Bed is horrible and poor customer service

I received the bed at the beginning of November 2021. First, I'm would like to explain why I purchased the bed. I'm a disabled combat veteran with many injuries. I suffered from my 22 years in the army. My body constantly hurts, so I do anything to help mitigate the pain. I had I hope for this product be needless to say it has made my pain worse. I have contacted customer service many times about the problem this bed is causing. The air mattress is coming off the bed, and I was told that for them to come and fix it is would cost another $300-$400. I have been told by my Pain Management Doctor, Chiropractor and Massage Therapist I need to get rid of this bed because it is not doing my body any good. Since, I have tried everything to fix without any positive outcomes

Customer Service

It will cost apx $ 160.00 to come and see what is the problem that it keeps loosing air and then the same amount to come and fix it. Dont ever buy a sleep number be

Customer support sucks

I spent 3 and a half hours on the phone yesterday trying to get someone to help with a bed problem I have had for two years now with my bed. Never did get anyone to help same as the last 20 times I have trie to get this bed fixed

Pillow carry case

Wanted a pillow carrying case that was advertised free if you bought two pillows. I did and had to return because the pillow was ordered wrong. So ask for a carrying bag but because we didnt get them on the 20th even though we had to drive there three times one hour 1/2 both ways three times they couldnt do it. Really crazy when you have over 4609.00 or more in their stuff. Not satisfied. May have to return it all.

Need someone to come to home to repair bed

Beds are flat Will not inflate We are senior adults with my husband being a disabled veteran As a result of the flat beds we havent slept well in weeks My husband falls out of the deflated beds

DUALTEMP INDIVIDUAL LAYER not working

We purchased a DUALTEMP INDIVIDUAL LAYER in August of 2021. This is an $800 add on. I reached out to your customer service agent today who informed me that the fan is no longer working and it is out of warranty and there is nothing you can do except sell me another $800 item. This is absolutely ridiculous. We should have either a technician come and work on it or send a replacement for such an expensive item.

Bed leaks air. Reported several years ago. Nothing was done. I found out the air pump was refurbished.

13 yrs. ago I purchased a queen sized sleep no. bed. After a few years the bed started to leak air. I tried all suggestions from SLEEP NUMBER to no avail. I inspected the air pump and saw it was refurbished. I was not informed of this when I purchased this bed. Recently the bed has deflated and is no longer usable. I have contacted an attorney on this matter. When I first encountered this issue I got in touch with Sleep Number sales in Lake Charles La. and I received no help. It seems that when purchase the item you are on your own.

Pump went out on bed, I am disabled so I needed someone to come out and help with installing new pump. They scheduled a technician to come out and install new pump!

I ordered parts in Nov. 2022, my credit card was charged immediately. Now Feb. 28th and they still have no idea when this will ship. I like sleep number beds but HATE service!!!! Sell but no support

Cant get replacement parts. Its been almost 4 months. Bed is useless. Cant give me a date but charged my credit card immediately!!!

Still no remote replacement paid for in December

I ordered a replace remote for my sleep number bed in December. I was charged immediately and have still not received it. The website still says it is being processed.

Dissatisfied customer

I had a select comfort bed for 20 years and when it was time to up grade, because we had been happy with the bed we purchased a sleep number I8 360 on 10/31/2022. I was told it did not come with a remote and had to use a cell phone with SleepIQ app. I do not use a cell phone except for travel purposes so immediately I ordered a remote and was told at that time it was back ordered but it should be here before the bed was delivered. The bed was delivered 11/26/2022 and no remote. . .(still not here on 12/31/2022). I installed the sleepIQ app on both mine and my wife's phones and it does not work as it's supposed to. My wife's phone will not access the smart Bed feature at all and mine does not work with any reliability. I have a 7 button remote from the flexfit base used with the previous bed and it was able to pair with the bed but I find it unacceptable that I had to go through all of this with a new bed. . . With the price of the bed I think a remote should have came with the bed because a lot of people are like me and aren't tethered to the cell phones as the younger people seem to be. I'm 86 years old and don't rely on all the latest technology. . . John Hall johnhall@***.net

Customer service/warranty

I have several rips in the bottom of my mattress. Corporate says its Normal So multiple 7-8 inch tears in the bottom of the mattress is normal for a sleep number mattress that costs more than $4000? The sides of the mattress has lost support. After speaking with corporate they sent out a new cover for the mattress and expect a disabled person to do the repair! When I can get it Im going to video the entire ordeal! And post it on every social media platform available!

Sleep Number HIRES FELONS to come into your home and WON'T DELIVER OUR BED

My husand and I purchased a bed on 9/19/22 for $2723.26 at the Sleep Number store in Columbus GA. This was a huge investment for us, and we were very excited to receive our new bed. We anxiously counted the days until 11/2, it was a long wait but worth it to finally have a good bed. On the date of our scheduled delivery, my husband received a phone call from one of the delivery technicians. He stated he was not allowed to enter Fort Benning (we live on an Army installation and were told this was not a problem). The truck and the other technician were allowed to enter, just not this specific person. Considering the only reason someone would not be allowed to enter would be due to an active arrest warrant or history of serious felony, this was extremely concerning to us and I sincerely hope this gentleman has been fired because someone like that should not be entering unknowing people's homes! We called the store and customer service lines, eventually got connected to the supervisor of delivery services, and after a great deal of fighting, our delivery was rescheduled for a few days later, on 11/5/22 (today). It took a lot of fighting on my husband's end because initially they told us they would have to reschedule us and the next opening they had was months away. Well today is 11/5, the new delivery date and today the delivery technician has been keeping in touch with my husband all day, told him they were on their way, then told him they were about 30 min away, etc. Then suddenly he received another call, this time the delivery technician told him they didn't check to see if our order was on the truck before they left and they don't have our bed. It is still in Atlanta, 2 HOURS AWAY and that we will not be receiving our bed again today. This is infuriating and completely unacceptable. My husband and I have extremely busy and important jobs and twice now we have had to rearrange our work schedules and leave work to receive shipments that never arrived. They have no solution for us and no one is trying to help.

Horrific Sleep Number Experience

IBACH, President Sleep Number Corporation 1001 3rd Ave S Minneapolis, MN 55404-**** 256 S 4th Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55425RE: Marjorie Weems Sleep Number bed Ms. Ibach: I write to you today is sheer disgust. In July, 2022, I took my Mother to the Sleep Number store happily with the expectation of changing her sleeping habits by purchasing a Sleep Number bed. I spent nearly $8,000.00 for the bed, and was advised that it would be delivered and installed in August 25, 2022. On the date of the installation, I took off of work and stayed there all day to ensure that we were there for the delivery, which we were advised would occur between 3 and 6pm. At around 6:30pm, we began to get a bit nervous, and I called the customer Service number, to be told that the Delivery driver had a flat tire and that the Delivery and installation will have to be rescheduled to late September! I called the salesman who actually sold the bed to us, and he was able to get the delivery and installation rescheduled to the following Monday. On that Monday, the delivery driver (Marquez and Malik) arrived and noted that they could not install the bed because they the bed needed risers or lifts that they did not have. They stated that they needed to reschedule, and that I had to contact Customer Service to get the lifts. I contacted the store that I purchased the bed from, and was advised that they had the lifts there in the store. I went to the store to get the lifts. I then called customer Service to schedule the installation (as Marquez and Malik had left the bed in my garage). The installation was scheduled for September 10, 2022. On that date, a young man arrived along with his girlfriend to install the bed with the lifts.. The young man stated that we had the wrong lifts and that he would have to modify the bed in some way to make it work, He was so incredibly rude in speaking to my Mother, that I ended up asking that he leave. In speaking with her, he consistently cut her off, and yelled at her, at one point stating to her, that he didnt care whether the bed got installed or not. After taking so much, I then intervened and directed the young man to leave. His girlfriend stated that she didnt need him, and that she would and could complete the installation alone. As he was leaving the house, he turned and called my Mother a Black *** and then stuck his tongue our at her. I WAS APPALLED. I must say that although he was young and impressionable, I nearly went toward him, as I will not allow any person to disrespect my Mother-young or old.After the young lady completed installing the bed, she left. Following my Mothers first night using the bed, she called me the next day and stated that the mattress keeps sliding on the bed, causing her to have to lift it back into place each time she sleeps. Please be mindful that I purchased my 73 year old Mother this bed because she has Degenerative Disc Disease. Why would she need to lift it. She also stated that the heating element for the bed was at the head of the bed, instead of at the feet of the bed, where it should be. I called the salesperson again, only to learn that the young man and the young lady who came out had apparently installed the bed incorrectly.I was then advised that I need some new parts, and that they would ensure that a SUPERVISOR come, along with the parts to fix the issue, install the new parts and get the bed running correctly.On the date that the gentlemen came out to fix the issue, they came out empty handed, with no idea as to why they were even there at the house. They literally asked me, why did ya'll call? When I advised why, they stated that they could turn the mattress, but that there was nothing more that they could do. This was horrific. The people in customer care, along with the salesman had made it clear that because the bed was improperly installed, that they had to replace some magnets and other mechanism to ensure that it would work correctly. TO DATE IT DOES NOT.I would like to speak with Someone in your corporate office.
