time and money till you are so frustrated you just give up.

I payed and signed up on August 3, 2022 paying with PayPal 59.88. I went on line to see my account has not been updated.
