Never receive the product

My wife and I never received the product. We were told they shipped a replacement after 3 months of waiting. We never received that either. Here we are 2 years later and they still insist that its on it way (lmfao). 500$ gone and absolutely zero replies to every email from the last 6 months. 0/10 would recommend.

Total garbage product - software constantly crashes

Also: after very few uses like about 10 - the crashes are happening over and over - I got the so called download to the software / app - yesterday June 2, 2023 - still crashing - then insult to injury, I unplugged it, let it sit, then restarted it after rebooting my IPhone - using 12 pro - the light finally worked now the air blowing through the tubes, but no real strength - the mattress (that holds the air, which was real strong when I first got it) now blows really soft, no strength, so the mattress fills a little, I do not have it in a duvet its just laying on the bed. It puffs up a small amount of air, then shuts off - I unplugged the air tubes, looked for blocks, there are none. The dam machine just doesnt have any power. Complete joke! - I sent email in a letter to the developer and so far no response. I am guessing that there is no company anymore - I really wish an American company would build something exactly like it. I mean. How hard can it be! Its a reverse vacuum cleaner under the bed, that blows air into a tub, and fills up a mattress crap.

Like what everyone else says stay away

ordered march 2022 over a year. kept delaying it. finally started emailing them in may of 2022. they would send over UPS labels that were created yet showed no progress. I am trying to get my money back, since this is going on for so long

It finally arrived

Is it a scam, guess not since we finally received after 3 months. They did promptly reply to email inquiries about delivery date but what they said mostly didn't happen. Does it work? Yes and no. It does inflate and put out air but doesn't work with expensive high thread count cotton or silky microfiber sheets. We're using without the duvet because it's microfiber any air won't go through it and purchased some cheap 300 thread count cotton sheets and is now working well. We like our duvet cover so plan to put several iron on patches on the underside (to prevent unraveling) and cut holes in the patches to let air through. If this works will be purchasing bamboo sheets. Rate the entire experience somewhat satisfied. One other problem is the lights on the unit don't work properly, when turned "off" they start blinking and changing colors. I asked if lights could be disconnected, although not suggestion was to put on red and lowest intensity and that works for us. Last issue is only one smart phone can be used to control both sides but that's not a big problem. Overall rating of total experience is somewhat satisfied and will be keeping and using.

We purchased and never received our product or refund

We purchased our smart duvet in April of 2022. Its been nearly a year and we have yet to receive it. We have asked for them to refund the purchase and they claimed they did. That was a month ago and we have yet to receive the refund. This company is a total scam.

Received the item and the customer service team responded with the app information within a few hours of my last review. I can certainly consider this issue resolved.

The app is still being tested and has a few bugs. I'm not sure if I will keep the item as it doesn't...

FINALLY received the package! It was well packaged with great presentation.

Unfortunately they app listed in the instructions is not on the App Store. It is required for the device to function.

They asked for my email to send the app to me, but they never did. I guess...

The worst communication and delivery

I ordered my product nearly a year ago and have yet to receive it. I have sent multiple emails asking for updates only to get bogus responses that don't make sense. They've sent two tracking numbers that never went past having the labels created. This is ridiculous. They've offered a refund and for me to wait until next day shipping is available to reorder but with how this has gone so far I highly doubt that will ever happen either. I want the product so I'm waiting but one more weak excuse and I will be requesting the full refund and never promote the company again.

Received it-finally…..app is nowhere to be found.

After the complete runaround for 10 months. Finally got the product. Installation was easy until we get to the download the app to get started part. Guess what? No app. Anywhere. So its useless.

Resolved: 11 MONTH WAIT and apparently that's not long, comparably

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. After this post, the company did contact me and fulfill shipment claiming once it was at their distribution facility, it never got a shipment ticket.

They did ship a duvet directly after I notified them. I still believe they should have a phone number with a human to field these concerns and posts like this might not ever occur..

After taking $450 immediately upon purchase...The company responds with an email of claims of shipping container issues with no phone number to call and discuss. Just as others have waited YEARS, this feels like no-one wants to help...Totally feels like a SCAM.

Ok, so I've read every review online that I can for the Smart Duvet. If you're like me, then you'll know that 95% of all reviews are about how people either waited for months/years, or never received it. But, what is the product actually like? Well, dear reader, this is the review for you! I purchased, received and have used a Smart Duvet. I'm going to skip over all the features (as we all know what they are from the website), and tell you what I've learnt from using it things you can't really guess from the website or that I've seen in other reviews. SUMMARY: What does it feel like to sleep under? Imagine Sleeping under an air mattress which is made of the same, yet thinner material wrapped in your duvet cover. Yes, it will keep you warm during the night (and cool to a certain extent). The sound of the box wasn't an issue to me as I have tinnitus so sleep with a fan on anyway. Maybe the noise would annoy some people. SPECIFICS: 1. THE CUTOUTS IN THE SMART LAYER (BAD) The 'Smart Layer' (which sits under the duvet, but is still within the duvet cover) has these circular cutouts in it. They're about 10 cm (4") in diameter and spaced 10 cm (still 4") apart, so you can imagine there are around 150 on it. I'm not gonna count, but it's roughly correct. The issue is that your feet get caught in them during the night as you move. Even though there is a duvet cover in-between you and the 'Smart Layer,' it's not thick enough to stop you from getting caught in these holes. It's annoying. 2. THE MATERIAL THE SMART LAYER IS MADE OF (BAD) The 'Smart Layer' is made of some sort of soft plastic material. Think a slightly thinner version of whatever air mattresses are made of (this thing is essentially just a perforated air mattress, after all). It makes a 'crinkly' noise at night when you move. It's not soft, and doesn't fold nicely. Imagine folding a thin air mattress. This is also annoying. 3. THE CONCEPT (OK) The idea is a fine one, I think. The issue I have is that my skin is naturally on the drier side, so having air blow on me all night ain't great. This issue is specific to me and my skin brethren out there (gross). 4. THE APP (BAD) Disclaimer: I work in the tech industry. The app sucks. It's not even released. You need to download TestFlight (Apple's app which allows you to side-load beta applications for the purpose of beta testing). We're not beta testers, but customers. This is a very poor showing. These much more I can say here but just know the app sucks. It's functional (barely) and not pleasant. 5. THE CLIPS (WEIRD) The clips which are meant to hold it in place on the bed are strange. They're hard to get on and kinda ruin your fitted sheets by stretching them. Also, on mine they weren't cut out properly which meant there wasn't enough room to secure them around the hose fitting (it's hard to explain this if you haven't seen it). 6. THE COMPANY Look, I respect what theyre trying to do. Its hard to make something, and Im sure theyre stressed as all *** which is why theyre so trigger-happy to offer refunds on orders which havent been shipped. Theyve over-stretched themselves and seem to be in a bad spot. Theyve told me more than once itll ship in the next few days and it didnt. I had to hassle them - a lot - to get it shipped. I feel for them, but they need to be honest with customers. Hire people to help, or at least get a ticketing system to track requests. CONCLUSION Im going to return mine and probably get an Oola. I cant shake the discomfort of the holes in the smart layer or the material. If you dont care about this stuff, then buy one because its cheaper than the other options out there. I sincerely hope they make it work.

Ordered Nov 7th 2017 and still not received.

The title pretty much sums it up. I know we have been spoiled by same-day and next-day shipping, but this is a little beyond expectations. I'm fairly certain that if I ordered something from China in the 1500s, I would still probably receive it quicker than this. That's counting sailing there to place the order in the first place. So far, their customer support has not been bad. Very attentive and polite. No complaints there. However, either they are told to lie about estimated shipping times, or they just flat don't know. I have given them plenty of leeway considering it's a new product, new design, new company, all the works. But there is indeed a minimal expectation. As of writing this review, it has been 4 years, 10 months, and 25 days since my order confirmation.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Seller took quick action and identified the problem was with the shipping company. They rushed the unit to us immediately with a sincere apology.

These guys have been telling us they'll send our order for last 3 years, yes 3 years. The worst part is there is no number to contact them, just an email address. Total Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After several months of going back and forth.

It took going to PissedConsumers.com to get it resolved in just a week.

Waited a couple of years for this. When I finally received it, it was great. But after a few months one side was not heating or blowing correctly. Finally was able to get some type of customer service. After several months of going back and forth, finally sent them a video and they agreed it was faulty. Their solution was to send it back ... I said absolutely not. Based on their track record, I would have no recourse if they happen to take their time or not fix it all. I ask them to send me just the unit and I will send back the faulty one after I get it. They said they can't break up a box. I don't believe that at all. I have had online orders from other companies and this is how they have always handled it .. easy, no complaints and it was great. So much for standing by their product. Seeing all the reviews here, they have not changed with their false promises. It's too bad, since it's actually fairly a good product. Hope someone comes up with something similar and with better customer service.
