Need a money gram

They refuse to give me my paycheck and the phone number to the bank wasn't even correct it sent me to straight talk wireless then when I called the NetSpend customer service I also got straight talk. Wtf is going on ?

To get my card activate . No one there to help

You can't get no one to help you. All of the numbers posted are not working. We can't even feed our kids because you're not their to answer the phone or help guide us with help

My card is blocked and your call service is down

My lawyers will be involved. You are not allowed to freeze my card. And they wont answer the phone calls. If this issue isnt resolved by the end of today I will file a lawsuit. I got bills to pay and if Im late yall are paying the late fees. Im so done with this terrible excuse of a bank. Always locking your card when ur the one using it. Always making it a huge problem to unlock ur card even though your the one who made the purchase. No customer phone number will answer theres no update on ur page saying your down. I had 3 of my friends call the number not one answer.

Terrible experience, scammed.

I went to a different state and tried to make a purchase, my card declined and i couldnt log into my account. i called the help number and got transferred back and forth. it was my birthday and i wasted two hours of my life trying to get to someone who could help me. i got to the person who could actually help me and they told me to email them a photo of my social security card and a picture of my license. i told them no i cant do that number one because i was on vacation and number two because thats just weird. thats how identitys get stolen. and my mom was with me because im a minor and the employee freaked out telling me to call back when i was alone. she was unhelpful and everyone who i was transferred to couldnt help me at all. this company is already sketchy enough but i didnt have a bank account so i had to get my paycheck somehow. do not use even as your last resort

The worst customer service EVER

You WON'T speak to an American. You WILL ask the same question 6 times. You WON'T get direct answers. You WON'T get the truth. You WILL be disconnected multiple times. You WON'T be satisfied. Don't use this *** service please. Spare yourself some grief and use someone else! Skylight ONE is straight up garbage.

I got a text for me to call because there is an issue with my card

I received a text this morning stating that I need to call because theres some issues with my card. Ive been trying to call and now its saying that my Social Security number is invalid. I tried entering my credit card number it says its invalid and then hangs up on me. I cannot use my card and Im not happy.

My online account is constantly hacked. Just had 260 stolen from account Never a supervisor available to talk to. Terrible customer service

Netspend blocked me from having a card for life. They informed that they could not protect my account so I could never have an account with them.

Wouldn’t give me any other info except i was a security risk. Since my Netspend card was my tip card at work I had to wait 3 weeks for my tips in my paycheck.

Their online banking has terrible security measures. Hackers allowed to access my account constantly and change my information. They make virtual cards and rob you. Skylight wants me to wait at least 2 weeks to get my money back.

Stolen money

They allowed $13,000 walk out of my account. Got part of it refunded but having to fight to get the last $1600 back. Customer service is an absolute joke and theyre a fraud! They hang up on you and just find ways not to help.

I can’t get any phones numbers to get me a real person to talk to.

I need to talk to a real person and not a *** robot. I keep getting no option for a real person to help me set up my skylight card to my Apple Pay

I was at work when all this happen I work for Vitas Healthcare so I drive a lot and I do t look at my for when I drive so when I came to my stop I seen I had a message and look and I seen what was going on and I didn't understand what was going on because I have my card in my wallet and no one else's has it so I seen what was happening so I went to the wellfrgo bank and took out 150 because that's all it would allow me to so then cancel it

Scammed 445 dollars

been waiting 7 weeks for a dispute that they incorrectly "investigated" had all the information wrong falsely saying i made claims on other transactions expect the only transaction i really did claim and making things up in the report they sent me (which also took 6 weeks for me to disprove in 2 mins) but of course the one day im supposed to speak with the dispute investigation team nobody wants to pick up the phone, what a coincidence the phones are backed up today i guess...in other words funny how the one day the dispute team actually decides to reach out after multiple failed attempts nobody wants to pick up the phone after calling twice to customer service waiting a total of 25 mins just to speak with an agent to speak with my "scheduled" conversation with the dispute team. company really loves scamming and stealing its clients money

This bank is a scam and a mess , how yall have payback awards available that we can activate but yall aint giving nobody a dime back for , I called twice and a woman help activate the rewards for me she told Me to wait a month for the money back but on the website it says money come in 48hours , yall false advertise everything and when somebody call about it its always a excuse or yall can never get a manager otp .. I been using my rewards for a month still no money and dont do A dispute the workers or the manager the whole team Knows nothing about fraud thats why they dont give you no Money back at all dont Waste yall Time On this company , they are scammers they do not care about fraud or false advertising they aint tryna give you a dime back for nothing and they have a worker who Always hangs up On you soon he hear your voice !! Getting paid to lie is what they do lol
