Skype doesnt show caller ID
Terrible customer service. Skype doesnt show caller ID I can't do any calls. It says my account got blocked by Microsoft But I can't activate my caller ID. I need that other people see my number when Im calling. Can you fix that?

I was charged 187 minutes for a forwarded 10-minute call. Support has been extremely difficult to get hold of - there is no-one to speak to or email - they do not follow up and no one has solved the problem or got back to me. I have provided evidence through call logs on the phone the call was forwarded to that the call only lasted 10 minutes - so far I have spent 8 and a half hours on chat with no resolution, being told they will get back to me in 24 hours which no-one has. I have twice been told I would receive a voucher which has not been delivered, then told again I am not eligible as I have 'consumed' all my minutes. Terrible service.

I'm pissed because i can't make calls to certain international phone numbers while i have enough credit and it keeps saying i have less credit while i can make calls to other numbers internationally.

Never addressed my problems and still can’t use the $50 subscription that wasted to call my mom on her land line.
I followed all the instructions to make a landline phone call. I get a message that your party is not on line. DAAAA, its a land line of course wont be on line then call ends. What a waste of money and time. This total rip off. And no human taking help. Go on line or a robot generated customer service. Total deaths s appointments.
