Animal missing

My animal I believe has crawled up in my box spring and maybe got hauled off . Please contact me asap . 214707****. Thank you donna clements no one will help me . Id like to come over and check out the whse . She is not a friendly cat with people she does not know . She is declawed .

Delivery of product

Delivery was supposed to be between 4 and 8 pm. Actual delivery was 9:50 pm. In the process of delivery truck driver ran over a street sign causing major damage to sign.W

Yeti Promo

Good Afternoon, I don't want this sent to the store I bought my bed from I want to hear from the corporate headquarters! My husband and I purchased a mattress and adjustable base on July 12 spending 4500 dollars I just found out that there is a yeti cooler promo so I called the store and was told he could not honor that ! I'm in the retail business and if we would ever not satisfy the customer that would be unacceptable! Especially when the customer is spending over 4500 dollars! All we were asking for is since we recently bought our bed is to get the promo on the yeti cooler! Don't buy from this business!

I bought my Serta Premier mattress from Sleep Outfitters in Trussville, Alabama last year, it is only one year old and it is sinking in the middle of the bed, I have a 10 year warranty on it, what is wrong with this? I called the business and they told me that they would be out to see about it, but no reply, so I went to the store and they told me to go online about it. So I want someone to help me !

Trying to sell used for new

Spent 6500 on a tempurpedic mattress & adjustable base. The base came with what appeared to be mold on it. They it was missing 2 legs. The delivery people told me it was used. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NEW. What moron buys a used electrical sleep platform that has been worn out on the showroom floor???? Sent them packing. Stay around from this crew. They are CROOKS!!!! Then they had to bring my bed back in. It was covered with leaves & sticks from being left on the porch while they tried to let the store manager talk me into keep the misrepresented garbage. I told them to hurry up before my husband gets home. He will absolutely hit the roof!!!!!!

Rip off customers

Sounds like our story is a familiar one. We went to Sleep Outfitters (one store of six that day) because the Sealy floir model was the most comfortable one I found. We were going to get a queen when I saw a sign for a king display model that was an even better mattress that was on sale. We decided to go with it. We bought the mattress paying in cash. The mattress was delivered on a Friday afternoon. We got it set up that night. The moment I laid on it, I knew it was the wrong mattress. We looked for the factory tags on the mattress only to discover someone hsd cut them off. Its illegal to sell a mattress with the factory tags, and yet, here it is on our bed frame. We immediately went back to the store on Saturday morning to get it taken care of. After talking with the person who sold it to us (Robin Sisk - terrible job handling it), we got the runaround for a week. The only reason we got a response was because we called back several times that week. Finally, they offered to "make it right" by offering to let us pay an additoonal $200 to get the right mattress. Excuse me? You delivered the wrong mattress, one sold to us illegally due to the factor tags being removed before we ever received it. Why should we pay more because you screwed up? Its ridiculous. Don't buy from them. They will lie to you and steal your money and suck your time away. Not worth it!

Amazon gift card

Supposed to get 200 amazon gift card for the 4th of july sale but until now there is nothing. The manager said he still trying to find out why we dont get ours but thats it. Very disappointed, we feel like its a BS when they told us well get a card but never did

Told we would get a $100 gift card

So far it has been about 2 1/2 months they finally gave us a number to put in a web page there was no item we wanted. I finally chose a watch and then I got a email that said the watch was no longer available. I would life my Amazon gift card

All good until they got my money down hill after

Great price on bed for my daughter, next day i was told he messed up but was going to honor it because it was his mistake. Picked up bed went back in before leaving to question sku# and was told it was right number he had to do this because of the mess up 800 dollar bed for 400. Told him ok just didnt want to get home with wrong bed. Looked up sku outside yep bed with purple on it popped up so must be right. Get home bed is all white not the one i ordered for my daughter. Call Doug he says well have her sleep on it i will do some checking get back to you tomorrow, she may like this one better. Next day was told 10 memory foam doesn't come with the purple. Really? Well here is a picture from your web sight that shows it. More checking maybe they changed cover. Ya right! I make calls yep we have that bed with that sku# and yes it has purple on it. Doug calls back trying to tell me i got the right bed. No we wanted the purple one for a reason don't *** in my glass and try and tell me its lemonade. Easy fix at this point tell me you messed up people, make mistakes i was ready to pay 800 for a bed charge me more give me my bed. Don't put a 400 dollar bed (yes found the 8.5 inch on their web sight ) in my 800 dollar box. Ok i don't want to do business with these types of people easy fix number 2 give me my money back. Ok but going to cost you 67 dollars to restock. This was your mistake not mine your charging me money for driving to your store buying bed get home find out your trying to rip me off and now you want to charge me 67 dollars. Run people this is still going on they are picking bed up Friday and im sure will try and find ways to deduct more money from me.

Read their exchange and refund policy BEFORE you walk into t

The wife and I decided to get a new mattress set for Christmas, so after looking at the reviews of the Sleep Outfitter store in Bowling Green KY we went there to shop. Upon entries the store, we told the sales person specifically that my wife needed a firmer mattress due to back trouble and I needed a softer mattress due to shoulder issues. Every mattress we tried out (8 or 9 for a minimum of 5 mins each) at the store we kept saying we needed to find something that could satisfy both of our needs. We settled on a Sterns & Foster model that was their top of the line. Out the door price was over $1900. The next week it was delivered at home. After sleeping on it ONE NIGHT we both knew it wasn't the mattress we needed. I was awoken TWICE during the night with terrible shoulder joint pain. In the morning the whole upper back of my body was stiff and hurting - probably from enduring the pain all night. I had never had a mattress be so harsh on me - worse than sleeping on a *** sofa bed. I felt as if the coil springs of the mattress had pierced both shoulder joints. So we read over their refund and exchange policy. To refund or exchange a mattress, you MUST sleep on it a minimum of 30 days and return it within 45 days. Also, if you want to exchange the mattress for another, it had to be in the original plastic wrapping. Oh how odd. The delivery personnel with Sleep Outfitters removed the plastic covering while the mattress was STILL ON THE TRUCK OUT IN MY DRIVEWAY. So here is the situation. According to their document, you MUST sleep on it for at least 30 days before you return it, then bring it back yourself without it getting dirty. Oh, you want to exchange it? $100 fee and it better be in the original plastic, un torn. You can get your original purchase price back, but they charge you a $150 fee. Also, the sale person said we were getting the box spring free, but the document said anything free would be charged full price. So where do my wife go from here so we both get the mattress we need? Air Bed - specifically either Mattress Mill from Montana or Selectabed.com. We weren't expecting to NOT be charged a fee because we were the one who chose the mattress. It is the gall to require a MINIMUM of 30 days sleeping on the mattress and the while deal about the plastic wrapping and fee for returns when YOU have to return it - they don't come and get it - which we find misleading and very unscrupulous to say the least.

Excellent, Lauren Minefield took excellent care of us!!

We purchased a tempurpedic mattress from sleep outfitters near North Gr. River Rd in Evansville In. Lauren Morefield is the store Manager. We purchased our mattress from Lauren! She was fantastic!! She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took excellent care of us. She even followed up with us about a month later. We are very happy with our purchase. We love our new mattress!! Quarter sized stain mattress, and piece to the frame was missing

My husband and I went years with the same mattress, and finally purchased a new bed. We shopped ate several different places, and finally fell in love with one at Sleep Outfitters. We explained to the lady who helped us that we were very skeptical about purchasing an expensive bed., and we had bad experience from another mattress store years ago. She made us feel comfortable and explained all the beds to us. Well..... first off we were told the delivery would be free, then after everything was finalized I asked her what the $20 was for she said for delivery, and seeings how you got a good deal I couldn't waive the charge. So a week later they delivered out new bed, very ecstatic mind you. They put the frame together and said it was missing a piece of plastic that holds the screw in place and we could just go to the store and pick it up without an issue, we thought that was fine and we appreciated them telling us. Then they brought the bed, took off the plastic and noticed there was a quarter sized black spot on the bed. He said it could of been from the rain and there seeings how there was a tear in the plastic. He took a picture and emailed it to the store. He said that they will come out and clean it for free. So that afternoon I called Sleep Outfitters and explained the problem. She said they wont be able to come out and clean the mattress they would have to swap it out, or I could go to the store and by some shout out wipes to remove it. I explained I shouldn't have to do that to my expensive bed!! She said she would talk to her manager and let me know what else they could do. The plastic piece that was missing from the frame she said they do not carry those in the store and she needed to order another one. Two weeks later no call, so I called. She said her manager explained to her that if they swap it out we would have to pay $100 fee, pissed me off! The stain is not our fault first of all, and secondly we bought the mattress protector anyways she explained if there is a stain they will come out and remove it. So I asked her that question and she said it was different. The she mentioned that she had to order a whole new frame, she couldn't order the plastic piece. SO when I asked her when they would come out she said they won't do that. Excuse me but why not!? She said they would have to drive forty minutes out of the way and they wont seeings how they already came. She says she would bring it to my house with her father!! Thank you but no thank you............ If I knew this was gong to be a headache I would have told the delivery guys to take it back with them and bring me my old bed, and come back when the mattress is clean and the frame pieces are all together. They also took a chunk out of the ceiling with moving the bed upstairs...... I am beyond frustrated. We work hard for our money and a $5,000 bed later and this is what I get. Defective Island Magic Sealy set

6-6-16 paid for queen size firm Sealy Island Magic mattress & box springs 6-10-16 Sleep Outfitters delivered product, right away noticed the box springs was defective-too wide and too long on one side only, meaning it was not square. was told this sizing issue was industry standard and all of the floor models were the same-that I should accept a 1" differential on any given side. 6-14-16 requested box springs be replaced with one that fit the mattress. 6-20-16 1st replacement box springs delivered Delivery guys noticed the mattress had already started to sink in the center and the replacement box springs fit no better than the last one. 10 days old and the mattress was failing. Sent email to store mgr asking her to come inspect. She declined, but offered to send new box springs,& new mattress. 6-26-16 delivered 2nd replacement box springs, & 1st replacement mattress. Same issue as before-box springs is out of square-1" to 11/2" wider at the foot of bed and on one side, also box springs did not fit squarely in the frame. Notified store mgr-she blamed it on my frame and said she would replace mattress & springs. 6-27-16 delivery of 3rd box springs and 2nd mattress, new frame box springs does not fit squarely in their frame, and it is 1" to 11/2" wider at the foot of the bed than the top-also longer on one side-obvious quality control issue. Waiting for resolution to these issues 9-10-16 notified store mgr that 2nd replacement mattress has started to fail and is sinking in the middle response from store mgr is to contact customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS, WHEN THERE MOUTH IS MOVING THEY ARE LYING. THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET A SALE!!!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT LIKE THEY CLAIM, THEY PUSH YOU OFF TO SOME UNKNOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE *** AND WASH THEIR HANDS OF THE PROBLEM. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE A FAULTY SEALY MATTRESS AND BOX SPRINGS.

Not what the online add looked like and not at ALL what I thoiught it would feel like.

I bought and just hade a Selay Mattress delivered that online Looked good and sounded great, not at all what I thought it would be. should have gone in a store I guess??? I will never make this mistake again.. hard as a rock and was told it is a pillow top with memory foam . not either of them.. very unhappy with myself and the end result ... this is not at all what I thought I was Buying. I'm a Newly divorced man trying to get restarted guess I'm not good at trusting web sites and what they have to say .
