Infinity car rental listed with SKYSCANNER is a scammer
I booked car through SKYSCANNER at Infinity Car Rental in Cancun, Mexico. I found out when I was there that company is a scammer, engaging fraudulent business, tried to put me in their trap and because of that they ruined my vacation. I believe SKYSCANNER is responsible too & I dont trust this website anymore .

I am so disapointed. You have no idea how much.
3 weeks ago I booked flights for me and my 2 children through Skyscanner. We were going to Barcelona. When I went to pay I was taken to Kiwi.com. I made a small mistake and wrote the wrong year of birth on my son. When I had to correct this, I was asked to pay 1,012 Euros for this to be corrected. This has of course ruined the whole holiday for me and my children and I have to cancel this holiday. Shame on you. I have used Skyscanner for many years. Never again. I will never use Skyscanner again. Shame on you.

Cancellation of flight ticket
I booked travel from Hyd-Mum for 5th June (PNR {{Redacted}}). Need to cancel or postpone DOJ. But no option available. When tried to do in Akasa Airlines web site, it shows its a group booking for 10 ppl and if I cancel with my PNR, all 10 bookings will be canceled. So I didnt proceed. But how do I reschedule or Vance my booking. Pl guide.

Skyscanner sell flights tickets by scammers!
Hello, I have a very bad experience with buying of flight tickets through Skyscanner and it is because they sell tickets by scammers. They don't try to manage to offer tickets by good travel agency, for them important is only the commision that they would receive buy them, but not the quality of the service and happy customers at the end! What is exactly my issue? I am really very disappointed also from GotoGate service. I really don't know how it is legitimate company and how Skyscanner works with them at all. They don't care for their customers at all, they are really scam. My flight is from Sofia to Manila on 13.03.23, for two passengers. I've added a Flexible ticket option because I know that maybe I would need a flight change and I've needed to change the flight date to be on 9.03.23 and the destination to be to Cebu. I called Gotogate Call Center on 14.02.23 and asked them for this change. And they said me that there is not a problem for this change, they will do it and I have to pay additionally 456£ for both passengers for the price differences of the flights. They sent me a payment link for the payment and I paid it immediately. I've received a confirmation mail for the payment but no confirmation mail for the changed flights. I have called Gotogate two days later on 16.02.23 to check if everything is okay and they said me that Turkish Aitrline rejected their request for changing the date and the destination of my flight I have to pay additionally 314£ for this change to be completed. I am very disappointed that they expect to pay additionally 314£ as I already agreed for the price change and if I known that the price would be so high, I have never done this change. I would say this is really a crime. They could say me several times that I have to pay more and more, how I could be sure if I agree and pay now again this 314£ that they would not say me that I have to pay more after that for the completion? Additionally I have called Turkish Airline and they said me that Gotogate has never requested them for changing of date and destination of my flight. So Gotogate are liying and this is a trick to steal money illegally. On top of that Gotogate also said that Turkish Airline cancelled my original flight on 13.03.23 from Sofia to Manila and if I would like to stay with it, I have to pay for it 319£ more. But Turkish Airline said me that they has not do any changes to my ticket. So now I either have not changed flight, nor I could go with my original flight and I already paid 456 pounds for all this. So this is absolutelly unacceptable, I am really disappointed, it's a real robbery and scam. I've asked Gotogate that I would like to escalate their scam somewhere and they created a ticket issue to his supervisor and said me he will support me for my issue and he will call me next 24 hours. But no response by him, I called them again and they said me he will call me after 48 hours, again no response. After that they said next 72 hours. And now 5 days later any call by anyone. And I don't know if I will fly at all, no tickets, nothing, I could not do any accommodations or internal flights booking. Please never use Skyscanner and Gotogate! I searched my flight from London to Abu Dhabi, found the cheapest flight on skyscanner and found London (STN) 06:20 10/12/22 > Bucharest OTP > 13:10 OTP > Abu Dhabi Return 31-12-22 AUH > OTP >OTP > EDI > STN £243.00 I booked my flight however after few days, received an email saying your carrier has affected your trip and now flight is delayed approx 36hours EDI >. STN. I contacted Kiwi.com they said your only option now to go for alternative option which is OTP to Luton and have to pay £106.47 extra Despite when I search same alternative option on skyscanner same Flight W63001, 01-01-2023 OTP 06:30 >Luton 08:15 Flight W63001 Wizzair was available for £93 I contact again with Kiwi support they said prices are dynamic and change every second, so we can't do anything, or you can cancel entire journey and you will get nothing. I am very disappointed the way they handle my trip also I contacted wizzair call centre they charged 1.45 GBP/min and have to wait for more than 30mins, Wizzair says they offer free alternative flight. But Kiwi.com charged me £106.47 extra I never had issue with Skyscanner and I always used, but very disappointed and kiwi.com letting skyscanner reputation down.
