Poor customer service and worst product
I have purchased Sleepwell Eco Aadhar and replaced it twice however the quality of the mattress is so poor that second replacement not even work for 10 days. Worst product and worst company.

Facing problem in stitching in mattress

Very bad quality
I was brought a Sleepwell Mattress Admire on 13 jan 2022 with the validity of 1+4 years. After some days the mattresses sinking from the some portion. I have lodged the complaint with complaint number 272730. After that the customer care calls me and said that my mattress model is not available so I can select any other model in place of it and tell them about this on customer care number. But whenever i call on customer care number they always do not pick the call and an voice mail occurs which tell that "our customer executive will call you shortly" but no customer call have been received yet. Please do needful act.

Complaint on quality of matress supplied
Dear Sir I purchased on Sleepwell Matress From your dealer New BR Daw and Co in kolkata about a month ago. The mattress has got bent in the centre only within one month of use. The foam at the top layer is hardly one inch or less and has no cushioning effect . The mattress is extremely hard and creates a back problem as the top layer is of extremely poor quality. Facing issues regarding my complaint
My mattress is totally flat despite the face I purchased luxury mattress , I sent photos also but they rejected my complaint ,no one is visiting my place even to see the quality of it . Foam of the mattress is breaking in just 3 months
I have two mattresses one I bought 7-8 months ago and second one 3 months ago. With my first mattress the upper cloth is tear a part from many side. And they said you can't claim warranty so why r u using such material which can be tear easily. Now the second one foam of the mattress breaking a part inside the cloth in just 3 months. And the customer care executive said I don't understand how the foam of the mattress breaking inside the cloth. She said send the pictures of the foam. So should I tear the cloth and take the picture and then you say tearing warrenty can't claim. You are making huge money only sleepwell name is left product quality now is zero

I had sever back pain
I had purchase feather form Anand king size mattress before 1 year . Me and my husband suffering from back pain and this bed produces lot of heat . It affects our health condition.I am totally disappointed by this product. And I have a warrenty card for this but the customer service didn't give me a proper solution. I want a solution for this . Please do some improvement for cooling.

Hi I am Gautam Sharma last time was purchase 2 stepwell Mattress for your store ( Bhera Enclve Pachim vihar) date 04july 2021,many time i am touch your executive and customer care also register a complaint ( 249100) long the complaint (19.3.2023) but till not response for your side day by day delay and not satisfied answer, every person only asked its solve asap, but no one visit the house no one nay responsible person solve the my problem, i am not suggests to any person to purchase the company (stepwell Mattress ) becoz its not trusted company no any response its Embarrassing image of stepwell Mattress, Thanks & Regards Gautam Sharma Con # 971704****.

I have purchased sleepwell spine tech mattress I am using this past 1 year but it's very bad condition now I have suffering from back back pain Mattress is spinetec but its not used for anyone it's very third quality mattress I am very disappointed please resolve my problem
