I could not contact you.
I was not trying to call you because I was pissed, I was trying to contact you about not being able to submit a new debit card number when using my computer to play the game. So, I had to change it with my phone. I really did not want to use my phone because I did not get the same amount of rewards. I spoke to someone in the chat and told them that I changed my card on my phone but, the computer still would not accept it. They said that it would correct itself by the next day. It did not, so I could only use my phone. I made about 6 or 7 purchases, losing picks, and points all the way. So, even though I did not start off as pissed, now I am. I do not know how to do proof of purchase because I am technology challenged.

First time this happened in no time they restored our credits
For no apparent reason our credits were wiped out. We had a little over 222 billion. This happened a few years ago and they were on the problem right away.

12 years I have been playing level 261072. I haven't had any issues I can tell now. Now I can't seem to log in. I'm losing all my bonuses and my. B-Heat bonus game

Claims to be free, but only for new players, not for long term players hoping to achieve level of satisfaction or enjoyment
after many years playing and spending some money, the games started only paying when i payed for something, otherwise games were all dead spins. Large jackpots such as majors or grand jackpot are not ahievable, except by those who work for the company or are sponsors and large spenders. Billing takes 1 sec to take your money, but games have many glitches and company is slow to respond and fix the problems.As a supposed VIP member, i should have some rewrads, yet when it costs 15 trillion coins to activate bonus games or jackpot game, while free coins sit at only 20 billion every 3 hrs. The challenges of side game such a blast or holey moley require one to fill a meter based on high bets, if meter is not filled one can not play these side games which are a huge part of obtaining any success in the albums. High level players such as myself who have spent hundreds of dollars and reached extremely high levels do not get any rewrads, even though the company cllaims to give rewards. This game is for new players, not for players like myself who have inevsted 10 years time, money and support with little to nothing back in return.for new players have fun but do not buy, as soon as you start making purchases , the company charges you higher prices for less reward. new players can purchase blast picks and game mania for 1.00 while I would have to spend 8.00 or more at least for the same thing. How can I get my minimum bets lower since I'm not at a high level now
I have played this game for a long time and was up to 30 billion but because my level was so high the minimum bets were 50 million and I lost almost all of it and am at a lower level now but the minimum bets are still high. I dont think that is fair. I would appreciate it if I could get the bets lower because now I cant afford to play. Could you please lower my minimum bets so I can continue playing? Thank you
